• marklea03 (9/5): A pleasant three nights stay - No. 8 is a very spacious apartment in a great location, with a great sea view directly overlooking the sea, mountains, and the bay. Parking is very easy, directly in front of the building. Access to the town, shops, and restaurants is easy down a small, short-cut path beside the building. The apartment was comfortable, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The shower head holder was broken, and the light in the bathroom was not working properly. Suggest improving the checking of the apartment before guests arrive. It would be better if quilts were supplied instead of blankets.
• Dilek (7/5): Schöner Ausblick - Apartement hat Verbesseungspotential - Die Lage war super – nur wenige Schritte vom Strand Taşlık entfernt. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat eine wirklich tolle Lage und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Leider ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt stellenweise lieblos. Besonders der Esstisch und der Elektroherd könnten eine Erneuerung vertragen – hier würde schon eine kleine Auffrischung (z. B. eine Tischdecke oder ein neuer Herd) einen großen Unterschied machen. Schade, denn das Potenzial der Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall vorhanden.
• Shomi (3/5): 不快、不便な思いをした。 - スタッフの対応は良かった。 部屋をすぐにチェンジしてくれた。 電気コンロの接触が悪くショートするたびにブレーカーが何度も落ちて最後は使えなくなった。 停電が何回もあった。 そのため食事の準備に支障をきたした。 トイレが詰まって流れが悪くなった。

• serena azzurra (9/5): - Appartamento molto spazioso e moderno, con tutti i confort, posizione ottima e silenziosa (gli appartamenti sono posizionati in cima al paese, ma con una piacevole passeggiata di 6 minuti si arriva in centro). La gestione della pulizia è a carico degli ospiti. Un bel balcone e molta pace. Ottimo

• Emanuela (9/5): Ottima visione su Datca - Casa ampia e pulita, arredata con mobili nuovi. Bel panorama dal balcone. All'inizio ho avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare l'edificio, a poche centinaia di metri dal centro ma un po' in salita con una scalinata pedonale.

Bis auf den Blick war das Apart Hotel nicht so der Brüller. Schon in die Jahre gekommen. Toilette hat gerochen. Kaum Besteck vorhanden. Keine Spülmaschine. Dafür aber eine Waschmaschine. Insgesamt mit ca. 140 Euro pro Nacht etwas überteuert.

• Hasan (3/5): Wunderschöne Gegend Zimmer sehen und dann einchecken - Die Lage des Hotels . Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmerausstattung ist miserable keine Klimaanlage in keinem Schlafzimmer es ist nachts über 30 grad die Badezimmer sind miserabel alt und muffig wir waren in 3 verschiedenen Wohnungen! bezahlt nicht vorher erst Zimmer sehen darauf bestehen und dann Einchecken.
• Bünyamin (6/5): Freundliches Personal, aber Probleme mit der Klimaanlage trübten den Aufenthalt. - Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, auf meine Anliegen einzugehen. Am ersten Tag hatte ich ein Zimmer ohne funktionierende Klimaanlage, obwohl das Problem bereits bekannt war. Es wurde ein Techniker geschickt, aber die Klimaanlage funktionierte weiterhin nicht. Erst am nächsten Tag wurde mein Zimmer getauscht. In dem neuen Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage zwar, aber sie tropfte so stark, dass ich den Rest meines Aufenthalts einen Eimer darunter stellen musste.

Pencerelerde tel yok. Belki de bizim standartlarimiza uymuyor. Manzara ve konumu cok cok iyi. Gece saat 01:00 'e kadar yakindaki muzikli yayin erken uyutmuyor. Gorevli Ozbek kari koca yardimsever ve iyiniyetli. Kendioerine teşekkür ederim.
• Iuliia (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice place, great location, quiet and at the same time close to the center, beach and shops. There is a large terrace with a great view. The apartment has everything you need. The owner speaks English very well. I recommend it to everyone.

With the car easily reachable from behind with parking on the premises available, just a few stairs down into the city centre and the water front with the cafés. Beautiful city and sea view from the balcony with sun in the morning. Hot water (never went cold), apartment AC had good heating capabilities (as it was cold end of December). Facility manager who was very attentive, easy to reach, and responded fast. House cat that you can welcome in of you like. Potent oven (for its microwave shape quite a surprise). General state of cleanliness... No hot water in the apartment in which we stayed for the first night, then asked for a change of apartment which we got (the 2nd apartment was also more cosy, we felt more comfortable there; plus had more sun). The payment procedure. I clearly stated that I wanted to pay in Turkish Lira and not use the conversion rate offered through the bank used for the transfer. The host pressed "yes" before I could stop him, resulting in avoidable transaction fees of 30€. He offered an extra night for free, which was a nice gesture, although we couldn't take him up on the offer since we couldn't extend our stay due to time constraints.

