Jarrod (4/5): COLD! - location , friendly staff, clean heat pump blew cold air regardless of setting. on arrival windows were open and room was freezing. Noadditional blankets anywhere in room. Electric blanket only worked on the first setting - saying that bought its light on but didnt produce much if any heat. TV remote struggled to work and the volume of TV stay very quiet regardless of how much volume was increased.

Bus stop right out front and walking distance to supermarket etc. Very clean and tidy, excellent cleanliness in the bathroom. Super friendly staff. Nice and quiet at night even though it's off the road. Well definitely come and stay again when next in Christchurch. Bed was a bit still, but we'll within reason of price per night.

Heather (9/5): Great, clean motel with easy access to Chch - Clean and had all the amenities we needed for a weekend in Chch. Loved having a suite with kitchenette for breakfast. It was quiet in the bedroom but for the person sleeping in the living space the noise from the parking lot was loud at night and in the morning.

Sam (8/5): Perfect location and lovely, tidy accomodation - The location was close to the sports grounds we were attending for a three day tournament. It was also close to amenities and the staff were lovely. The rooms were a little dark with not a lot of natural light.

Tracey (10/5): Enjoyed our stay, close to the conference which helped, close to Bush Inn which we ate there a lot - The room was very clean, it was a little small for us, but we made it work. Thank you so much for the service everyday 😊. It was a great location, as our conference was just around the corner. Happy with our stay, it was great to have a washing machine and dryer there, so we could do laundry 😊 Thank you We found the bathroom a bit small for us, but we made it work.

Brenda (8/5): Every time we travel through Chch we stay in Riccarton Rd. I would come back to this motel. - Staff excellent & very helpful. Rooms were very clean. The couch which converts into a bed was not very comfortable to sit in to watch television.
