Our only stand-alone unit. The Bungalow features a master bedroom with a barn inspired, sliding closet door, while the second bedroom has custom-made, built-in bunk beds (perfect for kids). - Michelle (10/5): Excellent location for a getaway from the city. We hiked everyday and ate well. - Great location and excellent hospitality! We don’t drive so the free bikes that Graham & Co provide were essential for us to get around Phoenicia and get to the trailheads. Martin, the owner, also offered to drive us to visit the Phoenicia Diner, Cucina in Woodstock, and drove us to our bus stop (since it was raining). Totally not expected but very much appreciated! Above and beyond hospitality. Saturday night, there was a movie night in the meadow, which was cozy! Complimentary popcorn provided was a welcoming touch. Also love the hammocks and picnic benches around the property- used these for reading / breakfast areas. The Den was a cozy area for movies and hanging out - perfect spot for watching scary movies by the fire.

Common areas (fire pit, den with games) were nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool not heated.

- Erika (10/5): - The Graham is the place to stay in the Catskills!! I stayed in the Bunkhouse and my small room had everything I needed. It was a solo trip and my room had bunk beds. That twin bed was so comfy and cozy! There were 3 bathrooms to share and the bathroom was big and sparking clean. Amazing water pressure and wonderful soap & shampoo. They texted me the morning of my arrival asking my ETA and what I’d like for my breakfasts. The one I chose had a yogurt, granola and fresh berries. And an apple cider donut. It was the BEST apple cider donut I’ve ever had. The Graham staff are the kindest folks and they lit a small campfire at night. There were picnic tables and they even have “The Den” with a tv, board games and couches so you can hang out. The pool wasn’t open during my stay but I most definitely will return this summer to lounge by it. From The Graham, it’s a quick walk to Main St. where you’ll find wonderful shopping. For food, I had an excellent burger & pizza at Brio. They also have a huge assortment of homemade cakes. If you need to get away from your phone and connect with nature, go to Phoenicia and stay at The Graham & Co.!

My only big request is that they add hooks in the bathroom and guest rooms for towels and such. Otherwise, we loved our stay and found it to be pretty central to everywhere we wanted to go. Also the people who run the hotel are super friendly and helpful. We hope to be back soon!

I loved having a bicycle to ride into town, and the pool was amazing. The grounds are super clean, and staff is willing to help Our room was very small barely big enough for two people to share a bunk bed. It was fine for our purposes but would not suggest for a family for these bunk rooms. The meeting area must have been an old animal Barn in former days. It was a neat vibe,but sort of primitive. We blew the circuit repeatedly trying to use the microwave for a dinner we bought at the local the staff was helpful and rectifying the situation though.

- Laura (9/5): Relaxing, modern, rustic, with lots of entertainment and great staff! - Graham and Co. is a small boutique motel that has the feel of a cool summer camp in the woods for all ages. Cozy rooms, picnic tables and hammocks, an amoeba shaped pool, a huge lawn with a fire pit, volley ball net, and a tee-pee, a rec room with games, a wood burning stove, cozy seating and a huge smart TV. I could stay here for the whole summer! It's just a short walking distance from the town which has antique and vintage shopping, a pretty coffee shop, gift shops with wares from local artisans and a great restaurant with incredible pizza! I literally can't say enough good things about this place. Relaxing yet entertaining, great staff who are very informative and helpful, modern but rustic, cozy and chic without being too pretentious. 100% would recommend. Our room was in the bunk house and the beds were twin bunks. The room was very cozy but the bunk beds in our bunk house room were a little rickety and made us feel a little unsafe. I think an upgrade on the beds would make people feel a little more safe and comfortable.

Great touches such as firepits, hammocks and a teepee on a big inviting lawn. The staff is super friendly. I look forward to coming back! I stayed in the bunkhouse, which is private rooms with shared bathrooms. The building itself is a little musty, but I do think they do the best they can, given the humid weather and the area. No complaints, really!

I am already contemplating a longer return. - I loved the chill energy and guest participation, a perfect match for my style, but perhaps not for everyone. Pool and campfires are on point. This is not at all the property's fault, but I was a little disappointed initially that it is located in a geographical hollow, which can make it darker at the edges of the day.

I ran into a problem with getting a ride to the Albany airport and the owner himself (Martin) stepped in and assured me I would make my flight and if necessary he would personally drive me - the airport is 90 minutes away. He found me a safe and comfortable ride and I made my flight thanks to Martin!!! Every staff person I encountered on the property was amazing! It has been a long time since I have experienced that kind of customer care! Thank you all!! There was nothing I did not like!

Nice town with a couple good restaurants within walking distance. Staff was amazing during our stay and seemed to genuinely care about our comfort. The doors are heavy and will make a good amount of noise when closing.

Dark, in the woods, felt like we were gonna die. Bait and switch tactics. Got there and the room booked was more money than the one we got. Pic showed a nice bed. Got kids bunk beds instead

- Alexandra (9/5): Catskills getaway before the end of summer - We loved the staff. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. The pool is great. Even though it's right next to the parking lot, the fencing made it feel secluded. And then looking at the mountains in the distance was relaxing. Being walking distance to town was great as well. The room was just rustic enough and just hip enough, and the bed was super comfy and had enough pillows. It's definitely country, but it is very cute and comfortable. Nothing really!
- Casandra (10/5): Perfect family getaway in the country. Awesome motel. - Fabulous relaxing week long getaway with family. We enjoyed chilling on the premises and biking around Phoenicia. Martin and the crew are great & attentive hosts. Loved coffee in the am and s’mores at night. Recommend this getaway place in The Catskills. Nothing.
- David (8/5): Very good - Super comfy mattress Friendly staff Good location I think installing an actual curtain, rather than a blanket, over the main window in room #3 would make for an improvement. I found the light streamed in early in the morning, and the blanket didn't really allow me to regulate how much light should enter the room. I found the price a little high, when stacked up against comparable places with 'more' amenities in the immediate vicinity (such as Woodstock, Windham). I would stay again, though.

- Judy (10/5): Graham & Co is a magical place, with the kindest staff and owners, who make you feel at home. - I was here for a long weekend for a wedding, and the whole place was rented out for the wedding. It was absolutely wonderful, and everyone was so helpful! We appreciated all of the warm small touches that helped make the stay so much easier. They were flexible as things changed day to day, and were always so kind. They would bring us a water cooler and a wheelbarrow of towels when we were all in the pool. It's the small thoughtful things that really helped us feel at home. Can't recommend this hotel more!! Truly nothing!!

- Matt (10/5): I don’t think there is a better hotel experience in all of the Catskills! - The rooms and property were impeccable. We stayed in the bungalow and the room was absolutely stunning. The pool and property were beautifully maintained - every detail was perfectly manicured. Each morning we were there, we were served an incredible breakfast. The owners are always on property and we’re incredibly warm and welcoming.
- Nora (7/5): Very clean, convenient location and quiet. Pricey but ask about air conditioning. There was none. - The room was spacious and very clean. Decorated simply yet beautiful and rustic/modern. Quiet, pretty setting very serene area. There was literally no air conditioning. It was extremely humid in the room and way way too warm. We needed to use the ceiling fan and one small fan during our stay. Had I known ahead of time, I would have made a different choice. We were not told about the air conditioning problems.
