The room were clean and the place is clean. The staff needs improvement asap. The staff/manager is very unprofessional.

There was hair all over the bathroom, there was literally a cockroach in the shower at one point. The fridge had rust all over it. I was even questioning if it was safe to place my sealed food in the fridge. I know you are looking for a cheap motel, but stay away! I travel again for work next week and will be choosing a diff location.

• David (1/5): It was terrible, do not stay there. - I did not like anything about the property, this has to be the worse motel in America, it stinks, there are roaches everywhere, totally inhabitable. Everything, roaches everywhere, the hallways smells like a mixture of every drugs that exists, the worse motel experience I’ve ever had.

So went back to desk and got.another room and that floor smelt like actual garbage and the bed had hair in it. Went downstairs and said qw weren't staying and left. Horrible service and nastier building. How they r still open is insane to me.

• Janice (1/5): Do NOT stay in this hotel! - Convenient location to Moffitt Cancer Center. It was filthy. Bugs! Rust!Mold!Grease! sticky Floor! The smell of old cigarettes and old food was overwhelming! The only lamp in the room did not work. Hallway carpet was stained and greasy. The only chair in the room was filthy.

• Devinique (3/5): The stay was ok but for the amount of money I paid I won’t be coming back to that location - The people at the hotel The floors stay moist and microwave didn’t work for it to be an extended stay there was no access to the elevator it was broken mind you I stayed a week, not to mention for sheets pots forks or anything that comes with an extended stay room we had to pay for .

• Wislyn (1/5): This was the worst hotel ever in my times of traveling. If I had the power of shutting it down, I wo - The place was extremely dirty for me to have thought about eating breakfast therein. Throughout my years of traveling and booking hotels with Extended Stay and all others, this was the first time I felt so disgusted. When I arrived at the location, the parking lot was so dirty and they had many individuals lingering around the parking lot. It appears to look like as though it was a homeless shelter. I saw this guy picking up a bunch of pillowcases in front of the entry door going to the side of the building. Based on my curiosity, I drove to the side of the building simply to observe approximately 5 to 8 individuals sitting near the side door with a bunch of clothing. Look like they had just came from the laundromat. Many of these individuals were smoking and speaking loud. Additionally, some of them had no shirts on as they were walking in and out of the hotel. Mind you, this is a hotel with no pool and I don't know how is that justified. I attempted to call the front desk several times, and no one answered before check-in. After a while, I walked in simply to find the desk attendant standing there while the phone was ringing and she was conversing on her personal phone. The lobby smell extremely awful (wet carpet and marijuana). After checking in, I learned that the elevator was not working. Therefore, I was told to use the staircase with my elderly mother and child. I went to the side door to use the staircase. In the side door, there was water sitting there for days and look like it was never pressure cleaned. Once I entered the staircase, the stairs smells like defecation, smoke, and very gloomy. The floor was extremely dirty as though it was a bunch of pigs residing in this hotel. It appears that the management has not taken the time to conduct any inspection and it has not been clean for years. As I walk through the hallway to my room, the carpet was extremely filthy. Since I saw her from extreme allergies, instinctly I started sneezing. The aroma, was not what I was expecting for a hotel which I paid $249 for for 2 days.

• Wiser (8/5): Upstat - The location is central and very close to 75 North / South. Not far from most stores and restaurants. Poor WIFI connection. LG TV sets are not good, very problematic along with Direct TV is the worst cable provider!.And inc. kitchens no ovens to match the cook tops!

The kitchen portion would be outstanding if actual working ovens were available with the cooktops per room!! Television ( Direct TV ) and WIFI connections are less than desirable..freezes up and/or no connection at all!. Also, the LG flatscreen TV's in each room are truly less than desirable and need to be replaced pronto along with DirectTV as a whole! Also, kitchens have no ovens!
• Kristen (3/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Beds were comfortable Elevator didn’t work had to climb up 4 flights of stairs with all our stuff constantly climbing everyday. They should let people know before we sign up for the room. It smelled awful carpets were dirty in the hall way and roaches and other black bugs in the rooms. I had to change to 3 different rooms and the first one also had ants. Only two of the staff members were nice to me the others I could tell they didn’t like their job. I wouldn’t stay here again…. Price was definitely way to high for what u get I came from a premier suite and paid less wasn’t expecting this much of a downgrade with this one being a suite. I can only imagine was the hotel across from them looks like if it’s ran by the same people. Also our last room had mold on the ceiling and one of my burners didn’t work which made cooking difficult.

