• WengTong (8/5): 可以 - 大堂有很多LEGO及相關模型，小孩子很喜歡及感到興奮，也有水機及茶包提供；但房間空間很小，在普通雙人房內，差不多不夠位置打開兩個行李箱；浴室設施OK及整潔，有淋浴區及浴缸可供浸温泉；早餐基本可以，但好像用作送飯的菜色較多，較少適合早餐的選擇，水果只有一款，可考慮多提供兩款及提供麥片、乳酪
• Alice (6/5): 入住心得 - 基本上符合三顆星的住宿品質，該商旅近車站及不少礁溪知名餐廳，所以便利性來說是很好的。若講求CP是不錯的選擇，唯一幾項缺點是：房間隔音不是太好，整體裝潢偏老舊，房間有霉味，早餐是一般家常菜，較大的休旅車需停在車站附近的合作停車場。若對硬體及服務有要求的家庭及旅客，建議還是要提高預算選擇四星級商旅。

• CHIA YEN (8/5): 還算不錯的住宿~ - 位置在火車站附近，在鬧區中，走路就可以到附近的美食、商店，很方便~ 大廳可愛，房間簡單乾淨，服務不錯~ 房間小，重點還是升級過的，那原來的...... 浴室水垢多，銀色設備及玻璃門都是~ 明明有設玻璃門隔開沐浴區，但浴缸旁的區域卻沒有隔，未乾濕分離，水難排出，上廁所時會一直濕腳...... 隔音差，在走廊聽的到房內聲音，當然在房內也聽的到走廊聲音，不小聲...... 床不錯睡，但棉被很熱，不蓋會冷，蓋了會熱...... 早餐，一般的中西式，菜色樣式簡單，不難吃，普普~ 後來還發現浴巾有好幾個破洞.......

• Hsiu (10/5): 物超所值 - 單看飯店名稱會覺得有點像親子飯店，會有太多小孩，太吵。但住過兩晚後，非常慶幸當初選了這個飯店。 一開始有點擔心隔音的問題，入住期間確實有聽到隔壁嬰兒的哭聲，但也不是太誇張。隔音的部分，多數飯店都差不多。要完全安靜，應該是不可能。 整潔度的部分，是足夠的，而且浴缸材質，令人感到放心，不會藏污納垢。 飯店的工作人員都非常熱心，我因為要很早出門，他們還幫我準備了豐盛的餐盒。 飯店的位置到哪都很方便，隔壁就有按摩店，附近又有很多餐廳，房間就能泡溫泉。以這樣的價格得到這樣的品質，我非常滿意。

• Peilin (10/5): 交通位置非常方便 - 因為是臨時訂 住最便宜的雙人套房。房間蠻小的略顯擁擠；但是我和我妹妹還有我的女兒三個人一起睡雙人床尺寸OK。溫泉水溫很適合小孩但是我們想要泡燙一點就無法滿足，蓮蓬頭很強水柱沖起來好舒服。早餐很棒1樓的樂高區也很適合小朋友。交通非常方便出車站直走5分鐘就抵達。

• Chia-lun (6/5): 差強人意的經驗 - 剛進房間時很潮濕，等到冷氣運轉大概一小時以後才比較好。房間有一面牆是一整片的鏡子，家人不太喜歡這樣的設計。有小孩同行，check in時說要把小孩備品給我，最後也沒拿來......早餐還不錯。因為開休旅車，所以飯店本身的機械停車場無法停放，需停放到較遠的特約停車場，一整夜的停車費160元，應該是櫃檯人員操作錯誤，check out時給的QR code竟然只抵用了30元，最後是有退還我們付的停車費，感覺櫃檯人員不是很用心。

Kids will love to play with the LEGO there too. They upgraded the room for the two of us when we checked in. The staff is also very friendly and gives tips on the food around the area. The room and the toilet are very spacious. As the bath tub has the hot spring water, it’s like having a private hot spring in your own room. Will definitely stay here again if I come back again!

• Tianyi (8/5): Good location and room - The location is great with easy and walkable distance to the railway station and local food. The room is spacious for a family of four. If one more chair for adult is provided it will be great. The only suggestion I have is about the washroom. It is very humid after we enjoyed hot spring and easy to slide down on the floor especially the marble between the washroom and bedroom.
• Jen Hui (8/5): Great experience, great service! - Great service! Room was a bit small but the deep and big bath tub with natural spring hot water made up for it. The lobby has big tubs of LEGO that kept our kids occupied and the staff were very friendly. The kitchen even had special breakfast sets for kids. The hotel is about 5-10mins walk from the train station and area with lots of eateries. Overall a great experience!
