• Guest (5/5): Fine. - The place is beautiful, and the beach is great. The chales are very cute and my friend's wedding that was in the venue was very special. The beds are not comfortable; we had to ask for sheets because there was only one thin blanket in the bed. The curtains are not dark enough to block the light, there is no blackout and the staff does not speak English, so they were trying to avoid our table during the breakfast. We understand it is difficult with the English, but some effort from the staff would be very much appreciated. So, very difficult for visitors from abroad.
• Settimio (7/5): Non è da 8,3 ma da 7 - Struttura in buona posizione, se si è autonomi negli spostamenti, dato che è in un paesino sulla punta di una penisola, perché da lì si raggiungono con relativa facilità i principali siti archeologici della zona (per Pergamo circa 200 km, per Efeso 80 km.). Sono piccole costruzioni indipendenti e quindi molto tranquille, un poco datate, ma comunque in buone condizioni. La prima colazione è di tipo turco con prevalenza di salato e viene servita al tavolo. Qualunque richiesta extra (ad es. il caffè, perché servono solo il te) deve essere pagata. Buoni i servizi perché ci si può appoggiare al contiguo Atlantis resort (stessa proprietà) con una prima colazione a buffet decisamente migliore e possibilità di accedere alle piscine (per chi le usa) e soprattutto al mare usando delle piattaforme con lettini e ombrelloni dotate di scalette per entrare in acqua (l'acqua dell'Egeo comunque è fredda), le piattaforme sono in due insenature che le riparano in parte dal vento che spesso soffia anche a 30/40 kmh; volendo c'è anche una spiaggia di sabbia (Akkum), ma è sabbia scura e molto sporca di cicche di sigarette. C'è anche un discreto ristorante (Maya restaurant) con un cameriere molto disponibile che per fortuna parla inglese (a parte il ristorante molte personale della struttura parlano solo il turco). In conclusione, se dovessi tornare, andrei all'Atlantis resort, dove più o meno con la stessa cifra si ottengono servizi migliori e sembra anche più pulito. Molto carente la pulizia: in 5 notti non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola e solo una volta hanno pulito il bagno (credo sia dipeso dal cambio del personale, perché il primo giorno c'era una signora che ha pulito, dopo c'era un ragazzo che si limitava a rifare sommariamente il letto e a portare via gli asciugamani sporchi; gli ho ho fatto che c'erano le tazze del caffè sporche dal giono prima e solo allora le ha sostituite con altre pulite). Sotto il letto c'era molta polvere. La doccia è aperta e quindi bisogna fare acrobazie. Infine, sia sul loro sito sia sui vari siti di prenotazione on line c'è scritto che hanno il servizio di lavanderia, ma non è vero.

• Sebnem34 (9/5): A facility you will want to visit again and again... - A beautiful resort nestled among the trees, right on the seafront, with a private beach and sailing and diving activities. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The safe is keyed, not coded. The room key and the safe key are on a single keychain with the room number on it. This isn't very secure. Since they also allow outside guests onto the beach, we didn't feel very secure. Leaving the keychain with your room number in the room will at least make the room less visible, thus increasing security somewhat.

• Ooecalir (8/5): Klein, sauber und perfekte Lage direkt am Meer - Wer keine Lust auf große Hotels mit vielen Menschen hat ist das der ideale Ort für Urlaub. Wir waren unmittelbar neben dem Restaurant, daher wurde es immer mal etwas lauter.

• Sinem (10/5): I would definitely come again - It’s a great location. Sea was amazing and hotel has its own beach. Breakfast was very rich. In the evening we decided eat also in the hotel and food was great. Chef has great specials and I really enjoyed all of them. Staff was also very helpful.Also it was possible to use the pool of the hotel next to Maya. We even used Spa-Hamam, of course with extra paying, and we enjoyed a lot.
• ESRA (10/5): Harika bir tesis - Keyifli bir otel. Konumu harika her yer denize bakıyor. Çalışanlar ilgili, saygılı ve güler yüzlüydü. (Tijen hanıma sevgiler:)) Kendine ait 2 iskelesi vardı. Biri Akkum plajında diğeri de restaurant tarafındaydı. Biz restaurant tarafını tercih ettik, gayet sakin ve güzeldi. Kahvaltısı iyiydi, memnun kaldık. Odaları küçük ama bitişik değil bungalov tarzıydı. Yine tercih edeceğim bir işletme olacak. Her şey için teşekkürler🙏

