Desde el primer momento en que llegamos al puerto, el servicio destacó por su organización y atención al detalle, ya que nos recogieron sin ningún coste adicional, algo que se agradece muchísimo después del viaje. Al llegar al hotel, nos recibieron con un delicioso cóctel sin alcohol, un gesto de bienvenida que nos hizo sentir cómodos y valorados desde el primer instante. La atención del personal durante el check-in fue muy profesional, amable y siempre con una sonrisa. La habitación superó completamente nuestras expectativas. En nuestro caso, teníamos una habitación con vistas a la playa, amplia, moderna, muy cómoda y perfectamente equipada. Lo que más nos impresionó fue el nivel de limpieza y cuidado; todo estaba impecable en cada rincón. Además, el ambiente del hotel transmite tranquilidad y confort, ideal tanto para descansar como para disfrutar de las vacaciones. Queremos destacar especialmente el trabajo del personal de limpieza, ya que cada día, después de regresar de nuestras excursiones, encontrábamos la habitación totalmente reluciente y perfectamente organizada. En especial, queremos agradecer a Asif, quien se encargaba de nuestra planta. Su trato fue excepcional durante toda nuestra estancia: siempre amable, atento, educado y dispuesto a ayudarnos en cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Personas como él marcan realmente la diferencia y hacen que la experiencia sea aún más especial. También queremos reconocer el excelente trabajo de todo el equipo del hotel. Desde recepción hasta el personal de servicio, todos demostraron profesionalidad, cercanía y un auténtico interés por hacer que los huéspedes se sintieran cómodos y bien atendidos. Sin duda, ha sido una estancia inolvidable y una experiencia que recomendamos al 100 %. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer que nuestras vacaciones fueran perfectas. Volveríamos encantados. • Fabio Alessandro (8/5): Muy agradable - La habitacion era muy grande y comoda, realmente muy bien para lo que se necesita. Balcon agradable, un poco obstruida la vista a la playa por las palmeras. Mi unica critica a la habitación era el aire acondicionado que ayudaba pero no enfriaba demasiado. Se podia dormir bien y comodo pero quizas necesitan un aire un poco mas fuerte. Lo demas muy bien! Nada me desagrado en particular. Solo el tema del aire acondicionado que no enfriaba tanto. Lo suficiente para no pasar calor y estar relativamente bien.

Apparently the Indian restaurant becomes non Indian during breakfast time.

The hotel was very clean breakfast was delicious and anything we needed was seen to very quickly. Right on the beach and felt really well looked after, I’ll definitely be coming back Nothing not to like!

• Dragana (8/5): - The location is excellent, right next to one of the only two bikini beaches in the area. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the breakfast and dinner could be more continental and a bit more European in style. Prices are listed without VAT. Although the reception staff is polite, you are required to pay everything upfront rather than at check-out. They do not accept euros and use an unusual exchange rate. The sunbeds are damaged and are not located in the front rows by the beach as advertised, so guests end up using other sunbeds which are additionally charged.

• Imane (9/5): Un séjour parfait avec une vue incroyable et un personnel aux petits soins. - Séjour au top ! Le personnel est vraiment super sympa et accueillant. L’emplacement est idéal et la vue sur l’océan est tout simplement sublime. Un léger retard dans la prise en charge à notre arrivée, d’autant plus que nous étions sous une forte pluie.

