- Georgi (8/5): Positive impression overall, but with some room for improvement. - The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly. The hotel is located very close to the park and the sea promenade, with lots of restaurants nearby - so the fact that there is no actual restaurant in the hotel is not an issue. The breakfast is quite good. The furniture quality was dubious - we had to replace one of the chairs as it was falling apart; and one of the windows fell into the room and had to be reinstalled. Also, the quality of the internet connection was not great - there were parts inside the room where I could not connect.

From the first moment at the check in desk, we had a great impression from how welcoming and helpful the staff were. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Nice comfortable beds. - Hasan (10/5): Geheimtipp an der Strandpromenade - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sofort herzlich aufgenommen und haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir haben uns für die kleinen Zimmer entschieden, weil diese einen riesigen Balkon mit super Aussicht hatten. Es ist kein Fünfsternehotel, aber uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles sehr nett und sauber. Die Lage ist super. Bis zur Strandpromenade läuft man ein bis zwei Minuten. Bis zur Tuzla Marina (riesiges Erlebnis-/Einkaufszentrum) geht man fünf bis zehn Minuten an der Strandpromenade. Zahlreiche Gastronomie in direkter Umgebung. Für uns ist dieses Hotel eine Riesenentdeckung. Wir werden gerne wieder dort buchen. Für uns ist dieses Hotel ein Geheimtipp. Herzlichen Dank an das Personal. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen.

- Natalia (7/5): - Кімната була прокурена. Мабуть хтось курив перед нами. Прибирали не кожного дня. А коли прибирали, то забирали 4 рушники а клали 2. То взагалі рушники забрали і поклали 1 халат і 1 рушник. Постійно ходили на рецепцію і просили рушники. Попросили ще одну ковдру, бо маленька була - так прибиральниця її забрала) шампуні дали лише при заселенні. Хоча ми жили тиждень.

- Βαρβάρα (9/5): A successfull choice! - I liked the old fashioned style of the hotel, like a Serai, with the heavy furniture and curtains the element of wood everywhere and a touch of luxury! They upgraded for free the room I had booked and I thank them for that! It was very clean. The breakfast was more than enough with a great variety to choose from! There is a safe in the wardrobe and a hairdryer! Also free toiletries in the bath! There are several restaurants with great food and cafés nearby and you can have walks, run or just rest sitting on benches near the sea. The whole staying was a great experience! The matress was hard enough but I kind of got used to it!😊

The windows could be replaced with new double glazing to cut down the outside noise and calling to prayers from the mosque.

- Dursun (10/5): - Die Lage ist unschlagbar, zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig, was für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Gewoon ze moeten op voorhand mensen informeren over het gebruik van bar en niet bijvullen als er bezoekers om niet vragen of als er bezoekers niet op kamer zijn. Voor ons was het geen probleem ik zeg het algemeen. Volgens mij moesten we ook betalen voor energie drankjes die we niet hebben gedronken. Ik ken naam van die meisje niet die ontbijt serveerde maar ze was super lief. Er is niet veel te doen in de buurt , maar er zijn paar winkels en strand als je taxi neemt in 10 minuten misschien.Als ik terug naar Istanbul ga ga ik nog eens zeker deze accommodatie boeken.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Öncelikle kaldığım 211 numaralı oda çok havasız sigara kokuyordu. Nevresimler havlular alerjik biri olduğum için sabah kadar sigara kokusundan havasızlıktan uyuyamadım. Bu güne kadar kaldığım Diğer odalarınızda olan kahve makinası yoktu. Bırakılan tekli kahvelerde kullanılmış çöpü oraya bırakılmıştı. Odanın kliması yetersiz. Duş başlığı kırık duş alırken her yer ıslanıyor. Yerde halı yok yani sanki öyle boş bir alan vardı bi yatak atılmış siz burda kalın der gibi. Dün akşam 8 saatlik yoldan gelmiş olduğumuzdan dolayı uğraşmak istemedim. Ama ne kaldığımdan ne uyuduğumdan asla bir şey anlamadım

The room decoration has its own taste and spacious, with welcome plate of fruits is a very friendly and nice approach. Location is great and breakfast was very nice. Definitely I would re-book again their during my visit to Tuzla-Istanbul. My Room had some issues with Wifi but my colleague in other room said the wi fi is working very well. I believe if I mentioned this to stuff, they would provide a solution but considering that my stay was for 1 night, I don't call it an issue as it didn't stop me enjoying my stay.

This is lovely and relaxing but at some point before my stay, someone had smoked in the room or the fabrics needed freshening. Stale smell. But it didn’t really affect the pleasantry

- Raoul (10/5): Great hotel with nice facilities - The hotel is conveniently located on the waterfront in Tuzla. Staff was very friendly and helpful in answering questions. Great restaurants around. Breakfast buffet was great. The hotel room was absolutely massive and very enjoyable.