• Baris (3/5): Don’t stay there - It was not clean at all, bathrooms was exceptionally dirty. Food service was very profit oriented: serving leftovers of the lunch at night. Most of the personnel was trainees. It was very difficult to get served. At the breakfast, we served dry bread all the time. At the breakfast, we served 3 olives per person. Any meal order takes minimum 30 minutes. There is no service at the beach, although it was advertised so. Bathroom robinets and room fridge were not working, we asked for a repair. Fridge was nit repaired. We had to chase for toilet paper. Meats served were very poor quality in general, compared to other restaurants in the region.

Kahvaltida masaya gelrn ekmegin daha fazla kizartilmasini istedigimizde 3 garson tarafindan ekmek elle kontrol edildi. Hic bir calisan hijyenik degildi. Yemekleri ve mezeleri lezzetsizdi.

• Selin (6/5): Vasat - Konakladığımız süre boyunca wifi bağlantısı yoktu, sorduğumuzda da üzerinde çalıştıklarını söylediler ama maalesef hiçbir değişiklik olmadı. Kesinlikle çok önemli bir eksikti. Restaurant çalışanları -bir stajyer; Emine Hnm hariç- sıfır güler yüz gördük ve maalesef oldukça yavaşlardı. Yemekler vasattı. Yemek yedikten sonra herhangi bir adisyon imzalamıyorsunuz ve check out yaparken bir döküm de göremiyorsunuz. İskele kısmında rüzgardan şemsiyeler uçtu, yine konakladığımız süre boyunca kimse gelip bir düzenleme veya onarım yapmadı. Konum güzeldi ama arabasız oldukça zorlanacağınız bir yerde ve halk plajının hemen yanında ve pazar günleri inanılmaz bir izdiham oluyor. Odalar güzel ve rahattı ama temizlik maalesef yine vasattı.
• Demet (8/5): - Duşa girip saçımı ıslattığımda şampuanın bitmiş olduğunu fark ettim ve sabunla yıksmak zorunda kaldım. Dolap çekmecesini açtığımızda yedek yastığın üzerinde uzun bir saç kılı ile karşılaştık. Dolapta hiç askı yoktu.Çıkış yaparken bunu belirttiğimizde unutulduğunu öğrendik. Bunun dışında çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydiler. Kahvaltı çok güzel ve zengindi.
• SULE DIDEM (8/5): Kötu oda, keyfim kaçtı - Herhalde otelin en kötü odası verildi bize. 2 oda olarak giriş yaptık. Diğer oda gerçekten daha ferah ve manzaraliydi. Konforu daha düzgündü. 3 gün kalışım benim oda beklentimin çok altındaydi ve hayal kırıklığına uğradım diyebilirim. Sahil ve restaurant, hizmet, temizlik, otelin konumu bukadar güzel olmasa kesinlikle tekrar gelmem.
• Serpil (10/5): Sığacıkta huzurlu ve güzel bir tatil - Otelin konumu çok güzel, sığacık kaleye araçla sadece 5 dakika, isterseniz minibüs de mevcut, yataklar çok rahat, oda büyük ve ferah. oda kahvaltı konakladık kahvaltı çok güzel ve çeşitliydi, oda tertemizdi, ayrıca resepsiyon personeli ve yönetici çok güleryüzlüydü ve yardımcıydı, bu sene kendilerine özel Beach açıyorlar ki bu da tatilciler için çok iyi olacak. son gün 3 yaşındaki yeğenim çok hastalandı ve annesiyle beraber gelemediler. Otel rezervasyonu olan bir odamızı ücretsiz iptal etti, bu da misafirlerine verdikleri değeri gösteriyor, yeniden teşekkür ederiz.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Short stay but not what l expect - l stayed 3 nights , never seen housekeeping ! l had breakfast once disaster server ( lady blonde) and not polite. l did not eat anyway just had tea. Maybe it was winter time hotel staff was not visible anyway , but nice place , great location , l would like to try summer time as well. At the lobby young fella with vey polite and nice l belive his name was Volkan. Just need litte bit more attention, And need some signage around to infom the people to be quiet. you ll hear every conversations people passing from next to your room.
