I think management might separate the adult and children swimming pool as the swimming pool is combined and my 4,6 and 9 toddler couldn’t enjoy swimming pool so much.

• Madam Zeanhash (4/5): - Suasana di kawasan Paka terengganu cantik dengan pemandangan pantai dan laut Rumah penginapan kurang bersih, tempat tidur bilik no 2 ada tahi cicak yang banyak bahagian atas kepala dan kami sendiri terpaksa membersihkan dan menyapu bilik semasa menginap di sana dan ini pengalaman pertama, dan di bilik katil utama juga ada ulat kamitetep (ulat yg boleh menyebabkan badan gatal) dan juga dinding rumah. Tahi cicak di dalam bilik mandi serta ada dibahagian tepi dinding yg lain dan terjumpa ulat sampah di atas lantai rumah yg masih hidup dan berjalan di depan pintu bilik utama, pintu belakang bahagian dapur xdapat dibuka...dan pintu sliding depan juga seperti nak tercabut...cuma xambik gambar sahaja untuk buktikan dan hanya ada gambar ulat kamitetep. Rasanya rumah penginapan tidak dibersihkan sebelum tetamu menginap. Dan sebelah rumah penginap juga , rumah penginapan yg lain sedang dibaikpulih dijalankan. Gambar yg ada di atas katil bilik utama

• Daan (2/5): Resort of which the glory days are over - You can still see the potential of the resort, with some nice decorations in the reception and restaurant, with bicycles that you can use, and with room service. The meals in the restaurant are of ok quality. From a 2-star place you can expect that it is dirty, there are cockroaches, not all airco's work, not all showers work, one of the beds had a broken leg, etc., which all was the case here. Some real disappointments were that in the chalet we rented one of the doors was left open and couldn't close, which costed us half an hour with the 'technician' (but ultimately the door got closed), another one that they advertise ice cream in the restaurant and they have large ice coolers with icecream advertisements, but they don't sell any ice cream (difficult with kids once they are promised ice cream). In general the restaurant staff is friendly, but ignorant, there were 3 ocasions when tell told us first they had something (mayonaise, ice cream, chicken nuggets) and then 10 minutes later they didn't. Also the lengthy discussion about the breakfast coupons (we booked a room with breakfast, but according to the restaurant we did not have the right vouchers for breakfast, ultimately they told us we would get two set breakfast menus for 3 people which we shared, then when we left they still wanted us to pay for one of them because we ate the 2 meals with 3 people and we had another lengthy argument). The never finished tall flats next to the resort also don't add to the atmosphere. Maybe once it was better here, in the reception there are faded posters of activities and there is a gym that seems not to have been used for ages. In the house we rented there where signs about a cook stove that wasn't there anymore and without all the moist etc the shiny wallpaper would have looked better. But now, if you can stay anywhere else, we would advice you to do it.

The unit is quite big with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Suitable for family stay. Old furniture and old units. Need refurbishment.

Maintenance support was very fast to come address the problem, even late at night. - Shower (piping) problem in master restroom. - Security concern, as some were not properly locked. Lock seems to be old and not strong enough. - Occasional power trip, especially affected the shower. - Flush problem at both restrooms - Aircond leak in one of the bedroom. Still leak despite maintenance already attended the problem. - Unpleasant smell in the house, particularly at the sink (kitchen) and living room. - Perhaps can consider to put microwave oven as well, as it would be convenient to guests. - The rate seems not worth the problem that I had to face, as listed above.

Only master bedroom supplied with 2 towels. the rest only 1 towel per room??? Iron very limited, have to take by ourselves from reception and return within 1 hour?? Breakfast only for 2 person for bungalow?? No buffet breakfast and only nasi lemak available. I paid 900++ for 3D 2N, with 7 family members including 3 kids. This is the worst vacay ever we have. I realized this is old resort and accepted the old and ragged stuff but didn't expect poor quality services.
• Dianna (5/5): Ok - I enjoy their staff since they constantly amuse us with a grin. The hotel staff is always courteous. The room is spacious. I'd want to thank the whole crew! At night, there were too many mosquitoes. The water heater is malfunctioning, the water is excessively hot, and we cannot adjust the temperature. Due to a lack of guests, we were informed we would only be given nasi goreng in the morning, despite the fact that we had been promised breakfast buffet. Why in the world should I consider this?
