• Bartosz (6/5): W maju raczej wybrałabym inną lokalizację. - Widok na wodę był chyba jedną i najlepszą rzeczą oraz wszechobecny porządek,spokój i pomocni ludzie. Domek był krzywy,przez co błędnik stale szalał. Na zdjęciach wydawał się dużo bardziej nowoczesny i zadbany, w rzeczywistości było jednak trochę inaczej. Lokalizacja-zależy kto czego oczekiwał. Jedni oczekują spokoju i leżenia na plaży,ale gdy chciałeś się dostać do głównego portu było to bardzo utrudnione, ponieważ transport jest tylko łódkami,które nie zawsze chciały nas odebrać lub dowieźć,więc bierzcie pod uwagę sezon/ sztormy/ poziom wody, z czym jestem wyrozumiała. Jednak drugi raz bym zdecydowała się na hotel w centrum.
• Leonie (6/5): Einfach Hotel, Preis-Leistung stimmt hier für Thailand aber nicht. - Die Aussicht vom Restaurant ist super, wir hatten einen Bungalow mit teilweisem Meerblick, sodass man auf das Meer schauen konnte, wenn man auf der Terasse saß. Für den Preis kriegt man in Thailand viel bessere Hotels. Leider ist das Preisniveau auf Ko Phi Phi so hoch, dass sie den Preis nehmen können. Wer ein schickes Hotel sucht, wird hier nicht fündig, es ist eher sehr einfach eingerichtet und die Badezimmer müssten mal renoviert werden. Das Hotel hat überall Schilder aufgegangen, wie teuer etwas für den Gast wird, wenn er etwas kaputt oder schmutzig macht. Das geht aus unserer Sicht gar nicht, so etwas gehört zu dem Risiko eines Hotels, wenn mal ein Glas aus Versehen zerstört wird. Hier ist wohl jemand sehr vorsichtig.

• Steffen Janz (5/5): - Die größten Kritikpunkte betreffen die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das Frühstücksbuffet sowie die Bar. Insgesamt entsteht der Eindruck, dass zwar viel Personal vorhanden ist, dieses jedoch nicht besonders engagiert oder serviceorientiert arbeitet. Bereits vor dem Frühstück muss an der Rezeption ein Formular ausgefüllt werden, auf dem per Ankreuzfeld zwischen drei Varianten der Eierzubereitung gewählt werden soll. Dieser Ablauf wirkt unnötig umständlich und wenig gastfreundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet selbst konnte ebenfalls nicht überzeugen. Die Auswahl war sehr überschaubar und zudem jeden Tag nahezu identisch, wodurch schnell Langeweile aufkam. Auch die Bar hinterließ keinen besonders einladenden Eindruck. Sie besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem schlicht wirkenden Holzaufbau, an dem sich abends mehrere Mitarbeiter bemühen, Gäste zu Getränken zu bewegen. Die Auswahl an Drinks war allerdings ebenfalls eher begrenzt. Insgesamt haben wir sowohl in großen Städten als auch auf kleinen Inseln bereits deutlich bessere Hotels mit wesentlich angenehmerem Service und überzeugenderem Angebot erlebt.

• Jenniferpraew (8/5): - The location of the hotel is great for people who wants to be on the quieter side of Koh Phi Phi. The beach by the hotel is very lovely for snorkeling. The hotel is 45-min walk to the main strip, but 10-min taxi boat ride. If you are not planning to stay out after 10pm, then this resort is a good option. It’s a bit tricky to get boat back later in the night and walking back is not ideal as it’s quite a dark road back.

• Petra (8/5): - Die Lage ist sehr schön. Es gibt ein wunderschönes Strand in der Nähe, wo man super schnorcheln kann. Das Zimmer war sehr ringhörig und leider hatten wir laute Nachbarn. Es gab wenig Platz die Kleider zu verstauen und etwas aufzuhängen.

• Rachael (6/5): Great views of phi phi but stay could have been better. - Great location if you are wanting a more chilled stay. Away from the centre and the busy area of phi phi. Amazing waters surrounding the area, but be prepared to walk up what seems like a million steps to get to the resort!! Would not recommend to stay here unless you are prepared to go by boat every time you want to go to the main part of phi phi. Not much around the resort itself. Staff were a little cold at times, also had a few instances where prices of things were inconsistent - for example my friends and I were told different prices for things, like boat trips and longboat services to the harbour. Just seemed to be a lot of miscommunication throughout our stay and when voicing this it wasn’t received well by the staff. It’s a lovely resort and the views are amazing but it could have been better if the staff were a little more welcoming!

Beautiful beach, chilled vibe- very romantic That you have to take a boat to the town- it’s pretty easy to do so but you are a little isolated. There are a few bars and restaurants along long beach though. Great for people who want somewhere peaceful and quiet.

