Guest Reviews
- LeeAnn (7/5): Great location, nice room, too firm bed - We were there for a show at the criterion and it was legit the best location for it. Litteraly walk out front and your there. Lobby was super nice, room was nice and clean and quiet. Bed was just far to firm for me, im a side sleeper and man did my neck and back hurt. Would have liked a few extra pillows in the room to try and make me more comfortable because I could not sleep on that firm mattress with only 2 squishy pillows for support. Also dont like that there is only valet parking available for the hotel that cost 23$ plus tips. Wish they just had their own parking lot you didnt have to pay to use. The valet were very nice though, Dee was really kind.
Personal atento y servicial. En el desayuno ofrecen productos industrializados y poco saludables, con utensilios de plástico y descartables.

- maliekc2026 (10/5): Excellent service! - DE IS AWESOME! Highly recommended her vallet service!
- Carly (9/5): We’ve stayed here multiple times. It’s always super clean and the staff is super friendly - Very clean Wish they had more valet on site
- Rosalinda (10/5): -
- daviddT1675LS (8/5): Very Nice Place - My wife and I stayed here a few days ago. The staff was great, the hotel and room were very clean, and the valet was very professional.
My only issues are, there is no self parking so be prepared to add $22.00 a night to your stay and the happy hour was about 1/2 hour late starting in the evening and breakfast was about 45 minutes late starting the next morning which knocked me out of eating breakfast before leaving.
Other than those minor issues, it's a great place to stay in a great location.

- Laura (9/5): Great, safe location with comfortable rooms. - We enjoyed the location and proximity to restaurants and attractions. N/A
- Larry (9/5): -
- Kibber (10/5): Will definitely stay there again when in town to see a show at the Criterion - Loved that it was right next to the venue where we were seeing a show. It was very spacious. Impressively big closet
- Kathryn (9/5): It was a great stay overall, and I would go back. - I liked that valet was only $22 valet charge compared to some of the other places, but honestly - you could have that parking lot converted to be both valet for the people who want it, and either free or reduced rate parking for the people that don’t want valet. I didn’t like how the bathroom was situated directly across from the bed. I didn’t like where the TV was either - not easily viewable from the couch OR the bed.

