Juan (10/5): - I had an issue with the location of the hotel as I was on a business trip, and the hotel was not in a good location regarding my needs. I decided to move, but the staff was very acomodating and they tried to help me as much as possible, so I want to sya even though the location didn't suit my needs, service and staff was excelent.
