• Hazel (10/5): Santorini Sunsets - Scenic views, centrally located and an easy walk into town. You need to not be afraid of stairs. We walked to Santo Wine Farm. 20 min taxi to Ori, which is a great village to walk around. Perfect time of year as the island was not too busy Breakfast each morning was bought on a tray and was delicious. Highly recommend Pelican Kipos restaurant in Fira. Great host, helpful with information and transfers. You need to meet the host at the top of Fira to help you find the location and navigate the alleys with your luggage. We loved the hot tub!!

Camas cómodas y muy confortable Para las personas sensibles con el ruido al dormir puede molestar un poco ciertos ruidos de ventilación , ya que hay un jacuzzi interior que debe ventilarse , pero la verdad fue solo un detalle que en realidad no le restó a la experiencia. Si tengo una sugerencia respecto al desayuno; Somos gente de Latinoamérica y nos gusta mucho el pan. Quizás nos faltó que hubiera más pan y fuera fresco de panadería, lo mismo con la mantequilla y la mermelada. Nos hubiera gustado que fuera más casero y no esas muestras de supermercado, quizás eso le restaba un poco a la experiencia
• Glauco (10/5): - The place was astonishing, big, luxurious, clean and with a lot of amenities provided by the great host Athena. The view is as good as you can get from the caldera and the two jacuzzi made the hole experience fell more premium. The location is also great for exploring Santorini with everything you need a walk away from the villa. The staff was amazing, Yannis helped us with the bags on the check-in and on the checkout and was always available to help while Furtura made one of the best breakfast we had, serving it on the living room of our own villa other than making sure everything was kept clean and organized. Without a shadow of a doubt if you want to experience a premium trip on Santorini the Thera villas is an excellent option. We hope to come back soon.

• Aoife (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Fira - We stayed at Thera villas in the 3 bedroom apartment as a group of 6 friends. We had an amazing stay. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning, the photos do not do it justice. The apartment had all of the amenities we could possibly need. The breakfast each morning was lovely. The view from the apartment is incredible and the outdoor pool was the perfect place to relax and enjoy it. In the evening when it got chilly, we would retreat to the indoor heated pool to warm up. The location is superb, there are of course lots of steps up to Fira, but they are manageable and are also to be expected in Santorini. Communication with Athena was great and she was the perfect host. I would highly, highly recommend Thera villas, you will not find a better place to stay in Fira. Nothing, everything was perfect.

• Sandy (10/5): Stay here! You won’t regret it! - The place was spacious with 2 hot tubs. Stunning view. Worth every penny! Breakfast was delicious! Comfortable bed. Athina was so warm and welcoming. She arranged for our bags to be brought to our room and back up at the end of our stay. We expected the hot tubs to be hotter. The one outside was warmer than the one inside.

Our host Athena was an absolute gem 🙏💗 She came to our villa to welcome us and told us all about the amenities and nearby fun spots to shop and eat, there was a bottle of wine waiting in our refrigerator, and we had breakfast delivered to our terrace the next morning. Our other host (I believe his name was Phillip?) was also completely wonderful, carrying our bags for us on our way in AND OUT of the villa! So sweet! I will absolutely be returning to this spot, it was a perfect experience the whole way through 🤗 There are a lot of stairs, as expected for a hillside villa, but my calves got a great workout 😂

• Shara (10/5): A wonderful time at a beautiful location. - The view was incredible. The location is perfect. The staff was friendly and available as needed. The villa was well styled and in great condition. Having breakfast delivered every morning was wonderful, but options are limited.
• Bradford (10/5): - Lovely 3 room villa. Perfect for 6 adults and in a great location near restaurants and the center of town but off the track of the cruiseies walking path. Just note that two of the rooms are smaller and darker than the main room so make sure to pick traveling companions that are good with that. Athena was an excellent host and comms with her are rapid and precise. Works great for me! I would have liked the pool to be a plunge pool but it's a hottub and Santorini is hot enough that I don't need the hot water to relax, but that's just me. Others in our party enjoyed it in the late evening after dinner. The food in the morning is very, very generous. Bring a big appetite. Fantastic view! Loved the place!!
• Jagdeep (10/5): - Stayed for 4 nights Sep 24-28 in Maisonette villa. Manager for hotel set up airport transfers round trip for about 40 euros one way (80 round trip). Upon arrival staff were there to guide us the hotel which is located on cliffside and cannot be driven to directly. Descent was about 5 minutes and staff helped carry luggage (arrival and departure) which was a big help. Hotel located in a nice area of Fira with excellent view of caldera and typical white cliffside buildings. Both jacuzzi tubs were clean and well maintained. Unique feature of both pools were heating (nice for late night) and covered canopy which provided excellent privacy from above, along with sidewalls for privacy sideways as well. Looking at other hotels many did not have this level of privacy. Best time for jacuzzi use were before noon and around 6 pm onwards (sunset at 7 pm) as time in between had lots of direct sunlight during the day making it quite warm. Beautiful sunset view while in the outdoor tub. Daily breakfast was nice and timely. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. Overall a great stay and would strongly recommend to others.