- Ramona (8/5): - location The deadbolt on my room was not working.
- Miranda (6/5): - Clean and new and walkable to Thunder game Bathroom slider door so close to bed-- no privacy for someone going to bathroom and light would shine through the door during night to wake up those sleeping in bed. Such a strange choice for a bathroom door like that.
- alixisss2026 (10/5): The main reason I’ll be back again & again 🤩 BEST EVER! - I have stayed here a few times before, but this time it was like home. Dee was so wonderful!! From her professional customer service, to her great attitude and swiftness~ she always made me feel welcomed back to the hotel and important! (Even in the cold snow!) Outstanding!!!
- Diamond (10/5): -
- cheryl (10/5): Stay was nice - Nice Nice
- Latona (10/5): -
- Meaghan (10/5): -
- Shauna (4/5): Not worth the price - Staff was friendly, typical breakfast with a lot of options. Valet parking only and $22 per day, which was not disclosed. First room had a broken toilet and no security latch on the door. The second room had stained carpet and an air conditioner that sounded like a broken chainsaw.
- Angela (10/5): -
- David (10/5): -
- Kyle (8/5): - My main complaint was having to valet park even if you are a guest of the hotel. I get the area is mostly valet, but guests should not have to pay for this in my opinion. Other than that this hotel is excellent.
- Tara (10/5): -
- Anthony n Shay Coleman (10/5): - AJ and the staff were amazing. When we pulled up a short lady helped us Sunday Dec 21 around 345pm and she was amazing. I appreciate the kindness, the truth on parking, and respect for my family and I. The valet part and no other parking being available is ridiculous. This was the only issue for us. It was nice to have valet, however, being the only resource of parking is not good. Allow people to self park themselves in the same lot or build a other lot then charge cheaper for those that self park and regular price for those that actually use valet.
- Eyalla (8/5): -
- Caggen (4/5): Won’t be coming back. - It was across the street from the concert venue Room smelled like body odor, shower leaked and didn’t close, had to pay for valet even though the parking lot was next to the hotel, extremely loud because of the venue and street, not the safest location.
- Maysin (5/5): Fair - Valet was amazing (Cameron, De)— but the surprise for $22/day was interesting. Room was mid. Shower leaked on the floor. AC was musty. Sounded like we were parked in the middle of a NASCAR track—traffic noise was very loud. Mini fridge froze everything. Had an allergic reaction to something in the bed (detergent?). Sink was clogged. Walk-a-bility was great but there were a lot of homeless people around (wouldn’t walk at night). Breakfast was average.
- Erik (10/5): -
- Lauren (10/5): -
- Belinda (10/5): Weekend getaway - The staff was wonderful. Valet was a treat. We ordered our car from the room and it was always pulling up when we got to the door. The breakfast was delicious with several options and suggestions. The woman working breakfast was very kind and accommodating. The noon checkout was easy.
- Sahayra (10/5): -
- Andrew (10/5): -
- Charlene (8/5): -
- Alexa (8/5): Would definitely choose hotel chain in future travels - Valet only option parking, staff was very pleasant and attentive (dee) , but would suggest additional staff, 1 person at a time, literally running back and forth between parking and retrieving cars for the whole hotel, especially during peak times. Hassel free requesting your car. before even leaving your room request your car through external system and your car is ready and waiting by the time your get down stairs. A little more personal amenities in rooms, such as plates, utensils (for that late night snack or leftoversfrom dinner) , travel size toiletry items (for us forgetful travelers) toothpaste, lotions, etc. But overall not a deal breaker.
- Zhoie (10/5): I will be back! - The lay out of rooms were amazing, a desk and couch king bed all fitting in one room is amazing, there was still so much walking room too. The pool wasn’t open or maybe I didn’t have access but I was looking forward to taking a dip and couldn’t.
- Olivia (10/5): -
- Emily (10/5): -
- Madalen (8/5): - The lady at the front desk gave me a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste because I forget mine!
- elizabeth (10/5): -
- Joce (10/5): -
- Linsey (10/5): Incredible and comfortable and welcoming. Perfect place to say if seeing a concert at the criterion! - The staff was absolutely incredible. SO accommodating and helpful and just flat out nice. This was my first solo stay at a hotel and I felt so safe and taken care of. The front desk let me know if I needed anything at anytime I could reach out for her help and it didn’t feel like something she was just staying because it was required of her! She even helped me print off my concert tickets!
- Daryelle (10/5): - Room was clean and well maintained. We chose this hotel because we were attending a concert at the criterion and it was perfect for walking there and back.

- einat (10/5): - מלון מאוד נוח בקרבת אזור בילוי ומסעדות. החדר נקי ומרווח. המקלחת הכי טובה שהיתה לי עד כה באמריקה עם מים ממש חמים וזרם חזק
- Tammy (10/5): - Everything was clean and comfortable. Valet parking was quick and easy. Great location.
- Alexandra (10/5): - Clean spacious room, pool, and breakfast was good
- ASHLEY (10/5): - M
- Erin (10/5): - Great! Place to stay Wonderful!!
- Laura (2/5): - This property would not refund my 4 night stay when I tried to cancel more than 7 days in advance. This policy highway robbery. $571 for 4 nights
- edgar (10/5): - Great
- Garcia (10/5): -
- miguel (10/5): - Clean places good breakfast

