• Liz (10/5): Charming stay in a historic hill-top town. - Charming property, wry cozy, comfortable room with a nice.sized terrace to enjoy coffee in the morning before breakfast. Very good communications from the property managers in advance on email and WhatsApp and on.site, in-person. The only small frustration was parking - was a little hard to find the lot and street parking - well, it is luck-of-the/draw, so you just have to be patientZ it all worked out fine and town was closer than we thought, for restaurants, cafe, etc. Just the small challenge of street parking.

La chambre était très spacieuse et très propre. Le prix était vraiment très abordable. Le stationnement était difficile puisque la rue est très étroite et il n'y avait pas de stationnement disponible sur la rue à notre arrivée. Conseil: veuillez allez garer la voiture au stationnement payant environ à 600 m de l'établissement.

• Geoffrey (9/5): A great and very affordable find in Agrigento! - The B&B is a nice find once you find it. Fortunately, Toto provides good instructions that specify how to locate the property. Once there, it's actually below the road, which is great because the road noise doesn't make it to the property. I asked for a ground floor room with a private bathroom. (Some rooms require a flight of stairs.) My room was perfect, and I don't say that very often. Despite the very low price, this was probably the most luxurious stay I had in Sicily. The stairs to the property have a wheelchair ramp (useful for my roller bag, too!) and the (included) breakfast was the best yet. There is a city bus that goes from the center of town (about 1/2 KM uphill from the property) to Valley of The Temples, but a taxi ride (about 3 KM) arranged by Toto was 20 euro each way. The B&B is about 2 KM from the train station and I wouldn't walk it with bags again. (This isn't the property's fault! Toto even warned that he wouldn't advise walking it, but I'm a slow learner.) :) A taxi ride is about 15 euro.

Check in and check out were really smooth and easy, and it was a decent stay for a short trip to visit the Valley of the Temples. They also recommended some local restaurants, all of which were a hit! The breakfast was a bit simple, just pastries provided and some fruit. The coffee was really nice, but some warm food would have been good as well. The bathroom was a bit outdated.

Not close to the Temples but we took a cab from town and then a bus back to town. Our hostess was lovely and breakfast was delicious.

They even had maps, area attraction and restaurant suggestions should we need them. They greeted us in the morning with fresh pastries and breakfast items. Excellent hosts! The room was exactly what we needed. The porch was lovely. There were plenty of extra supplies for our comfort. We were very happy.
• Martinica (9/5): Comoda struttura a 10 min a piedi dal centro - Location perfetta, 10 minuti a piedi da via Atenea - piena di negozi e ristoranti. La stanza ci è piaciuta molto, bello avere un balconcino per se ed il letto era molto comoda. La colazione era fresca e buonissima ed il proprietario molto gentile ed alla mano. Bonus: il nome Teresa deriva dalla nonna del proprietario, la quale casa era in precedenza il b&b stesso (ai tempi non un b&b, ovviamente). Queste storie di famiglia mi riscaldano il cuore. Unica “pecca”, se così si può chiamare, è la porta abbastanza sottile ed il fatto che la nostra stanza si trovava esattamente davanti all’area colazione. Se non già svegli, si viene svegliati dagli altri ospiti che fanno colazione e parlano. Una cosa che abbiamo trovato un po’ sconveniente è che la fine dell’ora della colazione (10:00) coincide con l’orario di checkout. Questo da agli ospiti poco tempo tra l’una e l’altra cosa. Comunque, niente che con un po’ di organizzazione da parte degli ospiti non si possa risolvere, ovviamente.
