• orly (10/5): - המלון נמצא על המרינה. שירות של הצוות היה נפלא ומאיר פנים, החדר היה מרווח מעוצב ומפנק עם נוף לים. בן זוגי נהנה מהספא וממסג' מקצועי . ארוחת הבוקר מאפשרת בחירה מתפריט ואינה מגבילה. יחד עם זאת באחד משני הבקרים נאלצנו לצאת מוקדם בתחילת השירות והאוכל שהוגש היה מאולתר ולא טעים. למחרת התקלה תוקנה ונהננו מארוחת בוקר מפנקת.

• Zhan (8/5): Отель хороший, но хочется большего уюта. Которого не хватило из-за «усталости» номеров. - Главные достоинства отеля: 1. Расположение. Прямо на набережной для прекрасных прогулок до Porto Negro (5-10 мин), слева от отеля есть пляж, которых в Которе на набережной не найти. 2. Постели, а следовательно качество сна. Широченные, с прекрасными матрацами и подушками. 3. Завтраки. Заказываешь по меню, не слишком разнообразному (на много дней пребывания могут и надоесть), но очень качественно приготовленные. Конечно очень не хватает хотя бы небольшого шведского стола с самым необходимым: масло, сыр, мясная нарезка, хлеб, джемы и т.п.. Но может быть в сезон это будет (сейчас начало мая). Ну а столик на завтрак прямо у воды останется в памяти надолго. 4. Наличие закрытой парковки у отеля. Она лишь частично отельная, буквально на 5 машин + 2, которые перегораживают выезд остальным, но она есть! И это очень хорошо. 5. Красивое здание отеля. 1. В номере не работал выключатель подсветки зеркала в ванной (лампы были просто вывернуты из цоколя!), барахлил смыв унитаза, абсолютно не функционировала система кондиционирования (в номере хотелось бы сделать температуру потеплее, но блоки управления климатом никак не реагировали на нажатия), ну и в целом пора бы уже обновить номера, потому как ковровое покрытие полов уже сильно испачкано. 2. На крыше, где расположен бассейн, проводились работы, оценить состояние бассейна не получилось.
• TIZIANO (9/5): très bon séjour dans cet établissement - La situation de l'hotel est très bien en bord de mer le long de la promenade. Le parking est au pied de l'hotel. Les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées et agréables pour celles avec le vue. La terrasse restaurant permet de prendre le petit déjeuner au bord de l'eau. Le personnel est très agréable et il y a une grande vigilance sur la propreté L'utilisation d'un produit de nettoyage avec une odeur forte et tenace meme en soirée. La couverture wifi un peu étrange.

Services and amenities are top quality We were not aware prior to arrival but the rooftop pool and sunbathing area was under construction and therefore could not be used. The spa area is very nice and private, it would be good if the hotel could provide water in the spa area though.

• Oliver (9/5): An amazing stay in an excellent hotel! - The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful with whatever queries we had. The location on the waterfront was perfect within walking distance of the Port and local shops etc. We had breakfast included which was an amazing selection of options. Whilst we were there, the rooftop swimming pool was under construction. Our room happened to be immediately beneath it so we had severe noise disturbance during the day. This was acknowledged by the hotel and were offered wine and fruit as an apology

• Markus (8/5): A special place that needa heavy renovation and is totally overpriced and not worth 5 stars in the current state - The hotel is perfectly located with a great terrace right at the seaside - the personell is very friendly! Breakfast is a highlight and can be ordered from the menu! Rooms have a fantastic view To bring it to the point - in the current state - the hotel is far from a 5 star - hence price performance does not match at all! Why is that: The hotel has not been renovated where needed and that for a while - when reading older comments - starting with broken light switches - rotten doors due to shower water leaking - broken mirrors-burned carpets ! But also the hotel had a major water leakage which you can see on almost every ceiling but also smell everywhere including the sauna area - this might have been caused by the roof pool leaking through the whole building! On a very particular note we had a unbearable rotten smell in our bathroom so we had to change rooms! On the outside all wooden parts look old and rotten. It must be said that repairs where done while we were there - which is good but also did not quite give the atmosphere of none disturbance! so all in all we have been charged 696 Euro for 2 nights which is out if range at the current state - esp when you compare what you can get a few meters further at the Porto Montenegro!

