• Wing Chuen (8/5): 酒店清潔衛生良好，但是沒有隔音太吵了 - 前台沒人辦理入住，全由平板電腦不算難，但如果有問題就沒法聯繫負責人，我用了平板內面對面會談，但是永遠是接不通，最後還是要電手機才能聯繫上，房間衛生很好，隔音是完全沒有的，跟本和睡在街上沒分別，如果你是睡了就聽不到聲音的人，這酒店是好的。

The rooms r relatively bigger than the usual Japanese hotels but nobody will clean your room and this location is not closed to any hotspot except the castle. Even the locals said this is usually the locals area not for tourist. There were alot of banding on walls and the walls r very thin so it is not as quiet as said in the website. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel so that was nice. If u travel with kids, better stay somewhere else cuz it's quite far from metro and kids get tired easily.

La WiFi est HORRIBLE ! Nous devions faire des recherches / réservations pour nos activités mais impossible à cause de l'absence de WiFi. La chambre était minuscule. Il n'y a pas d'espace pour les valises. De plus, aucun service de chambre n'est proposé. A moins de payer le ménage, les serviettes... L'hôtel est à environs 25 minutes à pied du quartier animé. Mais dispose de 2 gares. The check in was done remotely as the office is open only a few hours a day. We stayed 10 nights and never saw the staff. WiFi is HORRIBLE! We had to do some research / booking for our activities but impossible because of the lack of WiFi. The room was tiny. There is no space for suitcases. In addition, no room service is available. Unless paying the cleaning, the towels ... The hotel is around 25 minutes walk from the lively area. But has 2 stations.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - 기대 이상 이었습니다. 인원이 6명으로 난카이난바역에서 걸어서 가느라고 좀 힘들긴 했지만 걸어가면서 일본의 생활도 엿볼 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 구글지도보는 기술도 익히게 되었구요 무엇보다 아담 하면서 깨끗한 숙소에 기분이 너무 좋았습니다. 저희가 3월중순에 갔는데 리모델링을 하셨는지 깨끗하고 안전한 시설에 감동이였습니다. 침대도 6개가 구비되어 있었고 화장실도 사용하기엔 전혀 문제 없었습니다. 그리고 숙소바로옆에 대형마트가 있어서 행복했습니다~♡

The location is close to many wonderful, small shops and also near the subway. Our hosts went out of their way to help my family when my son was ill. The check in and check out is very easy and straight forward. We'd love to stay again in the future.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good location, OK condition - We stayed in a triple room for 2 nights in Osaka. The triple room we had was 3 Japanese futon style beds on a bamboo floor. It's a traditional Japanese setup, but would take some getting used to if you're accustomed to a Western-style bed. They do seem to have normal rooms, though. Our room got very hot when we were away, and the air conditioner was not too powerful. We could open the window, but it didn't really have a functional screen. The bathroom was fine, our 6' 1" friend could use the shower comfortably. Overall the condition was OK, not great, but usable if you're flexible. The location is good. The place is in a very residential neighborhood that's about 5 min walking distance to the nearest subway station. It's very quiet at night, and close to a few convenience stores. Restaurants in the Dotonbori area are about a 20 min walk away. Overall we were OK with the Japanese style beds and could deal with the temperature in the room, so we enjoyed our stay.
• RFam (8/5): - Nice two story Villa apartment with three beds upstairs and a double bed in living room. Directions provided make finding building easy. Kitchen not stocked with utensils or dinnerware so come prepared if intending to use. Very clean and pleasant place to stay.

• ck (8/5): Charming residential area - Many nice restaurants, cafe, and supermarket around this area. A quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible from Tanimachi 6 chome subway station( exit 3 and cross at traffic light) if you walk through karahori shopping street (turn right after the Okonomiyaki restaurant 富纱家).
• Darin (10/5): A wonderful stay - My friends and I arrived on a late night flight from Kansai and were very worried that we wouldn’t be able to make it on time to check in. By the time we got to our hotel from Namba, a note was taped to the front door for an automatic check-in & instructing us on how to access our room. It was quite seamless and greatly appreciated after a fully day of traveling. The hotel was even nice enough to hold our luggage for us while we went to Kyoto and Hiroshima for the weekend. The neighborhood around the hotel is residential and within a 10 mins. walk to the Tani-machi 6-chome & Matsuyamachi stations. The rooms were quite nice with sufficient luggage storage area, TV, small refrigerator and a traditional tatami mat area, with bed linens to sleeps on. The location, however, can be difficult to find if you’re catching a taxi, so make sure you have the address on hand, if you choose to do that.
• Jessica (10/5): Best Hotel of our entire trip!! - We stayed in Japan from two weeks, across multiple cities. This was our favourite hotel by far! We booked a room for 4 and we got the bunk-bed style room. We loved it! The beds were so comfortable. The suite was modern and incredibly spacious! Everything looked new and modern! Would definitely stay here again. Staff were nice and helpful.