Once i arrived, they never let me get the hotel room and cancelled the booking on me because they had an “audit” causing their system to be down just before i had arrived.

• Aguirre (1/5): - The front person was professional The elevator was out of service, they booked the room in the 4th floor, the hallway carpets were filthy even a used latex glove was laying in the middle and the whole place had musty smell. The shower door in our room wouldn't close and you had to take a shower with it open. The TV didn't work. I emailed management 3 times in a period of 1 week and no one answered or even acknowledge my email. They don't care. I will never stay there again.

• Kyle (1/5): Filthy Hotel - Nothing Floor was filthy and sticky. Had bugs crawling on it too. I used all the rags and towels provided. They turned black but the floor was still black. See attached photos. Showed receptionist photos and asked for clean towels to shower with. She refused to give me any more. Would not move me rooms or refund the room. Bedsheets and blankets smell bad. They smell like a dirty animal had been in them. Elevators do not work and the only rooms are on second and third floor. Hallways are filthy and smell bad. Room doesn't have any of the usual small things, ice bucket, shampoo, cups etc.

• Lucia (1/5): Don’t stay here. - The staff were very helpful and accommodating for all the bad things associated with this hotel. Awful hotel. Staircase is disgusting with a horrible smell. Despite being smoke free, the entire hotel smelled like weed. Our key cards never worked, we had to ask staff to let us in with their master-key every time. The room was also disgusting. Stains on the sheets, fridge was warm even on the coldest setting, looked like mold on the walls, sticky floors, the list goes on and on.

Lobby with trash from bfast. You can tell they are short in cleaning staff. Furniture in the rooms must be updated, chairs are peeled and upholstery is destroyed. Small dead cockroach in the windowsill.

• Chloee (1/5): I could not stay due to me not having access to my room on the second floor due to my health restric - Pre-planned stay hotel did not make it known elevator was down and disabled her existing guest elevator has been down over a month the hotel still charged me a fee although this was a pre-existing issue before I checked in also the check-in clerk she advised me she would have a manager issue a credit for that first night since I was there only 10 minutes never use the room because I couldn't make it to it due to the elevator unfortunately the manager did not honor what I was advised and I was hold of accountable for their broken elevator.

• Marcdaline (2/5): - DO NOT BOOK!!! Stay away! This hotel, hands down has to be the most nastiest, unprofessional, disgusting hotel I’ve ever been too. And if it wasn’t for my baby, I’d be sleeping in my car. Upon arrival, I instantly picked up on the most disturbing smell in the lobby. I then had to use the phone to contact an agent due to the fact that they have no one infront to receive you. After waiting almost an hour and making 4 calls to 4 different agents. The man who was supposed to be working in the lobby seemed like he was just waking up, had the nastiest attitude, did not feel welcoming at all. But that’s not even the worst part of this horrific experience. After waiting an hour with my sleeping baby in my arms and 2 bags… the man goes to tell me the elevators does not work, my room is on the 4th floor and that I’ll need to take the stairs. I kindly asked for a refund and he said I’d have to take it up with the third party I booked with. As we are done with the check in process, he gives me the keys and just close the shutters and walk off. The keys don’t have my room number and I have no idea where the stairs are. He sees me struggling with my sleeping baby and the two luggage’s in my hands. And walks away… as he’s walking away I asked him about my room number and the stairs, he shouted from the end of the hall way, my room number and that the stairs were down the hall. Then he continues to walk away. Seems to me like he was going back to sleep. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

It’s never anyone at the front desk. They only have one towel and charge for anymore. Would only give one roll of toilet paper was told they couldn’t give you anymore. My door you had to slam it to close and then make sure it closed all the way even after that all you have to do was kick it and it would open.

• tonjya (2/5): No elevator staff abuse - The elevator was broken. No compensation was offered when ask denied. Therefore we had to walk up and down to our 4th floor room. Asked for a room on a lower floor. Second floor available with a upcharge of $38. No thank you. I was labor weekend no rooms available the labor union need to investigate the cleaning staff has been enduring up and down the stairs carrying heavy equipment and cleaning supplies linen. Customer have to walk to front desk for toilet paper because the front desk staff don't want to walk the stairs. this place is TERRIBLE
