The facilities were above and beyond and the accommodation felt really stylish with a perfect mix of the old stone with the sophistication of the glass between the walls and ceiling. Our host was very helpful and we had no problem parking in the car park adjacent to the building. Nothing - it was spot on!

• Denis (10/5): Agréable et confortable séjour à Matera - accueil cordial (communication en anglais facile), appartement confortable, cuisine complete, lave linge tres utile, terrasse, a 10 minutes a pied de la vieille ville, pas de disponibilité au stationnement public gratuit mais nous avons pu utiliser le stationnement intérieur (10 euro/jour) en face de l'appartement. L'escalier en face de l'appartement est à utiliser avec prudence - hauteur et largeur des marches inégales. nous avons préférés utiliser l'escalier a quelques mètres de l'appartement qui nous amène à l'arrière de l'appartement - l'escalier est plus sécuritaire.

• Lisa (10/5): Highly recommended - A perfect little spot in close walking distance to the main sites of Matera. Friendly and accomodating host. We wished we had stayed longer. The only downside would be some steep steps up to the entrance to the property which were a little challenging lugging heavy and bulky suitcases. However, this was expected and was not a problem.

• Louisa (10/5): Great stay outside of the old city, easy to walk to all sights, beautiful comfortable apartment! - The apartment & location was fabulous, close enough to walk to everything without being right in the middle of congestion. Excellent facilities, lots of extras provided - snacks, jams, coffee, sugar etc aswell as toiletries.. Pretty much everything you'll need! Very well maintained, clean & very comfortable. Beautiful place to stay The apartment itself was excellent but there are 2 sets of very steep stairs to get your luggage up & down which can be challenging & parking can be stressful especially on arrival when you are not familiar with the area & have luggage to cart. It's also on a steep hill so getting luggage up the hill is another factor. Unfortunately there were renovations being done nearby while we were there so several free places directly in front of our stay were reserved for trucks & other street parking is only free during the day which were taken. There is free parking in the piazza across the street if you can snag it but again more steep steps to get your luggage up & down. The apartment is close enough to walk into town so once we finally got a spot in the piazza we just left it there the entire time & opted to move luggage manually to the car.

Host was very friendly and helpful, gave us early acess which greatly appreciated. Would of loved the apartment with the patio but that's the luck of the draw 😁

The kitchen was ready for cooking, well equipped. The hostess was very helpful and everything was great. The city of Matera is also amazing! Parking was difficult due to the ongoing Easter holiday, but with the help of the hostess solved quickly. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Really helpful host and a great place to stay. The TV in the bedroom was a smart TV so my young son could still watch his programmes (A life saver for a parent). Nothing. The accommodation was exactly as described and probably even better. I would definitely recommend this property. It would be useful (Not essential) to have another TV in either the living room or the mezzanine bedroom.

• Vee (10/5): It’s a 12/10 !! - Beautiful bright spacious apartment, recently renovated, absolutely spotlessly clean and shiny, bed very comfortable, all amenities provided for a fantastic stay! Location was perfect too, 1 min away from a stunning viewpoint on the Sassi and 5 mins away from the centre. The hosts were lovely and available at all times too. Can only highly recommend this gem! Absolutely everything was perfect!

Within walking distance from the old historic part of Matera. Water, juice and some biscuits / sweets were included at no cost. Nice host. Highly recommended! Parking may be tricky, although Luciana was very helpful in showing us different options to park our car (in front of the apartment there is a square where it is possible to park for free).
• Vsopvalue (8/5): Matera is an exciting city to be in, and our Teresina apartment was very nice. - Thanks to whatsapp, we were able to let Luciana know when we would arrive. Luckily upon our arrival there was just one spot available on the free parking close to the Mavi pizzeria - and exactly opposite our apartment. We just left our car where it was during our whole stay. Luciana helped us carry our luggage into the apartment, as the 22 steps upward were quite steep and narrow. Not for the faint-hearted. She had a detailed map of Matera ready for us, quite useful. The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen. Wifi worked well, good bathroom facilities and the bed was very comfortable. The location is quite good, the Belvedere and the Sassi areas are close. All the steps toward the apartment was quite an effort. Other than that, no negatives to report.

Very cozy little apartment with a kitchenette with a small refrigerator has everything you need for your stay. It has a heater, a nicely remodeled bathroom. We recommend this cute place for a couple or 2 people not more. Thank you, Lucina for all you did for us!

Interior is very tasteful and with love to detail 🥰! Communication with Luciana was super easy and friendly. Great possibility for an uncomplicated self-check-in with detailed explanations from Luciana. The apartment is located perfectly to visit Matera. A few steps away you can start the magical tour through Matera. All was pretty amazing and I only can highly recommend this place for your stay. All was amazing

Though the city was not very easy to find , the owner made it very clear how to reach . Cleanliness was super . Lots of food in fridge. Specially like d the coffe3 pod !
