Thomas (2/5): - No room was available despite paying in advance. I was driven to a different hotel, and then to a third hotel. No one spoke English. The hotel where I stayed did not have lighting or towels, so I took a shower by flashlight and dried myself in the open air by the window. What can I say? It is Georgia and apparently this is not an unusual occurrence.

She was tired and wanted to get to room asap but stuff couldn’t find her reservation and told to go check hotel next door maybe she has a room there .No afford was made to call and check for her and apparently she had reservation in your hotel. No information was given about shuttle bus , no wifi . That’s not what I paid for

On check-in time they gave us information about area, location , taxi , bus and metro prices, after it was very easy to manager everything and get directions by our own. Especially we like hotel reception, because they were very friendly and helpful and views from our room Breakfast was also ok. Thank you grand palace team for comfortable stay. Highly recommended hotel for future guests :)
