• LUCIA (8/5): - La ubicacion 10/10. Todo cerca y caminando. Por el precio esta bien. Cambiaron las toallas y limpiaron el cuarto cada dia. Abajo hay un restaurante que se queda hasta tarde pero no sentimos nada de ruido (tienen buen sistema). Buena calida del wifi. Siempre respondieron a los mensajes. Creo que me iba preparada para algo simple y tuve un poco mas de lo que esperaba. Podrian dar un mantenimiento a los bordes de los pisos.

• Alexander (7/5): - Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein. Für zwei bis drei Nächte völlig ausreichend! Lage ist auch top! Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war teilweise etwas schwierig obwohl es hieß, dass sie 24/7 erreichbar sind. Wir wollten nach dem Check out noch unsere Koffer abstellen und nochmal in die Stadt gehen. Nach 45 Minuten Warte Zeit (in der uns angekündigt wurde, dass die Dame der Rezeption in 5 da ist) sind wir dann mit unserem Gepäck in die Stadt. Das war kein schöner Abschluss.

There was shower gel, a hairdryer, and slippers. Breakfast: Not many options, but good: pastries, coffee, juices, and yogurts. They let us leave our luggage at reception on the last day. Good location, we walked everywhere. Quiet area without excessive noise. Very good service, especially from the receptionist Selma. Highly recommended for the price.

She was extremely pleasant and helped us with valuable information, in addition to being very friendly. She is certainly the hotel's calling card. The shower needs to be checked, as does the shower stall door. At times, the shower temperature fluctuated significantly. Sometimes during a shower, the water would suddenly become ice cold, and the Wi-Fi signal is quite unstable, but this didn't compromise our stay in Rome. I would definitely stay here again.

• Tania (3/5): Má devido às condições. - Perto da estação Roma termini. Tinha algum movimento jovem mesmo abaixo do prédio. Assim como restaurantes. Este alojamento é um apartamento mas dividido em vários quartos com casa de banho e uma receção muito pequena. Devido ao preço poderiam ter o espaço mais acolhedor e minimamente arranjado. Para ficar um espaço bonito não precisa de gastar muito dinheiro. É só preciso ter gosto por aquilo que estão a oferecer aos hóspedes. Desde a tinta nas paredes, à cama de casal que na verdade, era uma cama de solteiro alcochoada junto com outra de ferro, que parecia ter acrescento para beliche. O chão era em cerâmica antiga, a casa de banho igualmente antiga. Gel de banho e shampoo cheiram mal. O quarto não cheirava a limpo. Ar condicionado não funcionava, assim como o Wi-Fi.

A TV é smart, podendo acessar Apps com conta própria. O Wi-Fi pode ter algumas falhas, em algumas horas do dia. Não nos deram a opção de liberar ou suspender a entrada da equipe de limpeza do quarto. A taxa municipal é paga apenas em cash.

• Arsen (5/5): - La posizione è comoda. La camera matrimoniale piuttosto grande. La camera è stata pulita tutti i giorni. La camera dava sulla strada e giù al piano terra c'è un bar in cui si raccolgono quelli degli ostelli. Fanno molto rumore fino a molto tardi, anche in settimana. Quindi dormire senza tappi è praticamente impossibile. Se la camera non è male, il bagno - piuttosto piccolo - era invece un po' vecchio. Sembrava che alcune cose si potessero staccare da un momento all'altro. Nel corridoio c'era la macchinetta del caffè, ma non abbiamo mai visto una sola capsula per poterla utilizzare. Almeno c'era un bollitore e caffè solubile.
• mkth (8/5): Centrally located nice accommodation - It's centrally located, which is very convenient for us as we needed to leave for the airport early in the morning and they let us check out from 4am. Also, the check in is after 2pm but you can store your luggage at the reception at another property of theirs on the same street after 10am so that is handy. The room is spacious and clean. The cafe and restaurants are nearby and the supermarket of the decent size is about 5min walk from the guesthouse. Nothing particular.