• GLORIA (9/5): Kaani Grand Seaview Great Choice - This hotel was right on point. Transfers well coordinated & fairly organized. The ferry was convenience. Hotel was clean, especially because NO CARPET!! Everything else was great. The breakfast and dinner was great. The ferry service when departing vessel @ airport at the completion of the trip. The negative is with the ferry after reaching airport, there needs to be stairs when exiting the boat. The step up is dangerously high for young & old. It was just risky and 2 guys helping does not decrease the risk. The pulling of the arm of my travel mate was unacceptable. What if she had limitations in n shoulder,it they would have pulled it out of socket. The step was so high she had to fall down in sitting position to get to it. Some people are not able to extend leg to the maximum of hip rotation.
• Ku Nur Maisarah (10/5): Amazing and memorable - Great location! Provides a bit of privacy but still with a great view of the bikini beach. Close to some of the best restaurants on the island. But most of all, their hospitality is unmatched! They’re always ready to help with anything, even the smallest matter. When i had stomachache, their staffs were super helpful. The cleaner, Mostafa, even went to the pharmacy for us to buy some meds since we couldn’t communicate properly. He even got us coconut water along with the meds. The Indonesian ladies working in the restaurant as well, they prepared lemon water and porridge immediately after learning that i had stomachache, Asih and Jucinta were their name if i remember correctly. If i could name a few more, there’s Rajiv and Magic working in the reception area who were accommodating as well. Just all of them were amazing and I wish I could’ve repaid their service. Nothing.
• Gupta (9/5): - The team were all smiling and welcoming especially - Jusika, Imesha, Jowel, Aliullah (house keeping), Lucky at reception Aliullah used to decorate our room each day, which made us feel so special. I do feel the staff(some of them) had issues understanding me due to language barrier. the lady who makes omlette - she never looked happy and the second day, she was a bit rude to me, she assumed something before responding to me, which I don't think is good customer service. no other milk substitute, we have to carry our Soya milk most morning, Jusika though resolved this of us the last few days at Kaani and used to prepare our coffees, so a shout out to her for being true customer friendly :)
• Péter (4/5): It looks much better in the pictures. - It is close to Bikini Beach. The room is ok, nothing extra, the breakfast is ok. We arrived using the hotel’s organized speedboat transfer. The check-in process was shockingly slow—it took about an hour and a half away from our rest. They first checked in those who complained the loudest about the wait (two couples from India), and only after that were we attended to, even though we were traveling with children. We had booked a sea-view deluxe family room and requested a high floor, but instead we were given a second-floor room overlooking a neighboring construction site, where loud noise continued late into the night. It sounded as if a generator was running in the next room! The children couldn’t rest because of it. For four people, only three beds were prepared. The manager was incompetent and did nothing to resolve the situation.

They sent my family to Male port instead of airport, although I clearly asked to send them to the airport. In fact their transfer is more expensive than the other boats from the island. But I payed for their transfer because wanted to make sure that they will pickup and directly send them to the airport. In the end they got lost without their luggage. Had to find taxi for them and look for their luggage. Luckily their flight was late, otherwise they would have to leave without the luggage or even worse miss the flight.

Super fijn goed groot bed en goede badkamer. Leuk balkonnetje met prachtig uitzicht. Locatie ook top recht aan het bikini strand en naast het straatje met alle lekkere leuke restaurants waar ook s avonds wel eens live muziek was. Fijne ontbijt ruimte met goed ontbijt buffet. Helemaal niets!

• Kristel (9/5): Was good stay regardless - Great views I accidentally cut my hand at the hotel, and the hotel was unable to provide basic first aid supplies such as a bandage or finger plasters to close the wound. Later, when these supplies were finally arranged, my roommate was not allowed to collect them from the reception desk, and I was told I had to come down myself. However, I had to hold a towel against the wound to stop the bleeding, which made it impossible for me to go downstairs alone. By the time the first aid kit was organized—about an hour and a half later—I had already managed to close the wound myself, and my friend went to a pharmacy to buy plasters.

• Cristina (10/5): Kaani Hotel: A Hidden Gem with a Touch of Magic - Kaani Grand Seaview hotel is very clean, comfortable, and in a great location on the island. Magic was very attentive, warm and went above and beyond to make sure every excursion my husband and I booked was perfectly arranged for us. We felt looked after at all times!Thank you so much, Magic! All the other staff members were also very pleasant and did everything to make our stay a good one: Lucky, Jusica and Imesha. Thank you all for providing us with a memorable holiday! The Wi-Fi connection was a bit inconsistent at times, coffee quality needs much improvement and breakfast options felt slightly limited - need more variety.
• Jason (9/5): All you need in a perfect location - The staff are so friendly and helpful. As if the location wasn’t already enough. Our biggest thanks to Shohel who kept our room so clean and tidy with beautiful flowers and towel sculptures on the bed. It would be good if there was access to the pool at the sister hotel “Kaani Palm” next door

