Vi har mycket vi tyvärr tycker är katastrof med boendet. - ingen AC på hela hotellet så blir obehagligt att vara där. - de står att de erbjuder cykler. Fanns två stycken riktigt slitna som knappt gick att cyklas på. - står att de erbjuder strandhanddukar. Tror det var 2 av 8 dagar vi lyckades få. Alla andra dagar var de slut när vi kom på morgonen. Under all kritik. Skicket känns smutsigt och ofräscht. - De står att de har parasoll. Det finns ett. Övriga solstolar erbjuder inga skuggalternativ. - tyckte inte att det var så hjälpsam personal. - tråkig frukost och outhärdligt att sitta i den värmen och äta. Allmänt risigt skick på hotellet. Det ser väldigt mycket finare ut än det var. Kändes väldigt nedgånget.

- Tushar (5/5): Not recommended for Indians - It has a swimming pool and is near the beach. When we checked in, the room was very hot, the ac was not working and the room bell was also not working. We called the reception multiple times after which they sent the electrician to fix it. We requested to change the room multiple times on the room phone , but they were not responding, finally we had to go to the reception to get it sorted instantly. The breakfast is very bad for Indians. Very limited veg options and that was also tasteless. We had to eat only bread and butter everyday for breakfast for 3 days.

The breakfast facility at the hotel was extremely disappointing. The food quality was very poor, and the staff was quite unfriendly. I was staying there for an Ironman 70.3 race, and the staff was rude when I requested to take my triathlon bike to my room. They insisted I leave it unattended in the lobby, which was completely unacceptable.

There is a ceiling light that doesnt turn off so whoever stayed in the room before ducktaped some instant noodle cup label over it to block the light. Almost felt like i was watching the lunar eclipse every night. WHAT I TRULY LIKED: short distance to walking street/food market. Easy ride to the airport. Front desk and hotel staff were friendly and the best, we forgot our expensive fishing rods by the walking street and the hotel manager was driving me around to look for them and calling the police department to check the cameras. We were able to find the cleaning lady and found our items on the street and brought it back to us all within 30mins right before our flight. And for that i am forever in debt with your kindness and generosity. Thank you!!!

The buffet breakfast was good, value for money property the hotel is around 150 meters away from the beach. The nearby five star hotels on both sides have their beach chairs and life guards which this hotel does not have. one needs to deal carefully with Travel Desk person Mr. Sy . No chairs in the balcony

- Rainer (6/5): - Abgerocktes Hotel Das Hotel befindet sich südlich des Flughafens, was verkehrstechnisch (Busverbindung) nicht das Beste ist. Das Hotel selbst ist recht groß und hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, was am Foyer und der Zimmergröße zu ersehen ist. Nur wurde irgendwann nicht mehr viel in das Hotel gesteckt, sodass es nun auf dem Weg nach unten ist (4 Sterne sind wohl ein Wunsch). Kurz oder in Stichworten: Das Hotel: groß, einige hundert Meter vom Strand. Unpersönliches Personal – auf Funktionieren getrimmt. Riesiger Empfangsbereich. 4 Aufzüge. Aufgrund der übermäßigen Bautätigkeit auf der Insel kommt dieses Hotel eventuell ins Hintertreffen. Das Hotel verlangte eine Kaution! Die Busse laufen sich vor dem Hotel minutenlang warm. Das ist angenehm für die anderen Gäste – nur sind die Abgase und der Lärm nicht der Hit. Die Klimaanlage in der Lobby ist nicht eingeschaltet – wohl eine der Sparmaßnahmen. Umgebung: Wenn man von dem Nachtmarkt in der Nähe und dem Strand absieht, herrscht hier „absolut tote Hose“. Das Zimmer: Recht groß, nix auf dem kleinen Balkon, riesige Glasscheibe als Abtrennung vom Badezimmer – Sinn dahinter? Die Internetgeschwindigkeit hat weder nationale noch internationale Rekorde gebrochen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert recht gut. Das Bett ist groß und gut. Relativ ruhiges Zimmer. Frühstück: Massenabfertigung, Staus beim Eiermann / der Eierfrau und dem (!) einseitigen Toaster für mehrere hundert Gäste ...

Very average hotel,definetely should not be rated 4 stars. Only rubbish taken out and bed was made daily,otherwise carpets or anything else wasn't cleaned or vacuumed,all hotel could do with very good cleaning as everything everywhere so dusty. Swimming pool water is freezing as doesn't look that is being cleaned regularly. Breakfast are very very basic.

- John (7/5): A large, good value hotel close to beach and restaurants - A large hotel with lots of facilities, including quite a large swimming pool and fitness room. Quite close to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops (with shuttle transport if needed). There was an extensive breakfast buffet as well as cook to order eggs and noodles. There is a bus to the airport and Phu Quoc town. We had a nice large room with sea view. The wifi never worked in our room despite reporting the issue several times. Communicating with reception staff often required the use of Google Translate. The pool water did not seem to be continually cleaned. The food choice was extensive, but not as high in quality and taste as found in some other hotels.

The location was great for the seaside. The pool was very welcoming. Massage service was excellent and good value. There was no barfridge in the room. The advertised rooftop bar was closed. Looked forward to spending time on the rooftop, enjoying the view while sipping delightful cocktails. But alas it wasn't available.
- Luke (4/5): If you’re expecting 5 star hotel - It was quiet at night, large room It is nowhere near a 5 star hotel, food is worse than terrible, waited over an hour for my food it came up cold and was the wrong order. I ate it because I was starving, any other time I would have sent it back.

Rebooked at Thahiti beach and paid through booking.com Would like a refund arranged . Can you look into Colin Brighton