Akşam yemeğini de burada yedik etleri çok güzel ve diğer tüm yemeklerin malzemeleri kaliteli. Çalışanlar aşırı ilgili ve güler yüzlü, her konuda çok yardımcı oluyorlar. Özellikle restoranda servis için çalışan beyefendiye ilgisi ve güler yüzü için çok teşekkür ederiz. İstediğinizde 1 saat içinde spa’yı hazırlıyorlar. Spa ve buhar odası hizmeti de güzel ve temizdi. Biz her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Mart ayında geldiğimiz için havuzu kapalıydı, yazın gelince terastaki havuz da çok keyifli olacaktır.

• Naz (2/5): Hayal krıklığı yaşatan bir otel oldu bu seyahatimizde - Konumu çok iyi, daha öncede kaldığım bir otel Hayatımda ilk defa böyle bişey başıma geldi, 21 ocak saat 18:00 civarında otele giriş yaptık bize 102 nolu oda anahtarı verildi, odaya girdiğimizde odada başka bir misafir konaklıyordu heryerde eşyaları bilgisayarı, yatak dağınık, nasıl odadan geri çıktığımızı bilemedik, çok daha uygunsuz durumla karşılaşabilirdik, resepsiyon özür diledi başka odanın anahtarını verdi, hoşolmayan bir durumdu, verdikleri yeni odadada elektrikli ısıtıcıyla geceyi geçirdik ve banyodan kötü koku geliyordu 1 gece diye idare ettik.

• Daria (9/5): - A nice small hotel — if I’m not mistaken, it has only 9 rooms — all offering stunning views. The à la carte breakfast is delicious, with large portions that are very filling. On the top floor, there is a small spa with a hammam and a steam room, which can be reserved for private use. The only downside was that on the first morning we were woken up at 6:30 a.m. by the sound of a vacuum cleaner in the room above us.

I don't know if I have ever encountered to such helpful and kind staff. Dinner was amazing. For breakfast I had eggs Benedict and they were great! Косметика Rituals в ванной. Плозая шумоизоляция. В нашем номере была дверь, которая ведет в соседний номер. Естественно она была заперта с двух сторон. Но были слышны все разговоры гостей в соседнем номере, включая будильник в 06:00 утра. Также горничные (или другие сотрудники) шумят в коридорах с 07:00 утра. Пылесосят, что то двигают.

• Mohammadbari (10/5): Loved the Privacy, the Room and the Sunset View - La Roche in Tivat is truly a boutique gem sitting right on the waterfront of Tivat Bay, surrounded by luxury apartments, high-end retail stores and a very calm, exclusive atmosphere. We parked in the hotel’s private guest parking, which was convenient, and the check-in was smooth with the receptionist explaining everything clearly without rushing us. The room felt elegant and thoughtfully put together with warm lighting, a beautifully upholstered bed, spacious layout for two and amazing natural light coming through the balcony doors. The bathroom looked like something from a luxury residence, floor-to-ceiling marble, heated floors, and premium amenities. It really gives off a boutique hotel feel, especially knowing there are only eight rooms in the entire property which keeps everything quiet and private. We were also welcomed with a birthday cake for my wife, which I requested beforehand, along with a complimentary bottle of white wine which we appreciated a lot. Breakfast is à la carte between 7:30 and 11:00 and you can order more than one main dish if you like. Fresh juices, coffee and tea are included as well. The hotel has a sauna, steam room and a very strong pressure shower, though they do need a bit of advance notice (around an hour) so they can prepare the spa area beforehand. Room service and massage can also be requested in advance. The location is excellent and the surrounding area has plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and the marina shops that are all within short walking distance, and Kotor is only 15–20 minutes away by car. We enjoyed visiting Kotor but staying in Tivat felt much calmer and more relaxed, especially in the evenings. The only things I would improve are having a small gym on-site and allowing guests to control the room temperature directly, since climate control is currently managed through reception. All in all, La Roche is a beautiful, intimate boutique hotel with stunning bay views and a relaxing atmosphere. It’s private, elegant and well suited for couples looking for a peaceful stay without crowds. We really enjoyed our time here.

Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker, aber bedenke, dass die Portionen recht groß sind. einige Feuchteschäden im Bad und Flecken am Teppich sind eher optisch unschön. Wir hatten das Zimmer über der Bar, da werden abends spät die Stühle gerückt und morgens früh wieder zum Putzen. Die Lüftung im SPA Bereich ist recht laut und es fehlen Liegen, so dass man zum Relaxen eher in sein Zimmer geht.
• Predrag (10/5): - Hotel was fantastic, along with staff. Unfortunately, our bathroom had a problem with water, but the staff reacted fast and trasfered us to another room. Other room didn't have sea view and was not as gorgeous as the previous room, and that was a bit let down. However, the hotel was very nice And comfortable overall with a parking space 3m from the entrance so we were very happy at the end.
• Evgeny (10/5): מלון בוטיק ליד הים - שודרגנו לסוויטה עם שני חדרים עקב בעיה אצלנו. היה תענוג! קיבלו את פנינו בחום, והבחורה ניגשה אלינו לחדר, הסבירה והראתה לנו הכל. החדר היה מרווח ונקי עם נוף יפהפה לים. ארוחות הבוקר הוגשו א לה קארט, אך הן היו טעימות ומשביעות מאוד. יש סאונה רטובה ויבשה. ניקיון מתבצע פעמיים ביום, והם מספקים מים. אהבנו מאוד את המלון. יש חניון ליד הכניסה למלון.
• Nettyb64 (10/5): Wonderful stay - We had a wonderful stay at La Roche. Our room was spacious and very clean. Convenient location. All the staff were great, could not do enough for us. So helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble.

• Paul (3/5): Not great. Make sure you stay in a sea view room - Location was good, walking distance to Marina. Breakfast was very good. The room its self was clean and the bed was comfortable. When booking with friends there was only one sea view room available so we took the mountain view room, 105 well there was a mountain in the distance but they didn't mention the car park right outside the room so that's what the balcony looked onto and at 4am most mornings we were woken by the refuse lorry emptying the bins into there truck and the smashing of bottles!! When on holiday you don't expect to be woken during the night. There was a problem with our air conditioning, it kept switching off after around 10 minutes and our room was getting up to 26 degrees, we complained every day and asked to be moved and were told there was not a problem with it, we went to reception at 3am one morning because we were so hot but nothing was done. On check out the hotel admitted that there was a problem with the air conditioning and offered to refund one nights room charge, this was appreciated but I then had to chase the hotel several times for the refund over a four week period.

• Alison (10/5): You will not be disappointed with this hotel. Boutique and special is how you’re treated and how you feel. - Location, room (view, Bed comfort, shower), staff helpfulness and friendliness, breakfast quality and quantity. Literally nothing which is is tough ask as I’m good at finding something.
• Alexandra (10/5): Отличный отель на 5* - Всё! Идеальная чистота, вежливый персонал, шикарная комната, месторасположение. Завтраки очень хорошие (по меню) Заселили раньше положенного времени. Вид из номера просто вау. Уборка несколько раз в день. Отличные сауны. Единственное,что могло бы добавить еще один плюс это подогреваемый бассейн.

• Sharen (9/5): A lovely hotel in a beautiful building with amazing sea virws - We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Water was free but one small bottle each wasn't quite enough but when we asked for more it wasn't a problem. The air-conditioning was perfect as was the bathroom. The view from the room was amazing but as it wasn't big enough for a chair we could only stand and people watch. It was worth paying extra for the sea view room as the mountain view rooms overlook a busy car park and the early morning bin collection is a wake up call you just dont need on holiday. The breakfast was a la carte and the portions were good and the food was delicious. The orange juice was freshly squeezed. The location was a short walk to the shopping area and many restaurants which was great because it wasn't noisy at night. We spent most days on the sunbeds by the sea, there was quiet music which was a bit repetitive. There was a public area next to this and there were boys playing football but it didn't really affect us as they were well mannered when the ball did happen to come over near us. We did eat in the restaurant on two occasions and we would probably give a score of 8/10 due to the fact it was a little expensive but not amazing. In fact most of the local restaurants were highly priced with egos to match. The breakfast area on the decking was a little tired and in one or two places needed some work and one of the sunbeds collapsed when sat on. Maybe some money could be spent to update this area.

• Liana (10/5): Overall, an amazing experience truly worth every penny! 💫 - Absolutely amazing! Everything about this hotel was just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. They even upgraded our room ,maybe for my birthday, or simply because they could 😄 Either way, it was such a nice touch! The rooms were fresh, spacious, and spotless, with cleaning done super carefully and comfortably. The beds ARE hugeeeeee!! Breakfast à la carte was delicious. beautifully served and full of flavor. The hotel itself is stunning, located right in the Porto, with everything within walking distance. We also loved the spa and hammam very relaxing and well-maintained. All the amenities were provided razors, shampoos, creams, lotions, everything you could possibly need.
• Prisca (2/5): Dieses Zimmer darf man nicht mehr vermieten - Die Lage war perfekt und die Damen an der Reception auch. Das ganze Bad hatte nasse Stellen und der Badezimmerspiegel hat sich von der Wand gelöst überall Glassplitter.Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, müsste renoviert werden.
