• William (7/5): Bueno si estás de paso, camas no cómodas - Un motel aceptable para una parada rápida, pero con puntos importantes a mejorar. Lo positivo es que el lugar estaba relativamente limpio, cumpliendo con lo básico en ese aspecto. las camas no eran para nada cómodas, lo que dificultó tener un buen descanso. Además, el precio por noche resultó algo más caro en comparación con otros hoteles de su misma categoría que ofrecen mejor confort.

• James (8/5): Nice place, well run, will stay again. - Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, massive water flow in excellent shower, good attached restaurant, convenient parking. Bothersome rattle in HVAC unit, hot water good but cooled a bit too quickly, probably partly because of the extremely high flow rate.

• Cheryl (8/5): Fine, ecomical room with a comfortable bed. - Quiet, spacious, clean room. Big truck revvng it's engine outside my door at 7 a.m. for 10 minutes.
• Anthony (8/5): Worked out perfect for our Mt Bike trip to Western Md - The staff was super friendly. Location was great, we Mt Biked around the area in a 20-mile radius. Close to nice restaurants at Deep Creek Lake. No coffee maker, restaurant didn't open till 8.

• James (10/5): The stay was great. Would stay again. - The friendly staff. Quiet. It looked like someone sat on the bed. The bedspread was obviously disturbed.
• Jerry (1/5): - Location to the hospital Bathroom light and fan were falling from the ceiling, Comet and old toothpaste in the sink, and furry residue in the tub. Definitely not clean.

• Katherine (7/5): - Was right next to the hospital which was where I had to go. Great people, good food. Needs better locks on the doors. I didn't like that we only had the lock on the door knob. Our room was right on the highway. The snow plows must've used the parking lot for a turn around or something. We didn't sleep all night.
• Paul (6/5): Overall it was okay. I won’t say I’d never stay there again. - It was located to the Regional Eye Associates where I had a very early morning appointment. No coffee maker in room and adjacent restaurant didn’t open until 8 am. No chain lock on the door which left a security concern. Beds were very high and hard to get in and out.

Even though we spent only one night there, it was easy to get to and having the diner right there was nice instead of finding somewhere to eat. Plus it was delicious!! Beds were comfy! The only issue we had was that the room smelled a little weird.

• Marcy (8/5): Our stay was good, and we will go back if another occasion arises. - It was convenient for my needs and didn’t break my bank. The clog sink should’ve been taken care of before we arrived, but we managed. The toilet paper holder come off the wall, but was taken care of ASAP.

• Donn (9/5): Superb - The staff is extremely nice and friendly. I liked that they asked the next day how things were and if there was anything that needed improvement. The room was very clean. The beds were firm. I liked that the room came with a mini fridge and microwave. The room was well insulated from outside noise. Based on the price, age, and location, I would definitely stay again. The one thing we didn't like, and I'm sorry I didn't mention to the staff, was the pillows. Ours seemed to be very hard, but only enough to knock .3 off from a five-star.

• Michael (7/5): bad experience, krinkley mattresses, entry carpet was frayed. - I liked the restaurant and the lady at the desk. The week-day cleaning person was very nice and courteous. I did not like the parking situation. You could not go anywhere without someone taking your parking place. The day we were leaving (we stayed 6 nights), I left early to go go wash the car. When I returned my space in front of my door was taken. I wondered by who, so I sat off in the parking lot drive and watched. I seen the person who parked there. And low and behold, it was the Sunday cleaning lady! That cut the tip I was leaving by 1/2. I had to park at the end of motel and load my car there. Probably won't be returning here,
• Hunt (4/5): I hope they give us some money back for the issues we had. - Location was great and most of the employees were very nice. The large room was huge! Our room smelled like smoke. It smelling like weed because people are constantly smoking. The first desk clerk refused to help us. There was a dirty towel in the room and the sheets had blood droplet stains. It took multiple days to get them to put clean sheets on the bed. The blankets and comforter aren’t cleaned even when thrown on the floor.

• Kathleen (8/5): Very good - The location is great for skiing at Herrington Manor State Park. We really enjoy the 3rd Street Diner. All the staff at the Motel and Diner are fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was serviced without expectation. This is a great value for the money. We have stayed there during snow season. the fridge in room 28 would not close on it's own, but we were fine.

• Roland (10/5): A very nice place to stay if you're in the area. - My stay was excellent. The room was very clean and neat. The staff was excellent and friendly. The attached diner was very good, had breakfast there. The only thing with the room was the fan in the bathroom was a little loud. A very small complain.
