• Anat (9/5): מלון דירות נוח במיקום נהדר - מלון דירות במיקום מאוד נוח , חדר מודרני ויפה, באזור בתי קפה חנויות ואזורים תיירותיים. קבלת הקוד לבניין ולחדר היתה נוחה. צ'ק אוט מאוד מוקדם (10) היתה ציפיה לגמישות לצק אאוט יותר מאוחר ( נדרשנו לצאת ב 10 ) אך ניתנה אפשרות להשאיר מזוודה במרחב הקומתי

In addition, I left an expensive face cleanser in the room by mistake and the staff organised for it to be returned to me. Most hotels say they didn’t find anything so I was very impressed with this. 5 stars for service!! Nothing

The location is absolutely in the center of everything and you can walk maximum 20 minutes to every one of the beautiful monuments ! The cleaning lady is one of the most kind persons I have ever met and she did whatever I may asked for even when my nose bled and she had to switch my bed sheets she smiled at me and the evening I had new bedsheets ! I loved every minute I stayed there and I highly suggest it to whoever goes to Rome ! Everything was excellent !

• Angelo (3/5): Buono ma ... - Stanza pulita posizione buona e personale delle pulizie molto di cuore Purtroppo ahimè abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico del bagno e l'host oltre a mandare la signora delle pulizie a pulire il water (dove ritornavano su le feci non nostre) non ha fatto nonostante i ripetuti richiami da parte nostra .. A un certo punto non ci ha nemmeno più risposto !!
• ANTONIS (7/5): Ικανοποιητική - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή για να επισκεφθεί κάποιος κύρια σημεία του ιστορικού κέντρου. Πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από στάση μετρό και λεωφορείου. Υπήρχε αλλαγή πετσετών, καθαριότητα και στρώσιμο κρεβατιού κάθε μέρα. Η junior suite είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Το δωμάτιο είναι ανάμεσα σε 2 πολύ κεντρικούς δρόμους : via del Corso (πεζόδρομος) και Via del Bambuinο στις οποίες υπάρχουν όλοι οι οίκοι ρούχων κλπ. Υπήρχε ασανσέρ για τον 2ο όροφο, πολύ μικρό όμως - δεν ενδείκνυται για καρότσι Υπήρχαν βραστήρας, κουζινάκι, καφετιέρα και μαγειρικά σκεύη Η είσοδος στο κτίριο όπως και στο δωμάτιο γίνεται πληκτρολογώντας κωδικό 1. Δεν μας άρεσε καθόλου το γεγονός ότι το μήνυμα με οδηγίες που μας ήρθε στο WhatsApp το πρωί που φτάσαμε έλεγε άλλη οδό (σκέτο via Gesu E Maria 13) από αυτήν που αναφέρει το κατάλυμα στην booking (via del Corso) και δεν ανέφερε ότι είναι μισό λεπτό από αυτήν την κεντρική οδό, από την οποία είχαμε κάνει όλο τον προγραματισμό μας. Το γεγονός αυτό μας εκνεύρισε πολύ. Πρέπει να αναγράφεται ότι η junior suite Junior Suite - Dependence είναι σε παράρτημα 1 λεπτό από την via del Corso 504. Δεν αρκεί το γεογονός ότι υπάρχει φωτογραφία της εισόδου και του στενού 2. Μία ημέρα χρειαστήκαμε θέρμανση επειδή είχε βρέξει πολύ και έπρεπε να ζεσταθούμε και δεν δούλευε ούτε το επιδαπέδιο κλιματιστικό, ούτε το θερμαντικό σώμα στο λουτρό 3. Η συρόμενη πόρτα του λουτρού δεν έκλεινε καλά 4. Για το προσωπικό δεν μπορούμε να εκφέρουμε γνώμη γιατί δεν είδαμε κανέναν, υπήρχε επικοινωνία μόνο μέσω WhatsApp

• giovanni (2/5): Assolutamente da escludere - La posizione La pulizia non era sicuramente delle migliori , il prezzo non è adeguato alla struttura: battiscopa staccati , polvere ovunque, e poi ancora prima del checkout( considerando che il piano era tutto prenotato da noi e una famiglia di amici) sono arrivati gli ospiti successivi i quali hanno anche lasciato la porta spalancata. La sicurezza e il controllo non era delle migliori. 3 giorni di permanenza hanno solo lasciato una bottiglietta di acqua da mezzo litro . Dovrebbero essere meno tassativi.

• Elena (8/5): Roma è sempre Roma mille volte sempre diversa - La camera è in centro comoda ad alcune delle attrazioni più famose come Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna e Fontana di Trevi. Pur essendo contenuta nelle dimensioni il letto è molto confortevole ed è pulita. I Non mi sono arrivati i codici dopo aver fatto il check in. Va bene il fai da te mali non si è mai visto nessuno. La tassa di soggiorno me la sono dovuta pagare da sola facendomi il pos.

• Shay (6/5): סביר מינוס - החדר נמצא בביניין שסגור עם קוד, נותן תחושה של ביטחון אם כי הרחובות לא אז כל אחד ודעתו בנושא. נקיון החדר מסתכם בהחלפת מצעים בלבד ומגבות. 1. קיבלנו את החדר עם תקלה בברז המקלחת, מגבת רטובה בתחתית המקלחת כדי לספוג מים וזה היה נראה מביש. זה כם עושה רעש בלילה של טיפות נופלות. הדבר הזה נמשך עד לסיום השהות. 2. אין איש קבלה כלל, יש אישה שמדברת איתך בהודעות ווצאפ בלבד ועונה לסירוגין, אין תחושה של מישהו וזה לא שונה מ- AirBnB. שימו לב - זה לא מלון בשום צורה, זה ביניין מגורים שיש בתוכו מעיין סוויטות שזה בידיוק כמו AirBnB. 3. יש סוג של מישהו משעה 08:00 עד 14:00 - מעבר לזה כל בעיה שיש לכם תתמודדו איתה עד הבוקר כי לא תקבלו שירות. 4. זה אומנם נמצא על שדרת Via Del Corso אבל רחוק מכל דבר אחר בעיר, פנתאון, קולוסיאום, מזרקת טרווי וכל דבר אחר שתחשבו עליו, אם בא לכם להיות כל היום בשדרת Via Del Corso אז זה מדהים, אם בא לכם לטייל בעיר רומא זה מיקום לא טוב. 5. החדרים אחד של השני מאוד מאוד קרובים, אם אתם מתכוונים לעשות רעש אז קחו בחשבון שכל החדרים האחרים ישעו אתכם. 6. ישראלים שקוראים את זה, זה רחוק פיגוזים מהרובע היהודי ברגל. 7. מי שחושב שהחדר מקלחון הסגור הוא סאונה מכל סוג זאת טעות חמורה, מדובר במקלחת רגילה עם ספסל שאי אפשר לזוז בתוכה והיוקרתיות המיוחדת זה פשוט מלא ברזים שאפשר להוציא מהם מים, אם בא לכם פעם מים מלמעלה, פעם מהצד או פעם מהדוש זה מגניב, מעבר לזה זה ממש לא סאונה וזאת פשוט מקלחת עם המון ברזים (אפשר להוציא מים רק מברז אחד כל פעם) 8. מים חמים - קרה לנו שהיה לילה ללא מים חמים אבל כמו בנקודה 2 ו-3, אין עם מי לדבר אז אפילו לא טרחתי פשוט לא התקלחתי.