- The (10/5): -
- Ashley (10/5): - Very convenient to the Criterion theater
- Courtney (10/5): - Location and staff Valet
- Leslie (9/5): Good for a weekend - Location and price Valet parking ONLY and they all looked sketchy. We walked 3 blocks in the heat to park in the parking garage bc they won’t let you park your own car in their lot. $22 add-on also.
- McKae (4/5): - Be ready to pay for parking -$22- or park at a meter or three blocks away at Bass Pro.
Really enjoyed the trash truck banging the garage dumpsters repeatedly at 2am, the lackluster "sucks to you" attitude when I asked about comping the parking since I am paying to stay there.
Also, at least 3-4 blocks away from the main area of Bricktown.
I'll do better research next time.
- Ronald (8/5): Positive anniversary weekend and will stay again. - The breakfast was very good and well-presented. The staff was excellent and helpful. The required valet parking was a surprise at $22 a day: I expected the hotel to provide safe parking on site. This is Oklahoma City not downtown Los Angeles. The room could have been larger, but it was comfortable. The nights we stayed were disrupted by excessive road noise from 10 pm to 12 pm along the road next to the Bass Pro shop. The road noise was caused by drivers engaged in racing with load exhaust pipes travelling in a continuous circle around nearby blocks back to the straightaway to the South side of the hotel (on our side of the 4th # 419 floor room) August 3 - Aug 4th nights. I reported to the checkout manager to alert the local police to the nightly race activity during our stay.
- Delighted33 (10/5): Wonderful accommodations! - This was a great choice for our stay in Oklahoma City. The Hotel is under some new renovations, but the only thing we observed was new carpet rolls in one of the open areas. Our room was clean, comfortable, quite, and newly upgraded. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was decent and much like other hotels where we have stayed. We were attending a concert at the The Criterion which was just across the street from the hotel. We didn't need to be concerned about driving or parking, we just walked across the street.
- Angel (10/5): - ❤️❤️❤️
- Mrstills (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debbie (10/5): Great hotel! - It was close to Brick Town. We were able to walk to restaurants and venues. Hotel breakfast was good too.
We loved the hotel.
- Lael (8/5): - Service was great. All the employees were super helpful.
- Carla (8/5): Very good -
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marcos (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (10/5): - It was so good I stayed another night
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Bricktown area very nice. Good restaurants. Near to hotel. Trolley stop to area attractions nearby.
- Brady (10/5): - Great stay only issue would be the bathroom door is frosted glass and can't turn on light without disturbing others in room.
- Michael (10/5): - Very nice value stay, I would definitely do it again, very well kept property with a nice breakfast to start the day
- A2158HStricias (4/5): I got catfished. - Pros and Cons: There were not many pros. This is on the very outskirt of Bricktown and not in an overly safe feeling area. However, we came in for a Thunder Finale Game with little choice left in hotels and we could walk to PayCom. This hotel is under major renovation. In other words, it looked liked crap, there were workers everywhere, breakfast hours were ridiculously early and the lounge, which supposedly opened at 5pm, never did during our stay and the bartender was just staff that did not know how to make drinks. Our room was about half renovated. Clean but the bedding sucked. Please fluff up your beds, add extra pillows and a decent blanket. I froze to death. The bathroom is of decent size and the shower spray was well; however, the seams on the shower doors were not installed properly and water leaked out, onto the bathroom floor and all the way onto the carpeted floor in the bedroom. There is no guest water in the rooms (it's $3.50 a bottle downstairs.) The TV did not work which was a bummer as we watched recaps on our computer. The third bed for our young adult son was as hard as a brick and he got no sleep the two nights we were there. It seemed pretty clean, but I overall would not recommend or stay in this hotel again. pictures online were very deceiving.
- Krystle (10/5): - Stayed a night for a concert. Hotel is walking distance to venue. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Only downside was had to pay for parking.
- David (10/5): Oklahoma City Thunder Championship Parade - I was in town for the OKC Thunder Championship parade. The hotel was perfect. Great space, good breakfast and of course, just what I needed for the day, parking. I’ve stayed here many times. It does not disappoint.
- Tonya (9/5): Superb -
- Jim (10/5): Exceptional -
