Bogdan (9/5): O locație superbă unde aș reveni cu drag! - Locația este superbă, este așezată în proximitatea lacului cu acces la plajă. Personalul amabil și foarte curat în incinta. Faptul ca nu poți servi cina sau prânzul pe terasă, acolo doar se servesc băuturi, nu am putut să înțeleg logica, dar ne-am supus, am mâncat înăuntru și apoi ne-am continuat cina pe terasă superbă.

GRAZIANO (8/5): Rilassante e coccoloso. - La posizione, il servizio bici gratuito e la Jacuzzi in giardino. L'unico difetto riscontrato è la mancanza del bidet, comprensibile per una struttura che si rivolge ad una clientela soprattutto tedesca ma che ho trovato limitativo per le mie esigenze.

Uwe (9/5): Sehr schön und angenehm. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit, nett und zuvorkommend. Der Seeblick vom Balkon des Zimmers überwältigend. Sonnen-Auf und - Untergang inklusive. Leider war der Wellnessbereich noch im Umbau und noch nicht final nutzbar. Aber er wird bald fertig.

J.B. (10/5): Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub, den wir sicherlich wiederholen werden - Hervorragendes Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl. Es war für jeden etwas dabei und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Unser Zimmer hatte Seeblick, sodass man schon morgens vom Bett aus einen tollen Blick auf den See und die Berge hatte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Um Platz zu sparen, ist die Schiebetür am Badezimmer eine gute Idee. Jedoch wäre eine dicht schließende Tür wünschenswert.

Petr (8/5): Krásný výhled z hotelu Baia Azzurra - Lokalita, úžasný výhled na jezero, dostatek parkovacích míst, čistota a dokonalá snídaně (Čerstvě připravená vejce dle vlastní chuti a dostatek snídaňového výběru) Personál ochotný a usměvavý I přes malé nedostatky moc krásné ubytování. Doporučuji. Hlasitost zavírání dveří od pokojů a hlasitost sprchy sousedního pokoje a silikonové těsnění sprchového koutu Ve středu zavřená hotelová restaurace, ale doporučená jiná.

Michaela (10/5): 10/10 - einfach perfekt! - Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine wunderschöne Lage und die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer. Direkt beim Haus stehen ausreichend sichere Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Sowohl Riva del Garda als auch Torbole sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Hotelrestaurant sowie der ausgezeichnete Service, der im gesamten Haus spürbar ist. Zudem kann man kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen, um die umliegenden Orte zu erkunden. Somit punktet das Hotel nicht nur mit seiner Lage, sondern auch mit einem rundum stimmigen Gesamtpaket. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Szilvia (9/5): - A kiszolgálás kifogástalan volt. A szállás nagyon tiszta volt, ami kifejezetten tetszett, hogy nagy figyelmet fordítanak a környezetvédelemre is. Az ételek nagyon finomak voltak, a személyzet nagyon kedves. A szállás elhelyezkedése is szuper, a kilátás gyönyörű volt!

Phillip (10/5): Surreal View - The lake view was amazing. The photos don’t even capture how beautiful this place is. The scenes of the lake and surrounding hills changed throughout the day. The hotel was wonderful. Great staff, always friendly and attentive. We had a lovely deck facing the water. Easy walk to town and grocery store (Lidl) is a two minute walk. Good parking. We had nightly drinks in the bar below facing the water. Nice path to go for a run or walk.

It’s peaceful, picturesque, and perfectly placed for both relaxation and adventure. The hotel is just a short walk from a variety of great restaurants, and there’s convenient bike hire nearby for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The stoney beach adds a unique charm, ideal for swimming or just soaking up the sun. Whether you're looking to unwind or stay active, Baia Azzurra offers the best of both worlds. I’ve stayed in many places around Lake Garda, but this one stands out for its atmosphere, accessibility, and those unforgettable lake views. Highly recommended!

