• Virginie (9/5): Super séjour dans cet hôtel ! - Le personnel était au top du début à la fin : rapide, chaleureux et toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. L’ambiance générale était géniale, conviviale et décontractée, exactement ce qu’on recherche pour se sentir comme à la maison loin de chez soi. La piscine est vraiment un plus, parfaite pour se détendre et profiter du soleil après une journée bien remplie. L’emplacement est idéal, proche des attractions tout en offrant un calme appréciable pour se reposer le soir. En résumé, une expérience mémorable grâce à une équipe remarquable et une ambiance sans pareil. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons cet hôtel sans réserve. Merci encore pour ce séjour parfait !

• Shanta (9/5): - Op loopafstand van gezellige Grand Bay strand, bushaltes, winkeltjes, Super U voor je boodschappen en foodcourt en restaurants. Hotel met zwembad, 3 pers kamer kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken maar de locatie is perfect en het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze doen hun best om je verblijf zo plezier mogelijk te laten verlopen. De kleine kamer had geen airco maar er werd gelijk een ventilator geregeld, ik kreeg ook een föhn toen ik erom vroeg. Je kunt er ook ontbijten, dineren of een drankje doen. Als je een taxi nodig hebt of iets anders dan zijn ze erg behulpzaam. Aisha heeft zelf bemiddeld voor een appartement toen wij gestrand waren vanwege de oorlog in Dubai. De kamer is gedateerd, verwacht geen luxe.

• thomas (9/5): - I was given a large, bright room as I did not care for the one that I was first shown. The TV had BBC World News as well as France 24 en direct and some other interesting programs. Breakfast was good value for the price with cold meat, cheese and eggs on offer. And finally, no mosquitos! Having to walk on a road without footpaths to get to the beach or big shopping centres such as the "Super U" or "La Croisette".

Be sure to keep the door code key always to hand as the front gate may be locked if staff step away (great for security, but not idea if you’ve forgotten the code!)

• Estelle (1/5): If you are Mauritian run ! - The cleanliness First things first the check-in was fast and no informations about the facilities were communicated to us . When asked questions about dinner answer was I don’t know I’m not in charge of the night . Professionalism seemed to be a word since now unknown by none of them except the host at night . Before entering the swimming pool we did check the sign next to it and there were no instructions about the opening hours then later once my party was swimming someone came to us to explain that we couldn’t be inside how could you blame us if nothing was said before ? Then a lady approached us and stated that we have no right to drink or eat next to the pool we informed her that from our side the glasses were all empty and we are just coming from the beach but she turned her face like we were criminals . A stay is to relax and have fun but there was being on the tip of the toes hoping everything would be fine because apparently Mauritian citizen are not welcomed ! Once I mentioned that I do not live in the country and I’m on vacations the attitude change ! What a shame for Mauritian hospitality

• Swaleh (5/5): Disappointing - Breakfast was good but the omelette can be improved. Had to wait for pastries as none available in the basket. Dinner was good and value for money. There was no toilet roll. A hand towel would have been useful as we didn't take one with us. A second chair/stool as there were two of us. Why one pillow each. Both my wife and I are used to sleep with two pillows. There was only one working socket in the room.

Buen ambiente y personal muy agradable y servicial. - Nos gustó que tuviera piscina (ademas el agua era templada,cosa que nos gustó). La habitación muy grande, con una cama super cómoda y muy grande. Quelques défauts de poignets... Humidité dans une des chambres.

• Grzegorz (8/5): Holidays with family - The person in charge who welcomed us was very nice, she explained all details about our stay in this hotel. We have ordered dinner and was absolutely delicious, made with perfect quality. Breakfast was served by 2 ladies kind and very helpful food was also very tasty. In the evening there was coming lots of noise from restaurant and hall across the night.