• Станисалв (9/5): We really liked it, great apartment! - I really liked the location, the view from the room and the cleanliness inside, there are all the necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathroom! The owner was always in touch with us. When there was a strong wind, there was a slight noise from the roof. I would change the lighting in the kitchen, the lamp is very bright.
• Jessica (9/5): Great spacious apartment in a great location - Great location and there is a path built from the property into the main part of town on the seafront, so you don't have to walk the long way around on the road.Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't use all of the facilities but the equipment provided in the kitchen were sufficient if you were needing to cook at the apartment. We recommend to anyone on a budget and will be returning when we visit Datca again. The smell of mothballs in the shower

Never felt clean in our 3 days there the shower was appalling dirty no toiletries supplied. Not even a welcome bottle of water. It is clear the apartment has not been cleaned properly for a long time. Only 1 AC in the living area. Bed just acceptable. Would not return and suggest u can find better elsewhere

• Dave442 (8/5): Great potential, and would stay again. - Plenty of room, washing machine, by using the path it was close to town. Check in was a bit sloppy, The apartment was a great size, in a good location but totally lacked any decorating style. The apartments have such potential. Little things also like no plug for the kitchen sink, no dish drying towel for drying dishes. There is a very convenient path leading to the town and rain has washed gravel and rocks onto it, making it a potential hazard. Easily fixed by sweeping but it hasn't been done. I picked up some plastic bags out of the garden that were there when we arrived, all little things that make a difference.

This is not a complaint about the apartment itself, but if the balcony door is left open for a while, it is likely to have some ants and bugs in the house.

• Erhan (8/5): Loud disco behind the hotel - Nice view The disco Yeşim on the hill behind played way too loud music until very late at night. No AC in the main bedroom made it very difficult to sleep with the window open and the loud music

Supermarket is quite nearby. The apartment was a bit dated, but overall still in a good shape. The access road is quite steep. Finding the apartment was a bit tricky because we had to pick up the keys at a different location.

Washing machine, fridge, kettle, portable stove , microwave The design is poor. Lack of knee room when sitting on the toilet, no plugs near tables, there is an extractor fan, but the only plug if you’re using the portable stove or oven is on the other side of the sink. Bedroom is a bit grim

• Muhammed (6/5): - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war ok(wir sind außerhalb der Saison eingereist deswegen kann ich die Preise im Sommer nicht beurteilen). Hinter der Anlage befindet sich eine Treppe, damit man direkt in die Stadt runterlaufen kann. Es war super ruhig und angenehm. Was mich an der Anlage ziemlich gestört hat...einmal der Zustand der Badezimmer, egal wie viel man für eine Unterkunft zahlt, die Badezimmer sollte vernünftig sein und wir hatten extrem viele Ohrenkneifer am Balkon so dass wir nicht einmal die Aussicht genießen konnten vereinzelt waren die auch im Appartement drin.

• Shirzadi (8/5): Some flats with a spectacular view over Datca - Some of the flats (not all) have a spectacular view over the Datca harbour. That was the main reason we (13 friends & family mostly from the UK) decided to rebook it after our memorable stay back in 2021. The flats, with basic amenities, are spacious and bright. We had booked 5 flats for 1 night at total cost of €658. There was no hot water in the following morning, nor any response from the manager and we left the property in early morning. Later, we received repeated apologies from the owner regarding this mishap. Whether we go back there next year remains uncertain.

I ended up sleeping out in the living room as the main bedroom gets very hot and aircon can’t cool it down from so far away. It’s difficult to ‘check in’ to this place when you are a foreigner with no phone service and they want you to call them on arrival.

• Matuszahor (9/5): Nice stay in Datca - pleasant and helpful contact of the apartment Violetta. fully equipt appartment the location in Datca is good , on a rock above the sea and above the beach the road or journey from Marmaris is quite long, on the way back ,we choose a ferry to Bodrum from Datca and it was very good decision according to the photos on booking, we expected a full view of the sea from the balcony and not only a side view

• Yana (10/5): Amazing - I don't understant the people who say that this place isn't clean enough. It's absolutely clean and spacious especially in comparisson to many other options in Turkey. We stayed there more than a week and we enjoyed every single day there. There is everything you need for cooking in the kitchen and the washing machine. The view is fantastic even from the room "with garden view" just turn your head and you see a marvellous scenery. There is a mosque not far from here but the sound is nice and cozy If you need cleaning you just tell the staff about it and they come asap. Thanks a lot, Gökçin, for being nice and friendly! Nothing!