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des gesamten Teams – man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen und bestens betreut. Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig: ideal für alle, die einen aktiven Urlaub mit Erholung und Abstand vom touristischen Trubel verbinden möchten. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – frische Eierspeisen wie Omelette oder Rührei wurden auf Wunsch direkt zubereitet. Der wunderschön angelegte Garten und die liebevoll gestaltete, sehr gepflegte Anlage runden das Ambiente perfekt ab. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre die Badezimmertür, die etwas mehr Privatsphäre bieten könnte. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt – wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch! Gibt’s nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.
ABDULLA (5/5): - المواقف مجاناً فندق لا يستحق الزيارة بداية في استقبال سيئ للغاية و الغرفه بها حشرات و الافطار مكان طبخ البيض رائحة جداً سيئة لا يوجد تهوية راىحة الطعم تعلق في الملابس و الموظفين ليس على دراية في معلومات في الفندق مثل جهاز التكيف لا يعمل علماً بان مرتين قمت بمراجعة الموظف و في الاخير تم ارسال للفندق مباشرة رسالة و تم الرد علية و تسجيل المغادرة في الفندق 10:30 صباحاً يوجد رسوم اضافية في حال رغبة بان يكون الساعة 12:00 يضاف 30 يورو

Victor (4/5): Disappointing and too costly - We booked a room for nearly 200 euros for one night with no lake view. No lake view means parking view right next to the Lidl parking lot. The terrace is nice and the lake view beautiful. But there is a heavy traffic road nearby that you can hear in the garden. Breakfast was OK but not delicious. On the good side, very comfortable bedding, friendly staff. If you choose this hotel, do not book a room without a lake view.
Shatha (10/5): - The hotel has a perfect location, very close to everything we needed. It was easy to walk around and explore the city. The staff were wonderful, always smiling, friendly, and very helpful. During our stay, the bathroom light stopped working. We reported the issue, and although it wasn’t fixed, the staff handled the situation very politely and did their best to help us. Their kindness and effort made us feel well taken care of. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again.

Iuliana Z (10/5): Great choice - We stayed at Baia Azzurra for two nights and everything was absolutely wonderful — the room, the breakfast and the facilities were all excellent. What I loved the most was the view — simply stunning! The hotel has direct access to the beach and the location is just perfect. There’s such a great vibe in the area, with people cycling, running, windsurfing and stand-up paddling. You can even rent bikes for free from the hotel, which was a really nice bonus. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Abbiamo pranzato entrambi i giorni nel ristorante dell'hotel e devo dire che siamo stati piacevolmente soddisfatti Ottima cucina semplice ma gustosa .Il personale molto gentile e premuroso .I prezzi del bar e del ristorante un po' alti ma devo dire che sono stati due giorni bellissimi e ci torneremo volentieri. L'unica pecca i cuscini e il materasso che purtroppo erano sicuramente molto datati e perciò non particolarmente comodi.Se posso dare un suggerimento in un albergo di questo stipo ci si aspetta di trovare almeno una bottiglia d'acqua nel frigo in stanza e invece era vuoto

Nick (10/5): - Dit hotel heeft echt alles wat je wil wanneer je op zoek bent naar een beetje luxe. Da kamer was ronduit geweldig. De ontvangst was super met een kleine attentie voor de kinderen, wat echt een leuke plus was. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je mag en kan er alles aan vragen. Het bed is waarschijnlijk het beste bed waar ik ooit in geslapen heb. Het bad in de kamer met uitzicht op het Gardameer was ook super. Het ontbijt was ook top. Het restaurant ook super. De jacuzzi in de tuin die niet veel gebruikt werd was ook echt geweldig. De fietsen die voorzien zijn om te lenen wanneer je wil, ... en je kan echt blijven doorgaan, echt TOP. Dit is echt al moeilijk om hier iets te gaan schrijven over wat tegenviel, maar als ik dan toch iets moet zeggen zou ik zeggen dat het restaurant enkel vanaf donderdag tot zondag open is, wat voor ons tegenviel net omdat het zo goed was. Het is er ook wel echt rustig, wanneer het restaurant niet open is. En jammer dat er geen fietsen voorzien waren voor kinderen, want hier hebben we desondanks de prijs van het hotel wat op zich niet goedkoop is maar absoluut het waard is nog eens extra fietsen moeten gaan huren voor de kinderen.
