Luca (10/5): La nostra casa …lontano da casa - E’ sempre un piacere tornare all’ Arsella. Qui siamo di casa ormai da anni ed è sempre un piacere ritrovare il Sig Piero. Ci sentiamo a casa!
Davide (9/5): Pasqua 2026 - Personale gentile e cortese. Pulizia ed organizzazione. Posizione a pochi passi dal lungomare e a 15 min a piedi dalla stazione. Colazione , acqua, macchinetta del caffè, cialde e bollitore già incluse in stanza.
Davide (9/5): - Bella camera con ampia veranda dotata di tavolo e angolo cucina. Presenti macchina da caffè e bollitore in camera, microonde in veranda. Ogni giorno viene riordinata la stanza e lasciati prodotti confezionati per la colazione. Posizione ottima a poca distanza dal lungomare (appena prima degli ingressi carnevale) e raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione. Proprietario accogliente e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente.

Il signore che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile, ci ha fatto il check in e lasciato le chiavi della stanza. La posizione è ottima, sei in una traversa della passeggiata. Una volta parcheggiata la macchina, puoi tranquillamente girare a piedi per Viareggio.

The 2 full beds are in separate areas so there is some privacy from kids if needed. Not very spacious if you are planning to spend a lot of time inside the mini apartment. Paid parking in the street can be found but may take some time.

Very good choice for beach + culture vacation in Tuscany While Casa Arsella has nothing to do with parking, it might be a problem to find an empty slot to park a car around

It would have been better to have the second floor since the view from there would have been even better. The old person was super nice, although he could hardly speak English. His suggestion for the fish restaurant (Luca) and the beach (Vespucci) was great. The AC stopped working on the last night. I guess it was due to some settings problems. Opening the door to the balcony was not a good option because of the sound from cleaning trucks in the middle of the night.
