- Phuong (10/5): Convenient location and attentive property manager - The location is excellent. We walked to most tourist attractions or took either a bus or a metro ride. There is a fresh produce market around the corner of the metro station. The property manager is very helpful and accessible despite of the language barrier. We contacted her by Whatsapp every day and she always replied. Due the plane delay, we arrived to St Petersburg after midnight. The property manager was there and greeted us with a smile. We stayed 5 nights and were able to do laundry and cook breakfast everyday. There were no shampoo and conditioner or body soap. We ran out of toilet paper on Day 3. It would be great if they can change towels and vacuum the floor every 3 days
- Kit Ting (10/5): - Convenient location. We could go to Hermitage Museum on foot in about 20 minutes. Large supermarket and metro station within 5-minute walk. Check-in was easy and the host was so kind to allow us to check in early after the long train ride. Everything in the apartment was satisfying. Will definitely stay here again!
