The incredible staff - Mr. Mert Mr. Berol, and Mr. Ibrahim were wonderful, helpful, and highly knowledgeable. I loved my room and the view itself. The Chef's culinary skills were astounding! It was truly a delightful experience.

Avazbek (6/5): Need to refresh everything. - Good location and staff It is our 3rd stay since 2021 being the 1st. Facility and amenities, furniture, towels, maintenance got old.
Shan (4/5): Dirty, over priced for what it is - The location was good. Lots of shops, restaurants nearby. The staff were nice. The entire lobby area smells of cabbage water. Very strange. When we arrived the room was really dirty, of course the bed linen was clean but the floors were filthy, the bed table had drink droplets on it, we could not use the drawers as those all had dust, crumbs and hairs in them. The bathroom was nice but the drainage in the shower wasnt good so becomes a pool if you shower long. The outside of the shower is full of limescale and the floor tiles were dirty like the room floor. Even when we requested a room clean all that was done was our bed was made (with our same bed sheets) and towels were changed. I had to request fresh linen and change myself. I didnt bother requesting cleaning after that, just bed sheets and new towels. The entire place needs a deep clean, not just vacuuming and bed linen changes. The breakfast was not nice, this a shame for me as breakfast is something I really look forward to at hotels. There was a minimal buffet with not many choices. They use tea light candles to keep the food warm, but this is ineffective as everyday the food was cold. After day three I gave up on the breakfast and started eating out. For the price, it is nowhere near worth it. I understand hotels want to make money but when you are charging over a certain price there are standard that guests expect. The only real plus for me was the front desk and restaurant staff were really nice.

Gideon (5/5): - The staff was very helpful despite the problems we had. The place is run down and needs maintenance. They had to replace two electrical hobs that didn't work, the third one worked. The kitchen counter top is broken. The electric plug in the bathroom was hanging loose from the wall. Definitely not value for your money!

Yasemin (1/5): unpleasant experience - i highly recommend that if you need some place quite and good internet connection, just stay away from this property. The cleaning is ok but if you are non-smoker, you will probably get annoyed by the smoke smell all over the hotel! Wifi is so unstable and the hotel is so noisy! you will hear the nearby guests chitcat and everthing + the noise from outside if you are a unlucky guest like me who need to stay in the room during the workday. There are much better hotels nearby for more affordable prices offering better services.

David (10/5): Home away from home - This is a great area of Ankara, with a very safe feeling and lots of good restaurants and cafes around. The suite that we had was clean and cozy and the hotel staff were excellent and very attentive (with English being no issue). The only negative that we had is that the internet was terrible, which did mean that business meetings etc. were impossible (fortunately nearby cafes had much better internet)

The staff is super friendly and they speak english very well. very accommodating with all our requests. The room was super clean, warm and nice while it was -16 outside. the location was perfect, close to EVERYTHING! we didnt even need to get taxi as we could walk everywhere. There are a lot of great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, pharmacy and loads of shopping malls, all in walking distance. The manager was an amazing man and helped us out with many things that we needed. If I ever go back to Ankara, I will go nowhere else but Aldino.. it really felt like home.

The residence itself is very clean, and the staff are all friendly and hospitable. Odalarımız çok rahat, sıcak ve temizdi. Daha ziyade Avrupa' da rastladığımız otel/ev odası tarzında gayet başarılı bir tesis. Ev konforunu yakalayacağınız bir yer olduğunu belirtmek isterim. Bir tek dikkat edilmesi gereken kahvaltı yemek salonu olan yer sabahları biraz soğuk. Gerçi Şubat ayı ve sabah yaklaşık 0 derece Ankara ayazını da unutmamak gerekir. Çalışanlar çok candan ve ilgililer. Taleplerinizi güler yüz ve canla başla karşılıyorlar. Bundan sonraki konaklamamaızda da tercih edeceğiz kesinlikle. Teşekkür eder, başarılarınızın devamını dileriz.
