- Michel (8/5): Ok, aber zu teuer für die Performance. Die Nachbarn können es besser - Die Lage ist schön. Optisch ein schönes Hotel. Sehr gut war das Personal, wirklich klasse. Es ist zu teuer (Preis-Leistung passt nicht). Für den aufgerufenen Preis muss es perfekt sein. Wir waren in Zimmer 47. Insgesamt hat unsere Gruppe 7 Zimmer belegt. Jeden Morgen um etwa 9:30 Uhr stank es massiv in den Zimmern nach Abfluss. Die Klimaanlagen liegen nicht zuverlässig. Es war wirklich stickig in den Zimmern (im April!). Duschwasser wurde nicht immer warm. Zimmerkarten funktionierten nicht zuverlässig. Preise für Getränke viel zu teuer. Essen völlig überteuert. Sind häufig in Palma, kennen auch die meisten Hotels gleicher Kategorie aus der Nachbarschaft, hier ist im Vergleich das Cappuccino leider nicht ganz oben dabei. Schade.
- Chris (8/5): V good apart from toilets. - Everything but below Toilets are crazy. Two public toilets which you have to access by 2 lifts. The toilets are in the basement which is a long way from roof top pool area. Every body including visitors have to use these toilets by lifts. Hope the lifts are well maintained.
- Louisa (9/5): Great hotel in an amazing location - highly recommend! - The location of the hotel was a great spot to people watch and enjoy a coffee or drink outside. I appreciated that some tables were reserved for hotel guests on the outdoor seating area. The food and drink was always great quality. The beds were extremely comfortable in the room and there was plenty of storage space for clothes. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We particularly loved the singer who comes to the hotel every Friday and Saturday evening! Air conditioning in the room was very temperamental. We also has to keep asking for bottles of water and milk to the room as housekeeping never left enough.

- Mary (10/5): Amazing hotel and staff - Staff were amazing - so attentive and friendly. I left my phone in a cab on arrival and Juan Carlos and Joy were incredible and helped me get it back, even going so far as hopping in a taxi for me to go meet up with the person who found it. Truly cannot be grateful enough!! The property was beautiful, stylish and clean - the rooftop pool was a particular highlight.

The tub/shower was very deep and a little bit awkward (fine, unless you have mobility issues.) And you can't beat the location- you can walk to everything. There was even music in the bar some evenings. But mostly the staff was amazing, especially Emma! Our only disappointment was that the food prices at the lovely restaurant were steep, so we ate elsewhere. (There are plenty of good choices, including next door.)

Also, drilling next door at 12 midnight which went on until my third call and visit to the front desk in my bathrobe for the only person on duty to investigate. If you are a single female staying alone I wouldn’t recommend

- Péter (8/5): - Tágas nagy szoba, fürdőszoba. Távozáskor a recepció nem volt hajlandó taxit hívni, mondván, hogy le vannak zárva a környező utcák. Ez nem volt igaz, mert jártak autók a szálloda előtt, így gyalog kellett elmenni egy taxi állomásig böröndökkel, kb 15 perc gyaloglással. Nem létezik, hogy egy szállodához ne lehessen taxit hívni. Mi van, ha valaki nem tud ennyit gyalogolni? Miért nem jelzik a foglaláskor, hogy a szálloda nem lesz megközelíthető autóval? Akkor tudtunk volna másik szállodát választani.

- Esther (9/5): Top hotel voor een levendige beleving van Palma - Super goede locatie, mooie, schone en zeer comfortabele kamer. Medewerkers zijn professioneel en vriendelijk. Kleine opmerking: Zodra je de lobby / bar binnenstapt vanuit je kamer, is het druk en lawaaierig. Het is een leuke bar voor iedereen, maar het gevoel dat je gast in een 5* hotel bent vervaagt wel direct.

- Estructures (10/5): Excelente experiencia en Palma de Mallorca - Lo mejor fue la atención del personal. También es importante reconocer que la decoración, mantenimiento y equipamiento está cuidadosamente cuidado hasta el último detalle. la estancia estuvo muy muy bien. El aparcamiento en la zona es un grave problema, y te obliga a buscar alternativas. Respecto a la estancia, lo único el baño que es con bañera muy grande, echo que puede dificultar a algunas personas.

Alle Fenster mussten mit Blickdichten Vorhängen verschlossen sein, da man vom Innenhof reinschauen kann..tag und Nacht Beleuchtung am Gebäude ( aussen und Innenhof)
