Laura (9/5): An extremely enjoyable stay in an apartment containing all essential amenities including a kettle, washing machine and f - Quality serviced apartment with outstanding customer service. The hotel was very clean, high quality fixtures and fittings in all areas. Located in a very quiet yet wealthy suburb of Singapore within easy reach of Orchard Road, the MRT and bus routes. If only on a stopover then too far away from the airport unless prepared to travel on MRT or pay expensive taxi fares.

Christine (7/5): The restaurant needs an upgrade for sure. - The big and spacious rooms with 2 double beds. The restaurant is outdated and the meal options limited. Also when we arrived there was no one to help us with luggage until a bit later on after we had struggled to carry some luggage up the steps. Also it’s far a bit so not easy to get taxis(the first day a taxi canceled on us with no explanation). We didn’t check out other amenities so not sure about the pool or gym.

We traveled from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore and chose this hotel because of the spacious rooms, which were perfect for our kids and made our stay more comfortable. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Duty Manager Ganesh. During our drive to Singapore, my husband accidentally misplaced the immigration gantry pass (Autopass), and we were both in a panic. Mr. Ganesh remained calm and professional, offering us invaluable assistance and guiding us through the situation. His patience and dedication helped us manage the issue calmly and efficiently. We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and we will definitely return in the future. A big thank you to Mr. Ganesh for his outstanding efforts. Keep up the great work and professionalism!

Female on duty made the check in with ease sine I preferred cash immediately card charge was reversed , she also helped us to find a place for breakfast. When raining it is inconvenient to go out as there were no nearby shelters.

The breakfast is not that great, the options are limited and once the food runs out at breakfast they don't refill for the late comers. Some corners of the hotels and some doors can do with a bit of an upgrade!

lucymC5448BX (10/5): AMAZING! - We arrived from Dubai early in the morning, when we arrived at the hotel we were not expecting a room until 2pm but thankfully they offered us a room. My back had gone and I needed to lay down,The beds and room were exceptional clean and comfortable the front of house manager took the time to walk us out and show us were to get the bus to go to the mall for the chemist. The hotel itself has freash orange juice machines and also pot noodle machines(if you fancy a snack. The only thing I feel they may need to improve on is the breakfast, there just is not much choice. Overall amazing staff, amazing hotel.

Nina (7/5): Good - It's a very clean and comfortable apartment. The staff were very helpful, especially due to our late check-in. The location is great. Close to a major shopping centre. The staff held our luggage after check out so we could do some sightseeing and have lunch. The price was steep, especially for a last-minute booking. We literally booked the room a few hours before arriving at reception.
