Das WLAN (Wifi) hätte etwas zuverlässiger sein können, aber bei den guten und günstigen mobilen Datenpaketen war das für uns kein Problem.

Les chambres sont propres, la literie changée chaque jour, des bouteilles d'eau à disposition ainsi que du thé et du café. Le personnel est très poli et attentionné, le propriétaire des lieux parle un petit peu français ☺️ Le lieu est vraiment idéal, tout est à proximité !!

• Nitsa (10/5): - The location is great - right on the most central boulevard of Cao Bang. The room was very clean, altogether with the sheets, towels, bathroom, everything was sparkling. There was hot water all the time and the AC maintains both cold and hot mode. Although the location is central, it was very quiet in the room. Right next to the hotel there are cafes and restaurants, the jewelry store where you could exchange money is also very near, and in a minute distance there was the bus stop to Hanoi. Overall, booking an accommodation in Jeanne Hotel is a must if you're staying in Cao Bang.

The location cant be beat right next to all the restaurants.The manager is very helpful. I wanted a ride to the waterfall / tour but without all the people for a good price an he made it happen. Also when my bus to Ha Long left without me even though i was early to the station. He came an picked me up an arranged a new bus for me the next day. If your in Cao Bang this is the place to stay an all for a good price.

Personal muy amable.Cao Bang es una pequeña ciudad interesante para pasar la tarde viendo su mercado o el paseo al lado del río. Hay oferta de restaurantes con pizza, crêpes, etc. por si alguien quiere variar aunque la comida vietnamita está buenísima. Por decir algo, no ofrece desayuno pero hay muchas cafeterías alrededor.

• Yan (7/5): Value for money - The location. There’s food nearby. Bus to Ban Gioc waterfalls stops right in front of the hotel. The soap and shampoo come in small individual packs. Troublesome to open and super environmentally unfriendly. You can only place the luggage on the floor. Room is rather small. The toilet gets completely wet after bathing.
• Niroshi (7/5): Good location, privacy can’t be ensured. - The location is very central with a lot of cafes and restaurants around. It’s also very close to where many sleeper buses stop. Staff are friendly and helpful and helps with check ins even mid morning. The room was clean. You can hear your neighbours, whether they’re brushing their teeth or using the washroom. Soundproofing of the property is necessary.

We took the bus to Ban Gioc right in front of the hotel and the hotel manager gave us very good instructions on how to do it. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The towels.super.clean. They don't offer breakfast which was great because the hotels that offer breakfast often smell like bacon grease and eggs. A lot of food options around. Cao Bang is a very clean city. The internet was good, No tv channels in English but we didn't go there to watch tv anyways. Yes I would stay in this hotel again. The water in the shower was cold. The second night the guest in the room under ours smoked in the bathroom and the smoke went into our bathroom and I could smell it the entire night. Smoking shouldn't be allowed anywhere in the hotel including the reception and including the workers of the hotel, that's not only bad for you but the building cigarette smoke stains the paint and everything looks brand new in the hotel..

Also, since we were going to Ban Gioc, we needed to take a bus and luckily the bus stop was right in front of their hotel! The owner also speaks English and is super sweet and kind. A few doors down, you’ll find a bánh mì and beverage cafe and a young girl there speaks English. I would say this hotel is very tourist friendly.

Free wifi. comfortable beds. The owner of the hotel spoke English well so there was no problems with communication. The local bus that leaves for Ban Gioc waterfall is right at the front of the hotel. The cold water ran out at one point.

The bathroom was also immaculate, and the shower had strong pressure. Also, it is equipped with many supplies. Then the hotel's location is convenient since it is in the heart of Cao Bang, with several nearby restaurants, cafes, and diverse shops. Finally, besides being very spotty the second day, the wifi service was satisfying overall. Our neighbors were very loud but we don't hold the hotel responsible for it.

• Benjie (10/5): - Everything was clean and in top shape. Even the receptionist bathroom was clean (I felt bad for dirtying the floor with my shoes, which was cleaned promptly afterwards). Hotel is in great location -- near the main street where yon get on the local bus to either the waterfall or intercity bus station. Also the hotel is in front of the walking street festival which happens on the weekend. Room was very comfortable. I fell asleep easily. The owner helped out a lot in getting a bus around and tips for the area. Highly appreciate him.
• Jared (10/5): Excellent hotel, amazing staff - Great hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, you can tell they really care about their guests. Room was clean and in good condition. Good location right on the main drag in the center of town. No restaurant in the hotel which would have been nice but there are lots of restaurants around within walking distance and the hotel staff made great recommendations for food. I upgraded my room to a family size as I wanted a bigger bed, which was my mistake as the bed was HUGE and much to big for one person! Lol. Be sure to visit Ban Gioc waterfall if in this area, it is incredible.