The staff was incredible, they were smiling all day - very attentive. The guy who picked us up at the pier also very friendly. They helped us with excursions that turned out great. I would say that the location is a bit far away (only by boat) from the center of the island if you want to go there for dinner maybe after a long day at the beach. And as well, it doesn't have any sunbeds or access to the beach, the access is from another hotel nearby and sunbeds have to be paid (100BH).

• Costa (7/5): Vale a vista! Más precisam urgente de melhorias nos bungalôs - A vista era deslumbrante. Muita natureza ao redor. Dos 140 degraus para subir. Mas isso eu já sabia e pra mim valeu a vista. O café da manhã era fraco. Dois tipos de frutas picadas, Jogurt, pão de torrada, salsicha, bacon, batata cozida, e arroz. Eles faziam omeletes e ovos na hora também. A limpeza não era boa, os bungalôs precisam de melhorias. No banheiro tinha uma parte no piso quebrada e meu marido se machucou fortemente. As toalhas cheiravam muito mal, aconselho levar sua própria toalha.

• Luna (6/5): Un bel emplacement mais une expérience gâchée par le bruit, le manque de confort et le service peu agréable. - Les plages sont très belles et la piscine est accessible à tous. L’emplacement est un peu éloigné de la ville mais reste facile d’accès grâce aux bateaux rapides. Le niveau sonore est affreux, on entend absolument tout, l’isolation est très mauvaise et les fenêtres ne ferment qu’à moitié. Il n’y a pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain. À notre arrivée, il y avait des petits excréments d’animaux dans la chambre. Le personnel n’est pas agréable, il observe constamment et reste derrière vous pendant le petit déjeuner, ce qui est très inconfortable. Le petit déjeuner propose très peu de choix.

• Claire (8/5): On y va pour la vue et pour être à l’écart de l’agitation de Tonsai. - La vue exceptionnelle sur la mer de notre bungalow. Le petit déjeuner très bien. La propreté du site et du bungalow. La navette aller et retour de Tonsai à l’arrivée et au départ. Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de navette prévue avec tarif négocié pour aller à Tonsai sachant qu’il faut en moyenne 45 mn de l’hôtel et encore monter les 150 marches pour arriver jusqu’à la chambre (150tbh/pers après 18h en long trail). Côté restauration après un essai très moyen, nous avons préferé manger à Tonsai. Aucune recommandation pour les sorties sur Maya Bay, c’est dommage. Pour la navette retour, uniquement 8h, 10h et 11h, sachant que 10h c’est un peu court pour prendre le ferry de 10h30. il a donc fallu prendre un taxi boat à notre charge. Pas de plage privée. Prix élevé pour la Thaïlande.

• Anna (10/5): Шикарный вид, отличный пляж - ▌ Отзыв об отеле Хипси Виу Отдыхали в отеле Хипси Виу с мужем. Чтобы насладиться прекрасным видом, пришлось подняться на 150 ступеней вверх. Номера оказались чистыми, просторными, хотя и простыми, но все новое, аккуратное и свежее. Завтраки были вкусными, но однообразными, с небольшим выбором блюд. Однако внизу было много мест, где можно перекусить или полноценно поесть. Лежаки предлагались за 100 бат каждый, но мы отдыхали на лежаках другого отеля бесплатно. Во время отдыха видели обезьян прямо в ресторане кафе. Сам вид был потрясающим: закат и рассвет можно было наблюдать лежа на кровати с открытыми панорамными окнами. Территория отеля впечатляет своей красотой: ухоженная территория, красивые растения, везде растут деревья франжипани с приятными ароматами. Персонал оказался очень дружелюбным. Главный плюс отеля заключается в том, что несмотря на отливы, побережье всегда остается чистым от кораллов и намелей, позволяя купаться в море и загорать. Такое преимущество встречается далеко не на каждом пляже. Полотенца и постельное белье не пахли свежестью

Au matin, obligés de prendre son petit déj en vitesse, suite a leur demande d heure TRÈS Fixe de check out.... Dommage....

• Valentine (9/5): - L’hôtel est très joli. En hauteur soit mais c’est ok, nos bagages sont prises en charges donc c’est toujours ça en moins! La prise en charge en longtrail gratuitement est top. L’emplacement à proximité du Shark point est incroyable! Nous avons adoré. Restaurant très bien, avec jolies vues aux couchers de soleil, petits dej top. Chambre très jolie avec jolie vue également. Légère odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain qui semble logique au vue de la localisation. Mention spéciale pour les deux serveurs du restaurant qui étaient adorables, aux petits soins. Dont notamment la serveuse, dont nous n’avons pas le prénom, qui a gentiment recousu notre sac 🙏🏻 merci encore. Outre un membre du personnel d’accueil qui manque cruellement d’humanité, rien d’autre à signaler.