• said (7/5): - Thera villa is a beautiful villa in a great location, where you can watch the sunset and enjoy the many shops and restaurants. The villa is quite comfortable and the staff is correct. The facilities offered on booking are not the same as those on the villa's website. We found out later. There's no on-site gym (you have to go and pay for a gym 10 minutes away) There's no laundry service either, so we had to take our laundry to a shop too. I think you need to synchronize the real offer with the offer proposed by booking so that you know what to expect when you book.

The villa gives alot of privacy and the indoor pool i - Beautiful location exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon overlooking the caldera and the signature Santorini white buildings without being in Oia. You feel so close to the caldera and it was magical with the jacuzzi outside. Breakfast was very good but orange juice was not great tasted like those packet juices but not a big deal

• Γιωργος (8/5): - Μείναμε στο δωμάτιο με εσωτερικό και εξωτερικό τζακούζι. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος έχει τρομερή θέα και είναι απολύτως προφυλαγμένος απο τουρίστες, που στα περισσότερα καταλύματα στα Φηρά περνούν από δίπλα σου.  Ειδικά ο εξωτερικός καναπές που έχει, ειναι σαν κρεβάτι και σε προκαλεί να κοιμηθείς εξω.  Το δωμάτιο ήταν παραπάνω από ευρύχωρο, φουλ εξοπλισμένο και είχε ερκοντίσιον και πάνω και κάτω, που το δρόσιζαν αμέσως.  Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και φιλική και μας τακτοποίησε αρκετά πριν το check in. Για την τιμή του, επειδή το έψαξα αρκετά είναι από τα πιο αξιόλογα στα Φηρά. Το πρωινό αν και ικανοποιητικό, βασιζόταν σχεδόν αποκλειστικά σε επιλογές με αυγά.. Τα τζακούζι, αναμενόμενα κυρίως το έξω, είχε στον πάτο λίγη ύλη οπότε δεν τα χρησιμοποιήσαμε. Αν και το σπίτι μύριζε σαν χλώριο από το εσωτερικό τζακούζι σε εκνευριστικό βαθμό, οπότε μπορεί να είμαι λάθος. Δεν το σκεφτήκαμε καλά, έπρεπε να κλείναμε το δωμάτιο με την πισίνα που ήταν τεράστια. Επίσης η χαμηλή, θολωτή οροφή χρειάζεται προσοχή. Παρόλο που προσπαθούσαμε να είμαστε προσεκτικοί, χτυπήσαμε αρκετές φορές το κεφάλι μας.  Τέλος, αν είστε με αυτοκίνητο, έχετε υπόψη ότι το κοντινότερο δημοτικό πάρκινγκ, αν είσαι τυχερός και βρίσκεις θέση, απέχει 10–15 λεπτά με τα πόδια, ανάλογα ποιο ανηφορικό δρομάκι θα πάρεις.
• Tobias (10/5): Bästa boendet i Fira - Väldigt privat och lyxig penthouse. Ärligt så är det har i vårt tycke det bästa läget i hela Fira. Terrassen är magisk med underbara vyer och man ser solnedgången. Vi kan till 100% rekommendera denna penthouse, ni kommer inte att bli besviken. -
• Kelly (10/5): - There are not enough words to describe how spectacular this villa and the staff are! We stayed in The Grand Villa with our 3 adult children and did not want to leave. Waking up each morning to a prepared breakfast and warm smiles from the staff to reading or relaxing by the pool with the view of the volcano and beautiful waters will forever be etched in my mind. A special treat was running into the owner as he dropped off fresh feta and he telling us the history of the property as a winery and each step of the renovation. The villa is perfectly located to everything but tucked away to provide privacy and peace. We absolutely fell in love with this beautiful villa. We hope to come back again.

