- alasdair (6/5): Three nights in Bamgkok - Great location with friendly staff. Building is. A bit dated, and could do with a refurb. Bed is rock solid, wooden bed with about a 20mm padding, this didn’t bother me as I prefer a hard bed. Hotel is close to the motorway, however the rooms are well sound proofed so you don’t really notice. The hotel is in a great location for exploring and only 5 mins walk from the bts and the ferries. Would definitely stay here as it provides a value for money stay.

- Stanley (10/5): Great location, service, and value!! - I had an amazing experience staying two nights at the Sunset Terrace Apartments! So convenient to nice stores, dining, street side shops and food of every kind. Only a five minute walk to the BTS train station and 8 minute easy walk to the river piers for inexpensive boat transportation. Only 15 minutes total to walk and ride the boat directly to the huge Iconsiam mall. The lady at the front desk, Aye, was so friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help me do my laundry as soon as I arrived and she made sure that I never wanted for anything during my stay. The linens were very clean and very soft. The bed was also more soft and more suitable than most beds in Asia. I had no issues with the hot shower or the AC. This was a much more satisfying and relaxing experience than I expected from a budget stay. I will definitely they at the Sathorn Terrace the next time I am in Bangkok!
- Patrick (6/5): - The lady who runs the property is delightful and kind. However, the bed was hard, the room smelled strongly of moth balls, the shower couldn't hold a constant temperature and the shower head kept falling or spinning in its holder, shooting water all over the batbroom.

- Ann (6/5): - I like this property, But this property really needs some update, kitchen appliance, and bathroom. The receptionist lady was extremely helpful and extremely nice. The location is ideal for people who love to eat because within a few hundred yards are tons of food. Everything is pretty near, you can take a grab here and there for convenience. I travel with my family for two adults and two kids.

- Yukino (10/5): - The hotel is located in a good place and it’s quite convenient to move from one place to another by boat or train.Near the hotel many good food options are available, few of them are also recommended in the guide book. The hotel staff was very good and helpful, we had a problem with our toilet and the staff promptly fix that problem. The reception staff also helped us to call taxi to the airport. I just felt that the speed of the shower was a bit slow and weak. Overall we had a great time in this hotel and will recommend to stay here.

- YOUNG TACK (10/5): 가성비 좋은 호텔 - 전반적으로 호텔이 가격대비 깔끔하고 교통이 편합니다. 특히 수상버스로 왕궁, 새벽사원, 카오산로드 등에 접근성이 매우좋습니다. 근처에 쇼핑몰과 시장도 있어 생활편이성도 괜찮네요. 숙소는 매우훌륭하지는 않지만 가격대비 충분하다고 봅니다.

- Eddy (8/5): Très bien - Nous avons séjourné a cette hôtel pour la proximité du bts ( environ 150 metre) et de l’ambassade de France. L’accueil au top ! on nous demande si nous sommes fumeur et propose une chambre avec balcons, la chambre avec balcon est par contre plus bruyante ( cotée route ) La chambre était propre pas très moderne mais tout se qu’il faut micro onde, bureau, frigo, canapé d’angle, tv, wifi, bouilloire, les couverts, évier... Pour le prix c’est très bien, je pense que je retournerai dans cette hôtel si je doit de nouveau faire des documents et passer de nouveau a l’ambassade de France
- Eddy (10/5): Qualité prix parfait - BTS a 100 mètre 7/11 a 100 mètre 150 mètre un petit marché avec nourriture et vêtements chaussures... centre commercial aussi a 150 mètre avec tout se qui faut ! L’hôtel pas très moderne certes mais propre grand lit grand sofa télé bureau grand frigo un évier avec des couvert pour manger micro ondes tasse de café bouilloire pour faire le café ... L’accueil est vraiment sympathique toujours le sourire on nous demande si nous sommes fumeur pour nous donner une chambre avec balcon franchement c’est parfait ! Petit bémol juste la wifi même si c’est assez rare quelques problem parfois. Sa fait déjà 2 fois que nous séjournons ici et ont va sûrement revenir une 3 eme fois...

- Fabiane (10/5): Friendly and convenient. - Excellent location, near both the BST station and the ferry boat terminal (Sathorn). Very convenient and roomy. Equiped with the appliances we needed (microwave and small fridge). The lady at thd reception was super friendly and helpful. We definitely come back here when we return to Bangkok.

