- Koehn (10/5): Bei einem nächsten Besuch in Kutaissi wäre das Hotel meine erste Wahl - Sehr gute Lage und freundliches Personal. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln
- Eduard (6/5): - Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Vor allem die Teppiche im Zimmer waren sehr stark verschmutzt und haben schlecht gerochen, es müffelte im Zimmer. Wir waren 10 Tage dort und in der gesamten Zeit wurden die Böden nicht gereinigt. Es gab nur eine geringe Auswahl zum Frühstück und der Raum war sehr klein sodass nicht viele Gäste Platz hatten, man musste zum Teil warten. Das Personal ist unaufmerksam und zu langsam.

Персонал заслуживает отдельной огромной благодарности: невероятно приветливый, внимательный, искренний и по-настоящему заботливый. Мы чувствовали себя не просто гостями, а желанными и дорогими людьми. Особенно хотим отметить, что в день нашей свадьбы команда отеля превзошла все ожидания и помогла мне устроила для моего мужа сюрприз-ужин. Это было настолько красиво, душевно и продуманно, что навсегда останется в нашей памяти как одно из самых трогательных событий в жизни. Такое отношение редкость и огромная ценность. Абсолютно никаких негативных моментов за всё время проживания не было. Всё было организовано безупречно, на высшем уровне и даже выше наших ожиданий.

- Gabriela (9/5): A nice hotel in the city centre of Kutaisi - Great location in the city centre, kind and attentive staff members, good breakfast and coffee. We had two separate reservations in the beginning and in the end of our trip to Georgia. We booked the same rooms at the same rates but the first two rooms given to us weren’t really good and as shown on the photos. They were outdated and the isolation of the windows needed change. Luckily, the second time, we got better rooms with properly isolated windows and we managed to sleep better.

- Michał (8/5): Najlepszy hotel w Kutaisi - Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo duży, ładny i czysty pokój. Dobre jedzenie w restauracji na najwyższym piętrze, ale odrobinę drogi. Śniadania - mała przestrzeń, mały wybór dań.

Безпроблемное заселение, вкусный континентальный завтрак, улыбчивый и обходительный персонал. Очень комфортный санузел со всем необходимым. В обоих комнатах, в одном угу, был влажный ковролин, есть подозрение что что-то протекает. Оба телевизора не работают. Мастер электро-выключатель у входной двери, куда вставляется карточка, работает только "с пинка". И мелочь - не хватает столика в комнате. Есть диван, кресло, а открыть и разлить бутылку вина не на чем.

- Evgeniia (2/5): Не стоит своих денег - Местоположение хорошее , есть паркинг При заселении ночью меня отправили на лифте , дали карточку , я открываю дверь и вижу там спящего человека. Это было очень неловко и наверно разбудила его. Я спустилась и сказала что номер занят , мне сказали проблемы с WiFi , поэтому так . Дали карточку от соседнего номера . Я закрылась на всякий случай на дополнительный замок перед тем как лечь спать . Шумоизоляция плохая, в центре города шумели люди на улице . Мебель старая, отваливался кусок тумбочки. Минибара не было , а я остро нуждалась в глотке алкоголя после пережитого стресса ))) Очень маленькие номера , очень … Завтрак выглядел печально , выпила кофе и уехала

- Olaf (9/5): Very good value for money and really good location If you plan to wander around the city. - Very good location and very friendly staff at the hotel. What I think could be improved a bit is the variety of food for breakfast (please bear in mind that I mean the breakfast that was included because you can also order a'la carte). The only thing that I see on a bit of negative side of things is the quality of the carpet in the room - the stains that are probably no longer removable do not look aesthetic and in my opinion it should be replaced.

- Kristof (9/5): Comfortable Stay in a Great Location with Friendly Service - I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions. The location was excellent, close to everything I needed, which made getting around very convenient. Breakfast was okay — there was a decent selection to start the day. Overall, a good experience and I would consider staying here again.

- Rolf (6/5): Für einen paar Nächte in Kutaisi zum Kurztrip ausreichend. - Lage, weiße Brücke, sehr ruhig im Vergleich in anderen Straßen, wenn der ohrenbetäubende Außenlautsprecher vom Hotel nicht schon morgens ABBA spielen würde. Lobby lädt zum verweilen ein. Parken vor dem Hotel möglich. Kurze Wege zu den Restaurants,Sehenswürdigkeiten! Ständige Anwesenheit der Security in der Lobby. Schmuddeliger Teppichboden im Zimmer. Beim Frühstück waren die warmen Speisen wie Rührei, Würstchen etc. kalt maximal lauwarm. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein.

Может быть имеет смысл сделать парковку для гостей. И возникла путаница при заселении. Дали не люкс, а стандартный номер, но исправились. Из реально плохого - чистота в номере. Не уборка, а именно старые пятна на ковре и диване, протечки у окна и соответственно плохой запах. Ресторан на крыше - это только для курильшиков. Неприятно пахнет.
