We happened to see the cherry blossom, trees along the river side in the back side of the hotel . That was amazing. We liked/enjoy the surprise . I was having high expectations for the meals. It's ok, just I personally have higher expectations.

- MAYUMI (9/5): とろとろの温泉がとても良かった。 - とろとろの温泉がとても気持ち良かった。夜遅くの到着でしたが、スタッフの対応も良かった。帰り際も家族揃って写真を撮ってくれて嬉しかった。朝食バイキングがとても美味しかった。品切れのものを伝えると直ぐに追加してくれて、スタッフも優しかった。 川の景色が見える部屋が良かったが、反対側だったのが残念だった。当日の申し込みだったので仕方なかった。
- RjzzZ (9/5): 放鬆休閒的好地方 - 友善員工，各樣設施都沒什麼人，可以甚至一個人舒適浸溫泉，另外有桌球，乒乓球，燒棉花糖等休閒活動可以免費參與／租用。 一泊二食，入住星期五和星期六晚，兩晚的晚飯有明顯的質素分別，如果對晚飯有要求，建議假日入住會有更好體驗。

- misa (9/5): - 山鹿温泉は日帰りでよく行くのですが、ふらっと思いついて道中で直前予約をしました。ビリヤード、卓球、本、オセロ等楽しめました。また、飲み物も無料で朝夕飲めました。 お風呂はゆったり大きくて泉質も山鹿温泉ならではのトロトロ、朝食バイキングは茶碗蒸しや筑前煮、お魚のあら炊き等あり美味しかったです。 夕食は外で食べましたが、車で1〜2分の所にファミレス、ラーメン、うどん、コンビニ、天ぷら屋、居酒屋等たくさんありますよ。 和室のお布団は自分で敷きましたが、安さを考えれば全く気になりません。

- Chu (8/5): Great place to take family or friends with. - The roasting marshmallow part was fun! My room can see the cherry blossoms on the street, and it’s wide and clean. The staffs are polite. The yukata for women was kind of small, I took the L size but still wasn’t fit.

I think it's not I don't like but I think it's more comfortable to stay in your hotel specially female customer if have a lil bit skin care product and make up remover🙏🙂

- Kok (1/5): old building with no service from the hotel staff. - there was not much to like about it. perhaps the car park was decent size. the staff at the restaurant. one of the male waiters was very friendly and served us for dinner and breakfast. service was excellent but the food wasn’t to be honest it was very very dated everything. the check in was weird and no greetings and luggage was told by staff that we should use a carriage with wheels outside but not all our suitcases fit in it. and after carrying our own luggage up to the room we had to bring back the cart downstairs. no help whatsoever from the staff and no introduction to the rooms or facilities overall I would not recommend this place to any of my friends

- tsutomu (6/5): 共有スペースとお風呂について。 - 共有スペースには、宿泊者専用でしたが、焼酎（3種類）、コーヒー・カフェオレ・水のセルフ式のマシーンが設置してあり、使用時間内なら、好きなように何杯でも、飲んでもOK！ ありがたいな～と感じました。 お風呂については、お風呂の温泉が出てくる場所（お湯が出る場所）から、お湯が出ていなかったので、どこから出ているのか、気になりました。露天風呂も同様に、竹のお湯出る場所から、お湯が出ていなかった。 他の場所からお湯が出ているのであれば、この書き込みは、失礼にあたりますが。。。どこから、お湯が出ているのか、気になりました。 ※温泉は、肌にイイ感じの無色透明で、ロトロした感じの個人的には好きな、イイ温泉でした。 また、アメニティーについて、髭剃りと櫛は置いてありましたが、歯ブラシ・耳かきは、お風呂内には置いてありませんでした。（宿泊している人は、部屋に歯ブラシ・耳かきありました。）

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great place to stay, if you don’t mind it being a bit worn down which is the beauty of staying in a traditional ryokan with onsen. Night staff speaks fluent English, quite the opposite for the Day staff however. Has a fireplace in the lobby with free mashmallow offered. There is a ping pong table, and a pool table free for guests. Though I found their placement being right at the entry area of the Ryokan a bit awkward.

The Japanese style breakfast is acceptable. The public hot bath is good.
