Omar (5/5): Unfortunately disappointing - The location, and bed was comfortable Unfortunately when i arrived, because i had a Toyota Corolla, no one greeted me, until i called the valet, and an S class came in behind me and they serviced them 1st even tho i was there 1st, second there is always just one guy at the reception, we were like 5 waiting, and when i asked the guy he told me the other guy went to pray and is taking too long, and then i went out at 8am came back at 1pm and the room wasn’t clean, and then when i inquired, they sent the room service and he told me i can clean now, while i’m in the room?! .. anyway not a pleasant experience considering the name and price.

omar (3/5): If you are booking the place is amazing but be carful they might ask you to leave i one day notice - Everything was great until they forced me to check were i don’t have problems with that but give two options two except 1 night refund that will take up to 10 days or to relocate me to cheaper hotel by 40% than the rate i paid for them. The reception guys were very bad on managing this situation and there supervisor management seems they don’t care

سعد (2/5): الحقيقة بستثناء الاثاث والمطعم الاطلالة ممتعه ولاكن لايرتقي لسمعة الفندق - الموقع والاطلاله والشكل الخارجي ودورات المياه اعداد الوجبات سيء وتقديم الخدمة عدم توفر ملاعق واشواك من البلاستيك او الستيل موظف واحد فقط في الاستقبال الفرش والاثاث لايرتقي لمستوى سمعة الفندق

عبدالله (2/5): الفندق كئيب جدا - موظفين الاستقبال السعوديين جدا رائعين موظفين الاستقبال السعوديين جدا رائعين بس الغرفة و الخدمات جدا جدا سيئة لا يوجد اي اهتمام في الضيافة في لوبي و صراحة الفندق شكل الخارجي حلو بس من داخل كئيب جدا وهاذي ملاحظاتي على الاوتيل
Marcel (10/5): Luxuriöses Haus an guter Lage - Eindrückliche, Palast-ähnliche Lokation. Fast in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Nahe der historischen Altstadt Hat leider keinen Pool wie heute zeitgemäss. Noch schlimmer: Das Hotel liegt direkt am Roten Meer, wenige Schritte vom Hotel-Eingang befindet sich ein kleiner Sandstrand, aber das Schwimmen ist verboten. SCHADE!
