- Robert (6/5): - The Morning Receptionist was Efficient super polite and professional. However I had to upgrade my room due to misunderstanding on my booking Room no Fridge . Noisy Neighbours at 3am. No privacy door between Bathroom and main room.

- Aleksandra (6/5): Okay for a quick stop, not for multiple days - The hotel was close to the Cebu North Bus station. They upgraded my room free of charge. It was okay for a stopover for a few hours, but would not stay for multiple days. The AC was VERY good, cooled down the room quickly, but it was very loud. The room was not very clean. There was still hair in the bathroom floor from previous guests the room was not vacuumed and moped, the bedsheets and towels were (probably) washed but had stains everywhere. The shower head was dirty and rusty and spraying in all directions. Even though the bathroom was big it did not have any place for me to put my toiletries or clothes. I could not lock my room’s door, and had troubles locking the balcony door.

- Eric (6/5): - The staff are friendly, smiling and courteous however, the room they assigned me was not cleaned properly even the head board is dusty and dirty. I have to clean it using the wipes I brought with me on the trip. Then the pillow is not comfy at all. The electric outlet is broken. Good thing when I approached the desk, they immediately insisted to have me transferred to a different room which i think is higher than I paid for. I had rested well during my stay. And I'm sure those minor concerns can still be improved. Thank you.

The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The amenities needs some repair and TLC. Some fixtures were falling apart.

From start to finish, there were no negative impressions whatsoever. - The breakfast offered at the hotel is quite satisfying, and the staff consistently demonstrate a high level of accommodation and courtesy towards guests. Their reliability in all aspects greatly enhances the overall experience. Everything's going great! No negative impression all through out our stay. everything is good and we really appreciated all the hotel staff for being accommodating we commend them all including the security guards.Our experience has been fantastic!

We booked 2 rooms and both don’t have working cable TVs. There were no towels in the bathrooms. It was only provided when we asked.

- Barry (1/5): Terrible stay coz the room was worst. - The location is good. The room was so small no separate door for toilet and when you enter the room the first thing you will see is the toilet. Very unpleasant . Uncomfortable room. The worst room I have ever had. Not worthy with price. They even asked a 1,000 pesos security deposit for what? There is nothing in room lol.

Went to the front desk and they didn’t help at all. Was about to book a different room at another venue because it was so gross! Do not book here!!! I will post pictures

- Tormod (8/5): - My rate from 2. December 2024 was wrong and sent by a mistake. Now, I'm back again to this hotel because I was satisfied with the conditions here last time. Hotel has good location, friendly and service minded staff, clean rooms. No luxory, but a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. Breakfast is good.