- Coke2017 (6/5): Good location - This apartment offers you the basic facilities. The room is spacious and clean enough. The bed is okay but could be improved. If the upgrade the mattress and so far it would be a plus. This apartment may not be good for someone who is visiting BANGKOK for the first time and need help because some of the staff may not speak English. It is 1 block away from BTS Taksin so it is very convenient to go to places.
- Melih (10/5): Very nice hotel - hotel is very near to saphon taksin sky train station. And there are lots of food options near like Mcdonalds, starbucks etc. also you can reach street food. Pharmacy and market is so near. Stuff is very helpfull and kind. Room has microwave, refrigerator, and other kitchen stuff. There is a balcony in this room that is not mentioned in property part. It was more that I expected. Only thing is wifi may need some improvement. But it saw our work.
- Fred (10/5): Goede locatie, ruime accomodatie - Op de website van de accommodatie zag het er fraaier (of eigenlijk nieuwer) uit. Maar voor het tarief, de tijd van het jaar en de locatie was het zeker een goede deal. Die tijd van jet jaar was namelijk de periode waarin de overleden koning Bhumibol zou worden gecremeerd, een periode waarin heel veel mensen naar Bangkok zouden komen. De locatie was uitermate geschikt om met de boot in de richting van de crematieplaats te gaan èn om naar de grote winkelcentra te gaan met de skyetrain. Verder was het een grote ruimte van 45m2, waardoor de muren niet op je afkomen.
- MARK J (10/5): Clean, spacious room a close walk from subway - For the price, this is a great place to stay. The room was surprisingly big, and very clean. The bedsheets and bed made for a pleasant night. The staff are incredibly helpful. While we were out during the day, they would bring us bottles of water and new towels. The hotel is located 2 minutes from Robinson Center Point and Saphan Taksin subway station, very convenient. A 500-baht deposit is required in cash for the room key.

- Daisuke (10/5): 駅近で食事にも困らない便利な立地。部屋も広くて快適。 - ４泊しました。取り敢えず部屋が広いです。エアコンの効きも良かったです。ダブルベッドの部屋でしたがベッドの隣にＬ字型のソファも置いてありました。でかいスーツケースを広げっぱなしでも大丈夫なレベルです。シャワー圧はそこそこですがシャワーヘッドは目の細かい当たると痛いヤツでした。ホテルの目の前が幹線道路、そしてＢＴＳなので終電過ぎるまでは結構うるさいと思います。サパンタクシン駅や船着場まで徒歩で行けるのでどこに行くにも便利。近くにはマッサマンカレー、お粥、バミーの美味しいお店があり食べるには困りません。マクド、スタバ、薬局、コンビニとなんでもあります。仕事で利用したのでほとんどホテルにおらずあまりホテルの滞在そのものを楽しめませんでしたので、今度はプライベートでゆっくり利用したいと思いました。
- sarah (10/5): A pleasant surprise - The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere with a very friendly and accommodating staff. It is somewhat out of the center of Bangkok but ideally located when planning a river cruise. The bedroom was very tidy and spacious and the bathroom was also clean. This booking was a pleasant surprise. (Bangkok hotel rooms in this price range are not always this tidy)
- brian (8/5): Ask for no ground floor - The room was surprisingly nice foe being ground floor with no window, but it was for one night so no big deal. I'm thinking the upper floors would be nice. No coffee maker, no breakfast, but nicely furnished. A clever faux window helped the atmosphere.
- Ototo (4/5): Apartment over looking the motorway close to MRT - Apartment is old. Room is big but noise coming from the motorway can be frustrating. The rooms view are mainly the motorway. You need to ask them to clean the room if u want and they will do it but check under the bed to be cleaned as well. The security guy is extreemly helpful and nice. Apparently they have an adjacent building with better rooms. The location was good as it was close to MATT and ferry.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Spacious room and quite comfortable - The room was more spacious than average of similar price range with dining table and sitting area. Although limited amenities as there're only bath foam and shampoo in bathroom, no shower cap and hand soap, coffee maker with no complimentary coffee, no drinking glasses, nothing much to complain when both department store and convenient stores, various street food stalls and BTS stations all in walking distance.