• Vahinemoena (8/5): Great value for money, good location. - It's a small guesthouse and I had to share the room with only one other female guest. My flight was late, but they were kind enough to wait for me although the reception was normally closed. Complimentary coffee/tea. The outdoor bar of the hostel next door was very noisy, even with the window and the shutters closed we could here it. Make sure you bring ear plugs.

• Dayra (6/5): No fue una estancia agradable. - Que tenía cosas en la cocina para prepararse. Que hacía el aseo todos los días. Los taxes no pudieron cancelar con tarjeta, sólo efectivo. La persona que atiende que fue una mujer, problemática y regañona. En un momentos entraron unos amigos a esperarnos y empezó a gritar sin decir primero de forma respetuosa que se salieran. Hace demasiado calor en las habitaciones, las camas que quedan arriba del camarote no tienen conexión de electricidad. Que NO se pueda hacer check in después de las 10 PM.

Ho chiesto il letto basso perché avendo un problema al ginocchio faccio fatica a salire su quello superiore, gentilmente me lo hanno concesso ma non mi aspettavo un letto in terra, egualmente scomodo per scendere. Facendo un rapporto qualità prezzo mi aspettavo qualcosina di più. In Portogallo ho speso la metà e avevo a disposizione cucina, sala da pranzo e persino la piscina

The shower was a but dirty but nothing major. The showerhead was broken too, but it was usable.

Price was great. You can hear the music from the bar next door,until late at night. However, I was easily able to sleep through it once I got used to it. The people there were mostly young ones from the nearby hostel, not rowdy.

The place had just a small locker, hand towel, bath towel, extremely thin sheets, and shivered all night I couldn't wait to exit.It had a blow dryer No mat in bathroom, no kitchen or washing machine,no ironing board ,no TV, heater in cold conditions, it was a room worse than a hospital, luckily I was alone, Small locker while my travel bags had no secure space.It was good to sleep few hours then exit out ASAP, I had to leave early with cloths not ironed,when lights are on in the bathroom makes a funny loud sound. I will not recommend this hostel.

• Inzhumarzhan (1/5): Bad - There is a bar/night club under this hotel. Very loud, very noisy, could not sleep properly any night while staying there. Do not recommend!

• Nazli (2/5): Very poor - Location close to Termini The hotel is on top of a bar and if you want to sleep at night, you literally CANNOT!! the bar starts from 10ish pm and the music and the drunk people shouting and everything would definitely be under your pillow and nobody does anything about it. That was extremely inconvenient and too bad for a place to have the least thing you expect from a hotel to just SLEEP!

• Yousra (4/5): Horribly disappointing - Location is very good Everything was disappointing, This place is very low maintained , low value for money .we spent more than 130 pound in the day for a very small room , unprofessional cleaning, the girl works in reception is nice but she works as the cleaner as well !! So cleaning is bad , mould on the ceilings , the walls paintings has stains everywhere, I felt like I was in a room that hasn’t been refurbished in ages ,everything is of low quality , no kettle in the room , the only one kettle in the outside is rusted not clean , couldn’t even make a cup of tea . These people need to pay more money on Maintainance and cleaning if they want to take that much money from us . The overall experience was horrible.

• Holly (6/5): Good for socialising and great area. - The room was spacious and quiet. The hostel is an excellent location, close to the train station and around plenty of restaurants. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. Accessing entrance was really difficult. When I arrived, nobody knew where it was as there are loads of hostels. As I didn't have an Italian sim card it was hard to contact the hosts too. Also one of the plug sockets didn't work, so I needed to use the one in the bathroom.

• Esra (7/5): Good - The staff was very kind. The lockers were present in the room. The room was clean. Only one bathroom per one room including six people was not enough that I should have waited for 20 mins at least. The toilet seat was broken. The location was a bit far away from the center.

• Ann (10/5): Definitly going back someday. - The staff was so helpful and friendly. It's also very nice to have a bathroom for 3 or 4 people. It feels really private. Also the Yellowbar, right underneath it, is a great place to meet people.
