- Jeremy (8/5): Convenient location with good access to food, facilities, and shopping - Location was quite easily accessible from the main Nagoya station overground with the only obstacle being the construction going on at the time that made accessing from the opposite side of the street a bit difficult. The surrounding area has nice food options, with a 24-hour ramen store right under it and a Family Mart nearby. The laundry machines were very easy to use as well with a wash and dry option. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room was a little bit small for 2 people with 2 large suitcases, but otherwise manageable. Leg space between the wall and the bed is quite narrow so the person on the inner bed will need to shuffle out to get to the toilet at night.

- Wai Jane (6/5): - I love the amenities & communal spaces the hotel offers & that its right next to Ichiran aswell and the train station e.c.t Amazing location!! The room is small. 1 large suitecase fills the room. The construction properly ruined the stay for us. I only saw the construction notice on a email after I booked the room and paid so couldn't change hotels. I was hoping I would maybe get a room facing away from the works but my room faced directly to the construction and each morning at 8am I heard the work men shouting and also the noise of digging/ breaking brick works. My friend was lucky and had a room facing away so they didn't hear the loud works.

- Jean99 (6/5): - 飯店位置很棒，地下街UMALL的U8出口上來就到飯店，附近有FamilyMart也有SUGI藥局，地下街吃東西或到名古屋車站都很近，轉程交通很方便。 1. 每晚超過日幣2萬6千(約台幣5千3百)的雙人房，連住6晚只提供1晚的清潔，其餘毛巾和垃圾要自己包起來放門口，雖然不會非常麻煩，但收取這樣的房價卻無清潔服務，也沒有在訂房時註明，實在不優。 2. 房間無提供數位電視，無法觀看YouTube或Netflix之類的節目，對於不懂日文的觀光客，當地的電視節目又無法理解內容，實在不太方便。 3. 房間內燈光過暗，光線不夠。 4. 房間內玻璃杯/馬克杯的擺放方式很不安全，用金屬欄子裝著，拉出來一不小心就會因為杯子的重量不穩而整個掉落，打破機率很高，要很注意。

- Chia Liang (9/5): - Location is really good, walk from Nogoya station only 5 to 8 mins in underground. Everything (teeth brushes and some kit) can take in lobby. For a place to stay for 4 nights, it is enough. The room is not spacious but enough for 2 people with 2 luggage. Just the luggage can’t be totally opened. Except this, I think is enough.

- Jayendra (7/5): Close to Nagoya Station within walking distance. - Walking distance from Nagoya station. Breakfast option is poor. But many restaurants are available within 5 min walk to Nagoya Station Towers high rise floors or many other places nearby. Stayed 3 nights but the daily room cleaning wasn't standard unless over 3 days. towel change was available each day. Bathroom cleanliness does not suite for 2 people stay with this approach.

- Varpu (9/5): - Lovely room and good location for our one-night stay in Nagoya. Good access to the train station and amenities. Room was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. The bathroom and provided toiletries were great!

- CHUAN MING (9/5): - 地點位置方便離車站近，不走地下道直接從地面層走過來可以不用搬行李上下樓梯。早餐要吃客美多(コメダ)的話很近，就在鄰近的地下街裡面。我下飛機再搭電車到這完成入住的時候已是22:00，附近還有營業的飲食店只剩居酒屋之類，飯店下面就有一蘭，懶得找餐廳的話很方便。隔天早上租車的店舖就在飯店斜對面，拉著行李過了馬路取車後就可以開始行程。 房間比照片看起來的小，雖然附近同價位的可能都這麼小就是了。

- Napasorn (10/5): - ห้องใหญ่กว่าโรงแรมที่ราคาใกล้เคียงกันในโตเกียว ห้องน้ำก็กว้างกว่าที่อื่น มีหนังสือดีๆให้อ่านเยอะมากที่ Lobby ไดร์เป่าผมแรงสะใจหาได้ยากในโรงแรมญี่ปุ่น, ฝากกระเป๋าได้ก่อนเข้าพักและระหว่างไปเที่ยวต่างเมืองแล้วมีเข้ามาพักที่โรงแรมต่อ ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ และ JR Nagoya เดินทางไปที่ต่างๆสะดวก หากต้องนั่งExpress Bus หรือ Shinkansen ไม่มีตู้กดน้ำในโรงแรม แต่โรงแรมมีน้ำขวดเล็กให้วันละขวด/คน ถ้าใครกินน้ำเยอะแนะนำซื้อติดไว้เพิ่ม

- Samantha (9/5): Second stay at a comfortable hotel close to the station - Second stay here. Location is still very good, just a short walk to Nagoya station. Bed was comfortable. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants within short walking distance. There was no adjustable air conditioning, which meant the room was a little bit too warm for my liking. Also, even though I was in a different room from my first stay, it was still a small room so people with large suitcases will find it a bit awkward.

- Mélanie (9/5): Pratique, propre et sympa - Pratique car proche de la gare. Hotel propre, collaborateurs très sympathiques. Le lit était un peu petit pour deux. La chambre est petite.

Le gentillesse du personnel. - Difficile à trouver même avec le GPS car situé dans la station avec la réception au 19eme étage. - la présence d'une seule prise d'électricité au dessus de la tête de lit. Impossible de trouver où brancher la théière à part dans la salle de bain.

- Sutrisno (5/5): Good location but room is too cramp and the pillow is very uncomfortable. There is no wardrobe. - good location Room and bathroom is too small.it was hard to move around if you have a large luggage.

The staff gave great recommendations and the pyjamas provided were the comfiest things I've ever worn! We stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon visit across Japan and the staff very kindly added a congratulations to the room - snug space but perfect for 2!

The management and the room are not enjoyable. -We were not informed in advance about the construction, so we were wake up with noises since 8 AM. -Feels like the hotel is trying to do any profit for anything.

Very close and could walk most of the way in underground mall Rooms clean and new Warm and inviting reception area Lovely and helpful staff Good bathroom We booked the economy twin room and found it a very cramped with ourselves ( 2 adults) and our two cases. Having said that, it matched the specification on booking.com precisely, so that is our own fault that we did not book a larger room.

- amber (8/5): Clean and Close But Cozy - It's located close to the train station making it great for commuting. The room and building were clean, comfortable and modern. The staff was helpful, courteous and spoke English. The free toiletries and pajamas were a nice touch. It's also next door to delicious Ichiran Ramen and another restaurant. It was a bit expensive, however it might have been because it was during F1 races. The rooms are also a bit small, so it's doable for 2 adults but not more than that.
- Leonardo (7/5): - Very close to station, clean, luggage storage, bathroom was a decent size Room was a little smaller than expected but we still made it work. Twin beds are very small and very uncomfortable. When we arrived, our room was very hot because the building is set to central heating until the end of April. The lobby did loan us a nice dyson air purifier/fan and the window was able to open. This made the room temperature bearable.
- Jessie (8/5): - Lovely hotel, amazing location, great staff. Very small rooms, the heater for rooms was set very high and is not controllable from the rooms nor can you open a window. Breakfast offer is just a soup. Good laundry available however the dryer setting is 30mins at a time and it needs a few hrs to dry, so you have to return to the machine every 30mins. Small things but handy to know.
