The dinner was amazing, and I would especially like to mention Mr. Virendra for his outstanding service. He always had a smile on his face and was ready to assist with anything we needed. His service was excellent — very flexible, polite, and truly professional. He made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

- Sarah (7/5): Great location - The location of the property was perfect as it was next to an MRT station. It had a great pool and a Starbucks. The products they used in the bathroom were fantastic would definitely buy these if they were available. We tried to order room service on 3 separate occasions and no one ever answered the phone! The bathrooms were very small. The pool closed at 10pm, we never managed to get to it in the daylight!
- Lars (8/5): - Directly located ant the Subway, the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. Although, Little India needs to been seen as well. The rooms are clean and well separated into 2 floors. We stayed with 2 small kids and they loved to go upstairs and downstairs in the room. We booked it again for the trip back home since we stay 1 night. We had to leave very early and the hotel was not able to provide a breakfast package even though we purchased breakfast.

- Tatiana (9/5): Très bon séjour avec une belle piscine et proche des transports et commerce . - Hôtel de bon standing moderne et facilement accessible avec la station de métro juste à côté . La variété du petit déjeuner pourrait être améliorée surtout concernant la qualité du pain qui pourrait être meilleure. Idem pour le dîner , essayez de proposer plus de repas internationaux pour les clients de l’hôtel qui ne tolèrent pas / peu les épices même si effectivement c’est un restaurant Indien. Idem la salle de sport pourrait être plus variée en terme d équipements mais elle est belle et moderne .

- Walter (7/5): soweit ok - Die Lage war für mich ideal. Ich konnte alles entweder sehr einfach mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittelen erreichen, oder einfach zu Fuß. Der Pool wäre schön gewesen, aber die vollkommen überzogenen Sicherheitsansprüche machen den Pool sinnlos. Schon bei den ersten Regentropfen wurde er geschlossen. Auch sonst hatte man den Eindruck, dass man ihn nicht benützen soll. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert.

The service is excellent—staff are always polite, helpful, and very attentive to guest requests. As an IHG Diamond Elite member, I was upgraded to a premium loft room, which was very spacious, clean, and had a nice view. The room comfort and overall experience were really impressive. The location is also a big advantage, being close to Little India with plenty of Indian vegetarian food options nearby. I have stayed at this hotel many times, and every stay has been consistently good. I would definitely recommend it to others. The breakfast is also very good, with Indian dishes available, which is a great plus. Overall, a very pleasant and reliable stay every time.

The room was good but too small for a family of four to have a comfortable long stay. However, I was aware of that hence I only stayed there for 1 night. Breakfast was really nice. Clean hotel. Overall, a really good stay though for a 4 star hotel in the Little India area.

Atmosphere is a little overbearing as the small reception area is often crowded and substantial waiting on elevators. Great little cafe with good food. The room was rather squeezy with a"king bed' squeezed in (requested for Queen - not sure why 2-single beds was placed together). Pillows were lumpy and needs renewal. Only single chair available for couple. Not comfortable. Front desk Staff was great, knowledgeable and welcoming

- 807ishaant (10/5): An Indians Hotel - We Had A Wonderful Experience Thanks To AJ, Priya And Fazni. Would Definitely Recommend This Hotel To Other Friends And Family Members♥️♥️. The Location Was Also Amazing As Many Good Indian Veg Restaurants And Souvenir Shops Were Nearby. The Rooms Were Clean And Uniquely Designed. Overall , There Was A Positive Atmosphere. There Were No Noises From Outside And The Amenities Provided Were Incredible. It Is Definitely Worth Your Money.

- jkoziarak (10/5): Great location, great amenities, friendly staff - Hotel is in perfect location. Just literally door to door with MRT. Great amenities with self-laundry being a savior during hot days ( not to mention that the ay mire economical way than other hotels). Restaurant is fabulous with delicious meals and drinks. I also enjoyed breakfast buffet with continental, local and Indian options.

Breakfast is still kind of OK but I have come across some unwelcoming behaviour by one of the staff members. I have been regular at this hotel and can clearly see that the old staffs have been transferred to other hotels, those used to welcoming and provided the best service in the past.New concierge employees really need to step up their service,they are really slow and reluctant specially if you are checking late in the ni

- Srikantan (8/5): Good stay - Bed was comfy, room was well maintained. A bit small - I had booked standard room with city view. Extremely friendly staff. The flush of the toilet was broken from arrival. Had to wait to get it fixed - could have been avoided easily. One small issue I had otherwise was with food again - considering I am an Indian vegetarian. Vegetarian options were there in the restaurant - but no distinction between items - for Indian vegetarians - this could be a problem. The place would be very good for non-vegetarians in general. I belong to a niche group when it comes to food issues.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, Zimmer für Singapur sehr großzügig. Und eine tolle Dusche. Die Flure werden leider teilweise so stark gekühlt, dass Windgeräusche durch den Zug unter dem Türspalt entstehen.

The hotel’s location directly above a metro station made getting around the city quick and convenient. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to start the day. The reception staff were particularly helpful, providing clear advice on where to go in the city and the best ways to get there. Overall, a convenient and comfortable choice for business travellers.

The room should have been slightly bigger for 2 single beds. There was no space left for movements. No ward drop facility. All other faciities very good.

- ReneTong (6/5): No no to loft rooms, way too troublesome and hazardous to stay in. - Staying in a loft room wasn’t a good experience at all. The aircon vent is directly pointed at the bed area and there isn’t a remote control to control the ac. What it meant was that everytime we needed a change in temp or wind speed, someone had to get up, go down the stairs and adjust, go up feel while, go down again to adjust. It’s troublesome as hell. Going to the washroom at night was a complete nightmare too. Basically the loft room wasn’t a complete pain in the ass. Not recommended.

Only issue from the 20th floor, ig csn bd quite a wait for the lifts...more than 5mins on one occasion and at times the lift is overpacked

- Patrick (7/5): Great location - a springboard for sightseeing - Loft room was ideal for us, if a little cramped with 3 suitcases. The ability to have a separate area for parents and teen daughter was great. The location is excellent, right above Farrer Metro Station and in the Little India hub. Breakfast was OK. We didn't use it but the pool looked nice. The beds were not very comfortable with very hard mattresses. Hotels aren't cheap in Singapore and this was up there price wise.
