- laurence (10/5): Extraordinaire !!! 10 sur 10 - L'ensemble du personnel et l'établissement sont extraordinaire. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Nous étions en demi pension. Le petit-déjeuner et le repas du soir étaient très bons. La chambre était faite tous les jours et tout était très propre Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir

- Toni (7/5): Top Hotel mit guter Preis/Leistung/Lage besonders für Familien. - Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es wurde täglich von dem Personal gereinigt und in Ordnung gebracht absolut zufriedenstellend! Auch gab es kostenloses WLAN sowie kostenlose Parkplätze und Fahrräder die man ausleihen konnte. Die Damen am Empfang sowie die Servicekräfte waren super freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Auch war die Lage top einmal um das Hotel herum war man bereits in der Einkaufsmeile und circa 2-3 geh Minuten schon am Strand/Meer. Klasse! Die Speisen Auswahl beim Abendessen konnte täglich für den Folgetag selbst ausgewählt werden. Dies war sehr gut und einfach geregelt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten verbessern dann wäre es eine 10/10. Preis Leistung sowie Lage ist hier sehr gut ! Leider hat sich unser Sohn am Kinderrad verletzt, sodass wir ins örtliche Krankenhaus zum nähen fahren mussten und der Urlaub für uns und vor allem ihm nur noch eingeschränkt stattfinden konnte. Kein Wasser kein Sand etc. Nach ansprechen der Situation beim Chef hätte ich zumindest erwartet, dass das Rad bzw. der scharfkantige Ständer in Ordnung Gebracht wird. Gemacht wurde nix…Der Chef war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend nach Ansprache des „Unfalles“ war er das gefühlt nicht mehr wir hatten das Gefühl von unerwünscht wenn wir auf ihn trafen. ob dies mit uns und dem „Vorfall“ zutun hatte oder wir uns das nur eingebildet haben, kann ich aber nicht sagen. Die tägliche Speisenauswahl im Bereich „Hauptgang“ war in der Zeit in der wir vor Ort waren nicht für Kinder geeignet. Meiner Meinung nach wäre hier „weniger edel ist mehr“ die Art für Familien. Einfachere italienische / europäische Küche wäre hier angebrachter als edel angerichtete Gänge. Dies betrifft wie gesagt die Kinder / Familien. Die „Vorspeisen“ sowie „Dessert“ waren aber auch für Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Am Tag des Ferragosto gab es ein besonderes Menü hier wurden wir als einzigste mit einem Gang vergessen haben jedoch nichts gesagt. Auch wurde an einem Tag vergessen das Toilettenpapier was vollständig leer war aufzufüllen. Da haben wir einfach selbst an der Rezeption gefragt. Am Tag der Ankunft hatten wir zunächst ein ein Doppelstockbett anstatt zwei Einzelbetten aber dies wurde sofort und problemlos umgebaut und war somit in Ordnung.

- Jay_Be (9/5): Lovely stay - This has been one of the best hotel stays I've ever had (I do travel a lot) and it's the staff and the vibe that makes all the difference. We've felt genuinely welcomed and ALL the members of the staff (from reception, trough waiters to a housekeeping lady) has been super friendly, helpful and just overall nice. Interestingly, also most of the other guests have been very (above average population) friendly and nice, I guess the place attracts its customers and many of them are regulars as I've learned over the occasional conversations - one lady from Bavaria visiting 15+ years in a row. Putting feeling aside, the hotel collects points also for the hard facts: Location: - next to the main shop street - 3mins walk from the beach (reserved umbrella & loungers for the whole stay included in price) - 5mins walk from the Caribe Bay water park - bus stop right at the hotel (direct connection nr. 5 to Punta Sabbioni port to a ferry to Venice) Amenities: - free hotel parking (you need to keep keys at the reception so they can reshuffle if need, but nothing excessive, my car has been moved only once in a week) - free bicycles Room: - air conditioning - balcony with a chair and small clothes rack - free WiFi - housekeeping and fresh towels daily Food: Excellent and I'm not easy to please. This is one of the things that also sets this place apart, the cook knows what he's doing. - breakfast buffet, tilted to sweet side (we're in Italy after all) but with plenty of savory options too (cold cuts, scrambled eggs etc.), all fresh and with high quality - dinner with salad buffet and 3 course meal (1st, main and dessert), selection of 4 choices for each course, they've even reached out to us on WhatsApp before arrival to allow us to select for the 1st dinner The hotel is family owned and very well maintained. You can see wear or age in some places (e.g. bathroom in standard room, elevator) but things are gradually renewed and all works perfectly. Nothing much to improve except: - ramp for baby strollers / senior rollators would be nice at the main entrance as there are about 10 stairs leading to it from the street level - continue investing in room refurbishment

Ottima cucina con proposte di carne, pesce o verdura, pulizia della camera eccellente, posizione dell'hotel ideale per il centro della vita notturna Jesolana ma non in mezzo al caos. Spiaggia privata con lettini e ombrellone, ottimo plus. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e probabilmente ci torneremo! Parcheggio privato adiacente all'hotel presente ma poco funzionale. Sarebbe bello si potesse avere un posto auto singolo per prendere la propria auto in comodità senza il bisogno di dover chiedere le chiavi in reception o far spostare quella parcheggiata dietro per poter uscire.

- Davor (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at this hotel in Italy was truly wonderful! I traveled with my family and we all enjoyed every moment from start to finish. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We had breakfast only, but the food selection was excellent – everything was fresh and delicious, perfect for starting the day. We were especially happy about the free bicycle rental, which allowed us to explore the beautiful place where we stayed. The surroundings were picturesque, with many charming spots to discover, and the atmosphere was relaxed and warm. We really felt welcome and we are leaving with many lovely memories from this holiday. We warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and true Italian charm.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and also dinner was very tasty. Nothing important.