• Fodoca (10/5): Super frumoasă locația! Merită - Localitate cu un view superb. Chiar dacă sunt de urcat 160 de trepte pana la resort, merita. ( bagajele urca cu un lift special) Nu neapărat ca nu ne-a placut, condițiile camerelor sunt modeste. Dar pentru noi nu a fost un minus asa de mare. Noua ne-a placut mult.

Dalla mia stanza, davvero spaziosa e con terrazzino, potevo vedere anche le scogliere di Phi Phi Don. Davanti al resort c'è l'attracco delle long tail boats proprio sotto, accanto alla spiaggia, ristoranti e noleggio tavole per sport acquatici. Il personale del resort è disponibilissimo a ogni richiesta ed è stato molto sollecito e premuroso quando ho mostrato un lieve malessere dovuto al caldo durante il soggiorno. Vorrei tornare

• Franziska (9/5): Tolle ruhige Lage am Strand - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Unterkunft liegt nach den Treppen direkt am Long Beach beim Shark Point. Man kann sich unten am Strand Schnorchelausrüstung leihen und direkt am Strand vieme bunte Fische beobachten! Unsere Handtücher haben leider nicht gut / nicht frisch gerochen.

Camera pulita e spaziosa con tutto ciò che serve e con grandi vetrate panoramiche. Il personale alla reception era poco preparato su consigli riguardo ai tour o le escursioni e la colazione niente di eccezionale (compensata però da una vista meravigliosa)

Suihkun vedenlämpötilaa oli vaikea säätää. Suihkusta tuli joko todella kylmää tai todella kuumaa vettä. Portaita oli paljon, mutta näkymä ylhäältä oli sen arvoinen. Aamupalan valikoima hyvin niukka, mutta maukas.

• Jacqueline (9/5): Highly recommended ! - Lovely accommodation, very clean with daily housekeeping. Fabulous views !! Excellent breakfast every morning from 7-9.30, plenty of choice. Everyone is friendly and helpful. There are 145 steps up to property so you have to have some level of fitness to walk up them a couple of times a day. However it is worth it and I just took my time and rested on the way up !

• VICTOR (10/5): Fantastic stay and highly recommend. - The views from the resort were absolutely stunning. Its location on the southern tip of the island also lends itself to a quieter stay compared to the very bust town center. Loh Moo beach is only a 15-minute walk to the other side of the island but well worth it. Pristine beach with very few tourists. The staff were very polite, attentive, accommodating and always smiling. Excellent breakfast and restaurant prices were very reasonable unlike many resort restaurants who seem to take advantage of their guests. The 145 steps up the never ending stairways took its toll on us seniors but we made it everyday and were rewarded with the spectacular seaside views.

Obsługa obiektu na wysokim poziomie, pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Śniadanie były bardzo dobre. Uciążliwe było korzystanie z prysznica, ponieważ regulacja temperatury w naszym domku nie do końca działała.

Usługa sprzątania domków to jakieś nieporozumienie, polegało na zaścieleniu łóżka i zmianie ręczników, i to tylko tych kąpielowych, nic więcej nie było robione, chociaż raz nikt nie zamiotł podłogi, światło główne znajdowało się nad umywalką w pokoju, i tylko tam było jedno małe lustro. Wydaje mi się również ze skoro obiekt jest usytuowany w tak trudnym miejscu, to powinno być wliczone w cenę transfer łodzią do miasta o stałych godzinach.

• Rich (8/5): Great view. Could improve the towel situation. - The view from our cabin ( 1st in the row) was amazing. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy. They decorated the room as it was our honeymoon stay. Towels had a nasty smell. They did give us another set but it was smelly as well. A lot of ants in the room.
• Pringles (10/5): PARADISE - Wow, there are no words for this accommodation. Everything was beyond what we imagined and expected. I don’t understand the bad comments I read before. There were no mosquitoes and no monkeys stealing things. We had an amazing stay, unfortunately only one night, very close to a paradise beach. Beautiful sand, crystal clear water, and many colorful fish near the shore — bring your snorkeling goggles! The boats are part of Phi Phi. If you complain about that, how did you get there? Just relax and enjoy. From the beach you have good food nearby and a fire show at night on the beach. The stairs are really not a big deal, nothing to worry about. They even take your luggage up using a lift/belt system, so you don’t have to carry it. The boat service offered by the accommodation was 100% and very punctual. All the staff were kind and helpful at any time of the day. The buffet had everything it needed. It was complete, clean, and fresh. The rooms were super clean and some of the most comfortable we have tried. If you are looking at this accommodation, DO NOT HESITATE to book it! Our short time there!