We had everything we needed, a spacious living room, a bedroom with a window over the volcano and the cruise ships moored there. And the cherry on the cake - a terrace with a heated jacuzzi with warm relaxing water. Amazing views. Every morning breakfast was served to choose from the menu. Contact with Athena and the service of the apartment at the highest level. We wanted to relax above all and we managed to do that 100%. Everything was perfect

• Diego (10/5): Exceptional - I looked long and hard for a place in Fira that not only had a caldera view with a jacuzzi, but offered privacy and views of the white buildings around. It seemed too good to be true when I found this place, and I am pleased to say the view was exactly what I wanted! Everything was as expected. Athena was very responsive on Whatsapp and arranged for airport pickup and seaport dropoff. It was maybe a little expensive, but the driver was very nice and made good conversation. The breakfast was very good, and of course tastes better with that amazing view. There is a simple espresso machine that was very useful. The infinity jacuzzi was perfect. If anything, it would be nice if the water could be set to be cooler during the hot day, but I'm being a little picky now. Upon arrival and departure, someone took our suitcases for us, which was incredibly helpful. I've been to Santorini before, and am so happy my wife could experience this place for the first time in this room with that terrace. When the taxi driver first dropped us off, we had to wait 5 minutes or so until we met the owner, and she was definitely aware of our arrival time. Once we met her, we waited another 5 minutes for her luggage assistant to arrive. Maybe that is a little harsh to hold against them, but when you're paying 460 euros a night, I think this could have been a bit smoother. From that point on though, we felt very taken care of. While there are many steps to get to the room from the street, and another 15 or so to get to your terrace, this is Santorini and you must understand it is unavoidable. Same goes for the ceiling in the room, I am 6'2 and I head to tilt my head in the bedroom/bathroom area. Again, this is probably the case in every Santorini property. The only real problem I can say with the room was there were many small ants by the window in the bedroom, which is right behind where you lay your head. We must have killed over 20 in our two nights, 2 or 3 making their way onto the bed. I alerted Athena and she said they would take care of it, so I hope they have.

• Julia (10/5): - Athena was welcoming and communicative, making our visit a breeze. We came in by ferry and our ride was arranged seamlessly amidst the mayhem of ferry arrivals. The property itself is exquisite (we stayed in the Grand Villa with 6 people). The location is right in the Caldera with beautiful views. Although loud at night outside, it was quiet within the rooms and we had very good sleep. The trek to the villa is extensive given the cliff side etc. but that is a given for the area!

Athena has organised the activities for us and looked after us with everything! My partner made a very special surprise for me during the stay and proposed to me in the villa 🥹💍 Athena helped to organise the chef that cooked wonderful dinner for us, she took me out for drink, so that my other half could prepare the surprise for me and I had no idea what is happening all that time. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views. Nestled perfectly on the cliffs, the panoramic vistas of the Aegean Sea and the iconic Santorini sunsets were nothing short of magical. Our host was absolutely incredible. From arranging transportation to recommending local gems and ensuring our stay was comfortable, their hospitality was unmatched. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort and style. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, it provided a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of Thera Villas is unbeatable. Just a short walk from the main attractions, shops, and restaurants, it offered the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. Whether we wanted to explore the bustling town or relax in peace, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Overall, Thera Villas provided an unforgettable experience. • Lindsay (10/5): We recommend this villa and would definitely book again! - The location is fantastic! Athena was an excellent host, professional and always available to help. The indoor pool was surprisingly fun and novel. Three separate bedrooms each on their own level with their own bathroom was awesome for us and two teenagers. The omelette option for breakfast was tasty. Generous amounts of coffee provided as well as a daily morning room refresh service. The staff is really lovely. Having help with taxi transfer and luggage was immensely appreciated and totally fair in price. Wi-Fi was reliable. We slept great on comfy beds and in the deep quiet of the interior bedrooms. Be sure to be outside by 7:30am to see the beautiful mules walk by! I would only suggest having some thinner pillow options available.
• Tenyka (9/5): We loved it and would definitely stay again. - The property was beautiful and everything you want / expect for Santorini, the jacuzzi was perfect and having access to the terrace was really lovely. Also you are close to town. There was maintenance that needed to be done on a machine which interrupted our stay, we didn’t need to be at the villa for them to access however they didn’t give any notice of them coming by and would just let themselves which I found a bit strange.
• Robert (9/5): Fantastic wintertime stay with several excellent Italian and Greek restaurants. - Breakfasts were ordered from a large menu and delivered to room at set time next day. Exceptionally varied and home cooked choices. Athena is a very accommodating and responsive host. Wonderful 3br apartment design included large interior hot tub. Location was very private, overlooking the caldera. A mildly challenging 10 minute walk to reach shops, restaurants, etc. Private guided car tour with George made the most of our 3 days in Santorini. That 10 minute walk- but is the price for such privacy! As expected, many shops closed in mid-winter but then no crowds.

