Conrad (5/5): Did not meet expectations - The look and feel of the property is what you expect from Home2. This was the nosiest Home2 hotel I’ve stayed in. The walls did not block out any noise from the interstate, other rooms or hallway.

Moziejko (1/5): - I had 2 rooms before 1am. The first hadnt been cleaned at all, went and got another room. 2nd one had been partially cleaned but we were to tired to care about the rest. Hallways were dirty, smelled like pot, dirt and incense. Beds were absolutely horrid with springs, need new ones. A/C-heater dedicated to fo as it wanted and hot water was to be desired. To may people not staying but partying took up the spaces. Will not be staying at this chain any longer. I asked for corporate's phone #. Left photos with desk clerk. Thats how bad!

Vaibhav (9/5): reliable and comfortable place to stay - Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Cruces offered a very good overall experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made the stay comfortable and welcoming. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the location was convenient with easy access to nearby roads, restaurants, and stores. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options that suited different preferences. The rooms were spacious and well laid out, which is especially nice for longer stays, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Lorenia (6/5): Everything was fine until our experience with your breakfast lady. - Clean and easy check in process Morning breakfast staff lady was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked her for a fork and some butter for my child because she said “breakfast ends at 10 and my shift ends at 10.” It was 10:02 and we arrived at 9:50. So many other hotels we can stay at when we come to Las Cruces.

Monserrat (2/5): - It was a busy weekend and while we had just checked in to our room, the A/C was not working. When we had someone come look it over they could not get it to work however instead of changing rooms we were offered a box fan. We stayed 2 nights and did not get offered anything for either night. I believe when you are paying over $150 a night one would get a working A/C. We love staying in these suites especially when we travel to San Antonio as a family however we will definitely be rethinking where we stay next time

Courtney (4/5): Locked Out Of Our Room For 3 Hours - We got locked out of our room for 3 hours with no access after being out in the heat hiking for 10 hours. The battery on the door died, and the machine to reset it wasn't working. Incredibly frustrating.

The floors are sticky and the place smelled of new paint and glue which flared up allergies and my shoes kept sticking to the flooring The Pool is Not Heated and the shower didn’t get that hot! But the Breakfast is wonderful & the room is sized nice and comfortable!

The dishes in the kitchenette weren’t super clean, and the in-room coffee was only decaf (along with an empty Keurig cup). Coffee at the coffee bar was not good. Otherwise, we had a decent stay.

We were disappointed that the Lake Charles location served delicious gluten free breakfast bowls, but this location didn't have them. Attention Hilton management. We have stayed at lot of Hilton properties. The breakfast used to be a very consistent experience, but over the couple of years we have seen a decline in the quality (runny, powdered eggs are one example) and most importantly, dietary information available. My wife and I have a gluten allergy. In our travels years ago, the staff keep a list of ingredients and was able to provide guidance. Now most have no information to help with any sort of dietary restrictions. They aren't even keeping the original container so a customer could look at the ingredient list. Please make 2025 the year that you address this. Thank you.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Quiet and safe area. Breakfast is typical for free hotel breakfast.
122toddt (10/5): An excellent hotel in Las Cruces - stay here - We had several choices of hotels in Las Cruces for our two week vacation in Las Cruces over the Christmas break 2024 and selected Home2 and are so glad we did. As a frequent traveler (38 years in consulting, spending 200+ nights a year in hotels), this is one of the best hotel properties I've stayed at - and I only stayed at Hilton, Marriott, and Sheratons. The rooms are modern, they are large, they have kitchenettes, a couch and we're in a king bed room. The breakfasts are perfect, the staff is so friendly, and even though its on the freeway the noise is almost non-existant. The location is great as its close to a majority of the restaurants in Las Cruces, and shopping. Its a quick trip to all the attractions that the area has to offer. And the price is excellent. As someone who has spent 7,500+ nights in hotels - this is a great great property and I'm so glad we picked it.

O3143IHdonnat (10/5): Great room! - We had a one bedroom suite. Our son was staying with us. The rooms were large and clean. Our son said the sofa bed was comfortable. I liked the fact it had a door to the bathroom from the living area and one from the bedroom. That way my son did not have to come into the bedroom to get to the bathroom. The bathroom was quite large. We were in a room on the back of the property, and it was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Ryan (8/5): Las Cruces NM - 2024 - Clean, comfortable, large room and staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is just ok. Road noise is a problem all night and morning. You will need white-noise unless you're a sound sleeper. Our room [309] had a loud HVAC unit and a broken sleeper sofa. We made it work but definitely disappointed.

NICOLA (10/5): Renovated, always a great stay. - Back after three years, the hotel is going through a renovation. I got the suite for the first time and it was great. You pick up some noise from the freeway, breakfast is acceptable. Front desk crews very friendly and useful.