- Petra (8/5): Very good - Friendly reception staff, free parking, perfect cleaning, clean towels every day and bed linen changed during the stay, breakfast sufficient - a smaller selection of salty food and a large selection of cakes. The room and bathroom were very small for four people. There was only one chair available in the room, so other people have to sit on the bed. The clothes hanger on the balcony was unsuitable and small for drying swimwear and towels.

- Anca (6/5): Amazing staff, but outdated facilities - The thing we liked the most about this hotel was the staff. Always smiling and ready to help you with whatever. The food was also pretty ok. As per usual, in Italy, the continental breakfast could use improvement on savory products, but overall it was good. The diner was good, also, the main courses pretty diverse and interesting. The rooms were clean and the cleaning lady would do everything in her power to make the room pleasant and clean. The hotel itself is very outdated. From furniture, to the door opening systems, the bathroom door that doesn’t stay closed.. everything needs an urgent replacement. We were disappointed with how the hotel looks. The position is ok, even if it s not directly on the beachfront.

- Sue (9/5): A good hotel with very nice staff front and back. We recommend. - Location- perfect to go to the beach, just 2 steps away , bus stop right at the hotel. Dedicated umbrellas for the hotel guests at the beach. We were spoiled :-) Staff - beautiful and friendly. There were several ladies there but we only know one lady's name - Alicia, she is learning several languages. Brava ;-) All ladies were super fantastic. We could borrow hotel bicycles to bike around, Excellent. Breakfast was great, efficient happy staff. Hotel may look at some maintenance work in the bathroom, like the room we stayed, a photo attached . It is an eyesore to look at.

- Krisztián (9/5): Great 3☆ Hotel near Italy's best beach - The food was perfect (except the first day, dinner was too salty), the staffs attitude was extraordinary. The price of a 5 night stay with breakfast and dinner was at the cost of a two day holiday in Hungary, so yeah I'm pretty amused. Oh yes and this summer was extra hot, so we were grateful for the AC (yes, many Jesolo apartments/hotels lack of this feature). The room was a bit old fashioned, the bathroom was small (tho' I'm not a big fella'), but was okay for the price. The bidet was not working properly (missing the sprinker?) and the sink was missing the filter, so we had to be extra careful remowing any jewels in the bathroom.

- Graeme (8/5): Perfect stay in traditional holiday resort hotel - Room though perhaps dated was good size though bathroom a bit tight. Both were clean and room service good. Being on first floor had hugh balcony though mundane outlook Breakfast had a good supply of juice, breads and savouries and were constantly refreshed. Location good being two blocks from the main but quieter end of the main entertainment and restaurant scene. Staff brilliant Shower cabinet old fashioned and ill fitting doors meant bathroom floor got pretty wet every shower.

- Alexander (8/5): good for the price, very friendly - the breakfast is basic, but tasty. the location is just one street next to the main entertainment street with restaurants and shops. The beach is about 3 minutes to walk. the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! the bathroom could have been cleaner and after taking a shower, the whole room is under water, because of the way the shower is designed.

- Damir (7/5): Decent accomodation for the price - I liked the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who were always there to answer any question we had with a smile on their face. The wi-fi speed was top notch. Also, the breakfast was really nutritional and the parking was very much appreciated. The accomodation is a bit outdated. The door is hard to unlock (as verified by the maid who jumped to help at one occassion), the balcony featured only one chair and a broken, low-quality plastic drying rack. There was some mold in the bathroom and the lighting was low, probably in need of fixing.

- Christoph (9/5): Very flexible staff. Great value for your money. Good location. - Very friendly staff. Very close to Caribe Bay. Beach chair and umbrella included. The bars, restaurants and shops are just around the corner. It‘s located away from the beach (although you can walk there in three minutes) so don’t expect nice views from the balcony.

- Klaus (10/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal. Unterkunft auch in die Jahre gekommen aber ok. Sauber. Essen hervorragend und reichlich. Hotel hat zwar kein Pool aber nur 3 Minuten bis zum Meer mit eigenen Liegen. Zum shopen gleich um die Ecke. Hotel immer wieder gerne. Hat uns sehr gefallen.
- MARGHERITA (10/5): - L'hotel ha camere confortevoli e molto pulite. Il personale è gentilissimo, simpatico e molto accogliente. Noi abbiamo scelto la formula della mezza pensione, quindi colazione e cena e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, cibo ottimo, fresco, ottimi dolci. Ottima anche la posizione per visitare altre città e cmq vicino al centro di Jesolo. Noi ci ritorneremo sicuramente, anche perché abbiamo conosciuto persone davvero deliziose.

Tutto lo staff estremamente disponibile e gentile e premuroso nel soddisfare ogni richiesta. Colazione e cena soddisfacenti. Compreso nel prezzo il servizio in spiaggia che dista 100mt.

- Wolfgang (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - Sehr freundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft. Zimmer sehr sauber gereinigt. Wir hatten Vollpension gebucht, sehr gute italienische Küche. Servicekräfte immer gut gelaunt und wunderbarer Service. Wir waren jetzt schon das zweitemal in diesem Hotel und kommen gerne wieder.
- Michela (10/5): 5 giorni di relax - Struttura semplice ma pulita e dotata del necessario. Molto apprezzabile il piccolo stendino sul balcone e le mollette (non si trovano spesso). Camere pulite e riordinate con cura. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo sfruttato solo la colazione, buona e varia. La spiaggia compresa ottima e poco distante. Ci torneremo sicuramente