• Jassim (7/5): It was a nice stay, but I would find somewhere else on the island. - The villa was beautiful, and it was at a perfect location on Santorini. We loved the pool and the set-up, minus all the steps inside the villa. It was clean and well kept. The host was very unpersonal and cold. She was more of a concierge who can schedule anything you want, but your paying more than you should. The breakfast they served was terrible. There are such good cafe's they could have picked up a simple breakfast. In addition, we told the host we had to leave early the next day to catch our flight. So you would have thought someone could have packed a "care package" prior to our departure.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms and breathtaking views. The villa itself (misonette), was a paradise with not one, but two jetted and heated plunge pools that made relaxation a priority. An essential aspect of our stay at Thera Villas that added to the overall perfection was the exceptional level of privacy provided. This feature was particularly important to us as my wife wears a hijab. At Thera Villas, she was able to fully relish the breathtaking view and enjoy both of the pools with complete privacy. The respect for our privacy and the thoughtful design of the villa truly made our stay exceptional, ensuring that every moment was comfortable and stress-free. Thera Villas' commitment to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment deserves special recognition. The highlight of this remarkable stay was the stunning view of the caldera volcano, perfectly centered in the view when sitting in the terrace, It felt like a scene straight out of a postcard. The entire experience was elevated by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Our host, Athena, was incredibly friendly. What made our visit even more special was that it was my wife's birthday, and the team at Thera Villas made sure to make it unforgettable. They surprised us a dinner reservation at one of the best restaurants in the area with a mesmerizing sunset view, taking care of the bill, also arranged some beautiful flowers and a birthday cake on the house. The service didn't stop there; the entire staff was outstanding. The room service consistently kept our villa tidy and clean, and they even assisted us with our bags upon arrival and departure. They went above and beyond by picking us up from the main square and guiding us to the hotel.

We had the top bulls which was a massive balcony with private pool and full table to eat etc. we had looked at many properties and when we drove around the island we’re so thankful with what we had at Thera Villas. Athena was amazing as well anything we needed she has people there to help or organize in minutes. Nothing!

Get comfy cause Santorini is all about stairs when it comes to the vi - Location: Perfect in the heart of Fira with lovely restaurants within 20 steps like Aris Restaurant. View: Exceptional and the sunset colors are much better than Oia, everyone came to this exact street to watch the sunset and we had the privilege to watch it from our terrace and outdoor hottub. Facilities: New, Modern and Elegant. The indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis make it perfect for every weather. Stuff: Athena the house manager is very attentive and responsive and lovely too, she made our stay easier and manage to solve every problem with a smile. Jimmy is a very nice guy with a lovely smile even in hard conditions from stairs to the hot weather and keen to solve all problems too. The cleaning girl is polite, calm with a smily face too. The Maisonette bed is too close to the curved wall from one side. The curve makes it visually tricky, u can pump ur head easily while getting up or using the night table or the AC. This side should be decorated or something to clear the dimensions.

We loved the pools both outdoors and indoors. Plenty of space, very tastefully decorated and immaculately clean! Athena the manager was awesome. She organised transfers for us and help with our luggage. Very quick responsive communication and gave us lovely gifts. Everything about this place was perfect! We had the most amazing time I highly recommend this property! We loved everything! Be prepared for a long walk with steps carrying your luggage to get to the apartment but we’ll worth it once you get there

• T (9/5): Highly recommended - Amazing property with great sunset view from the balcony and also of the caldera from the bedroom window. The whole unit is akin to a 3-storey unit with a living room+kitchen, bedroom at middle floor, and balcony at the highest. The host was very attentive and helpful with any questions/requests you have. Plus, there'll be a porter helping you with your luggage on the way to the property. Great experience overall, and you don't really need a trip to Oia to watch the sunset because you'll have a great view here with privacy. I would give a 9.5 rating The balcony was only partially covered, and there might be some bird droppings at times. It's not a huge issue, but something that can be improved. Otherwise, it's close to perfection
