Room and amenities were Warm and Thoughtful. Thouroughly enjoyed the stay. The only negative is I was not fast enough to photograph the male Blue Wren. Thankyou for a Lovely stay.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great B&B - Only stayed overnight but the room was very comfortable, easy access from the highway and a 5 min drive to pub and other food options. Couple who run the B&B are lovely and it was the best breakfast I’ve had all year.

• Sulablula (10/5): A warm welcome in tranquil surroundings - A super location, surrounded by trees and gardens. I was made to fell welcome from the moment I arrived. My room, Banksia, was fresh and immaculate. Small details, such as home-baked biscuits and a dish of sweets by the side of the bed. Bathroom similarly spotless and well-appointed. Big lounge-room with log-burner for guest use, as well as a kitchen. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order, along with fresh fruit, cereals etc. Jen and Nic are terrific hosts and gave useful information about the area.
• Belinda (10/5): A little bit of paradise - From the moment i arrived i was family..ronan the dog happily greeted me with the owner and we were friend's ! The rooms are immaculate, tasteful and comfortable. There's a common area with log fire the owner has all set up and will happily lite the fire for you. The setting is lovely. .it's on a large block with trees i was told that some are 200 yrs old and another 400. Birds of all sorts come down. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. All the cereal n fruit then a fully cooked breakfast of your choice. Whilst there i had done a little hand washing and put them on the line. When i cane back after a few hours away they were hanging up, the owner took them off the line for me as it started to rain! How thoughtful! Honestly I would stay again in a heart beat.

• Graham (10/5): LUXURY - From the minute you arrive at this plush modern accommodation you will wish you had booked more nights to stay.From the lovely couple who run this top end guesthouse to the laidback tranquil atmosphere you will just love it.this is a five star hotel level.The breakfast is amazing.The rooms are spotless with fresh homemade biscuits a nice touch.These guys know what's required and deliver that with bells on.My family and I loved the place with Ronnan the adorable well trained dog as a nice friend for our 4 year old.We loved the place.It's a Diamond of a place well done guys.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great stopover - We were warmly welcomed by the owners despite arriving a bit early. Our room was very comfortable and there is a kitchen and lounge area for guests as well as outside seating. We stayed in the Banksia room which has it's own bathroom along the corridor. We enjoyed sitting outside looking at the birds and strolling round the garden and grounds. Breakfast was excellent and included passion fruit from the owner's garden.
• margaret (10/5): Lovely B & B in Baldivis - Facilities good. Excellent breakfast freshly laid eggs & gorgeous passion fruit from their own tree. Homemade biscuits & bottles of water left in our room every day. The owners Jen & Nic are such lovely people & go out of their way to accommodate you. They are also brilliant company & are happy to sit & chat with their guests. Highly recommend .

• Mariyon (10/5): Great place for a weekend getaway - We had a relaxed mini vacation. The hosts were wonderful and amazing people. The rooms was beautiful, clean with careful attention to detail. Close to Rockingham and Mandurah, yet far enough from all the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was a highlight and we enjoyed every moment of our holiday. we will definitely be back.