• Marie (10/5): INCROYABLE - Bel hôtel, très bien placé, très propre et vraiment le personnel est incroyable. Nous avons été accueillis par Rajiv qui s’est bien occupé de nous du début à la fin. L’équipe du restaurant très adorable, surtout Uzzal qui s’est occupé de nous au repas CANDLE LIGHT ainsi que ANJALI. L’équipe de Kaani Excursion qui s’est bien occupés de nous lors des sorties bateaux. Le guide LAKMAL est très professionnel, autant dans l’eau avec les photos inoubliables et tout au long de la journée. L’équipe ROOM SERVICE avec MONIR qui était au petits soins. Ça a était une expérience incroyable. Je reviendrais
• Takiyah (6/5): Staff was wonderful overall - Jusika was a star. She was so attentive and pleasant. She genuinely felt concern for my well-being. She checked on and made me feel welcome. Many of the staff members were kind and friendly. On my last day they did a design and a message on my bed which was sweet. Breakfast was ok. The omelettes and pancakes were tasty. The bread was hard. There was dead cockroach in the staircase. I reported it but when I took the stairs a while afterwards, it was still there. That’s unacceptable. Also, there were several cats in the restaurant during breakfast. It was uncomfortable. That may just be how things are on the island though.
• Carmen (3/5): - We booked two nights at the Kaani Grand Seaview. Upon arrival, we were told we would be accommodated next door at the Kaani Palm Beach. This was supposed to be an upgrade. However, it wasn't an upgrade. The room we booked was larger than the room at the Palm Beach. The breakfast wasn't fresh (canned fruit, runny porridge).

• Maria (10/5): Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Will definitely recommend to our friends. - Very good location, right next to the Bikini beach and many restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful like Janna in reception, Rowell Aguilar in the restaurant, Asif in housekeeping and Magic in tours/activities. No pool but we were able to go next door at Kaani Palm.

• olivialulu (10/5): Yummy yummy - I had an amazing meal here – the Indian dishes were some of the best we’ve had in the Maldives! The flavors were spot on, spices just right, and portions generous. Special shoutout to Jusika, our server – she was so kind, attentive, and really went out of her way to help me choose and make sure everything was perfect. The restaurant itself is gorgeous with that relaxed sea-island tropical style, open and breezy, very clean, and we didn’t see a single fly or bug, which is a big plus in the tropics. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Male! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
• Morten S. (9/5): We stayed at room 305 and 607 from February 22-27. Extremely nice cleanning staff and at the restaurant. Very nice rooms - Location, very nice staff, breakfast, view from balcony. Great snorkelling. Rather arrogant reception manager, as our large room booking by their mistake was not available and we had to accept a smaller room in change of two free dinner meals (4 people) or a free Fish Tank tour (2 people). We would have preferred the larger room.

Ar avea nevoie de un odorizant, pentru că nu are aerisire naturală și dacă se ține ușa închisă miroase urât, chiar dacă este curată. Pereții sunt foarte subțiri și se aude tot prin ei. Auzeam ce vorbeau vecinii de lângă mine și gălăgia de pe hol.

I was given complementary birthday room decorations and cake (tasted so fresh, moist and really good, very good to my liking) staffs were friendly and accommodating staffs were quick to attend to our needs staffs were organised special mentions to the staffs who made our stay very memorable: 1. Rowell - who’s very attentive to our needs especially when he served at my birthday dinner, very friendly and kind, he made sure that we are well welcomed. Also during breakfast - he made sure we felt like at home. 2. Alliulah - who is very creative with his art skills, who decorated the bed with birthday greetings and who is also attentive to housekeeping needs. 3. Forgot the other names of the attendants who welcomed us on our first night - very accommodating eventhough we’re too late to arrive. 4. The staff who organised our day trip - also helpful (sorry forgot his name, but he’s always at the reception) 5. To all staffs who sang birthday song - truly well appreciated 6. To all staffs who made sure we’ve been looked after during dinner (sorry forgot the names too) Thank you all! You made my birthday extra special.. I wont forget your excellent service 😊
