- Alexandra (8/5): Frumos la pretul corect! - Raport calitate-pret foarte bun, locatie buna intr-un complex de apartamente (10-15 min cu masina catre majoritatea punctelor de atractie in plus mall la 2 min ), parcare 15 eur/zi subterana cu lift (necesita pentru ca in zona respectiva parcarea pe strada se gaseste greu si e gratuita doar noaptea ), check-in rapid fara receptie , per total daca gasesti o oferta buna de pret nu o rata . Pentru cei deranjati in general de uzura in timp a mobilierului ,podelei (probabil de aici si nota 7,7) nu este un loc de ales ,insa pentru noi a fost ok, curatenia impecabila a ridicat nota si mai ales caldura pentru ca am venit cu un bebelus . Am vazut si alte camere care aratau impecabil din toate punctele de vedere dar probabil pretul creste odata cu calitatea . As reveni cu siguranta ! Uzura mobilierului, podelei …in raport cu pretul nu a fost deloc rau!!!

- Susan (1/5): I do not recommend this place. It is not nice and the staff have no interest in helping you out. - the bed was ok. The stay that I had at your place was the worst that I’ve had ever. I expect my entire stay to be fully refunded. The pictures on booking.com about your place insinuate that there was a bathtub and a balcony, and there is neither one. You don’t understand that until after you’ve booked and paid your money. The elevator was not reliable. I had to go up the stairs five floors on a late night, and it was dark in the Staircase and in the hall. And then when I left the building at the same, even though the elevator had worked in between there when I left, it wasn’t working again, and I had to take two heavy bags down five flights of stairs in the dark. In addition to this there was no AC. There was some sort of crazy fan that got hot as the night wore on and it was very loud in that room. Loud from the fan but also the people partying late into the night. The log in app download was ridiculous and would not work. I finally had to call and get a key from a lock box. I want a full refund on my trip.

- Aziz (3/5): לא נהנתי מהמקום השירות מרחוק גרוע מאוד ולא יעיל בכלל עבודה בעיניים - מיטת התינוק נוחה חסר וילון בחדר שינה אין פרטיות שוחחתי עם האחרי מספר פעמים לא הועיל העלאתי תמונות למייל שקיבלתי נמסר שצוות התחזוקה יתקין וילון יש לציין שיש מסילה אף אחד לא הגיע ולא החליפו לי חדר אין פרטיות בחדר שינה נאלצתי לשים סדין על החלון אין מנעול לשירותים המרפסת קטנה מאוד מאוד והמדחס של המזגן נמצא במרפסת אין מקום לשבת יש כסא אחד ממש קטן אין אפשרות לשבת שני אנשים המזגן של השכנים מהדירה מעל מטפטף על המדחס ועשה רעש כל הלילה הרצועה של רשת היתושים בחדר השינה קרוע אין אפשרות לפתוח אין מזגן בחדר השינה רק בחדר המשותף הונטה במטבח לא עובדת אין תאורה במסדרון צריך ללכת כשבעה מטרים בחושך עד שמגיעים למתג התאורה של המסדרון

- Ana (9/5): - Stan je cist i moderan, lokacija je odlicna preporucujemo smestaj 🙂 Krevet u dnevnom boravku je zaista jako neudoban, parking iako je u podzemnoj garazi vezan za sam stan se placa dodatno. U smestaju nije bilo posudja za pripremu hrane (serpa tiganj) ALI mi smo zamolili vlasnike da nam nabave i zaista u roku od 45 min su nam doneli sve sto smo trazili. Generalno pozitivna ocena i preporuka.

- Andrijana (10/5): Preporuka - Stan je na odličnoj lokaciji, blizu metroa i tramvaja i busa. Zgrada nova, stan nov i čist, za zimsko vreme jako topao. Garažno mesto se plaća po danu 15e, ali vredi i nije mnogo s obzirom koliko naplaćuju u centru. Sve je bilo odlično, preporučujem svima. Prodavnice mešovite robe odmah na uglu, tržni centar preko puta zgrade, idealno, a vrlo povoljno 💯💯💯👌

Com passe do budapeste go os transportes publicos estão todos acessíveis. Metro a 250 metros bem como elétrico. Para 4 pessoas o sofá não é confortável. O sistema de abertura das portas é bem explicado em email mas para quem chega à noite as caixinhas com chave cartão nao está logo visível. Chuveiro está virado para a porta e sai agua para fora se tiver muita pressao.

- Andrej (1/5): - Lokalita We got a completely different hotel than the one in the photos, the floor was destroyed, the walls were old, the bed was squeaky and destroyed, the bathroom furniture had an incredible smell like a sewer and because of that, it was impossible to shower there.

- Volodymyr (8/5): - Расположение и цена. Апартаменты просторные, со всеми бытовыми приборами для комфортного проживания. Идеально для туристов Немного сложно разобраться в порядке поселения. При заселении составляется дополнительный электронный договор с указанием личных данных и данных банковской карты, что не совсем приемлемо, для меня по крайней мере. Без подписания этого договора, отдельно от букинга заселение невозможно.

Me quejé de que habían chinches en el sofá y no se podía dormir allí, su solución fue ofrecerme hacer el check out una hora más tarde, un chiste.

- Lili (5/5): Felújítandó - Jó az elhelyezkedés és könnyen be lehet jutni. Nagyon le van lakva. A szoba ajtót nem lehetett becsukni, mert el volt törve. A csap is el volt törve. Égés nyom az éjjeli szekrényen.

W kuchni również przydałoby się kilka podstawowych rzeczy jak np. kilka kapsułek do ekspresu czy saszetek herbaty.

Кофемашина сломана, не пригодна для использования, после сообщения, владелец не сменил её. Чайник протекал. Нет ни чая, ни кофе и т.п. Нет фена. Наши окна выходили на улицу, было шумно и ночью. Рваные занавески.

- Pekija (8/5): Stay was nice but I am disappointed why host falling down with ratings cause a small things like I mentioned what I didn - Space, location,close to important points! Well this is very important, first of all apartment like this one must have at least basic things like: salt, oil, sugar,paper towels, kitchen towels , tablets for dishwasher, etc! I was host on Airbnb and I know the feeling when somebody leave negative comments for a just small things! So this point are very negative from my side for a such a big money for 2 nights rent!

- Alan (6/5): Excellent location - The location is Awesome. Close to the shopping mall, public transport and with good non hungarian restaurants around. There is the underground garage. Apartment should be refurbished, walls are thin and you can hear A LOT around the hallway. There is moisture on the walls in one bedroom. Underground garage came with false instructions, parking spot is very narrow. Gate entrance and exit is made extremely complicated with 6 digit passcode.
