Всегда приветливые, аккуратно одетые, выполняли свою работу незаметно для отдыхающих. В ресторане было всегда уютно и чисто. Звучала приятная музыка. Завтраки были хорошие и разнообразные. Номер был большим и удобным. Уборка производилась ежедневно. Также отзывчивый персонал на рецепшене. Не помешало бы наличие балкона.

• Katarzyna (7/5): Perfect location, but choose only for shorter stays - The location is perfect, just next to the metro station and Fort Canning. Pleasant area with Fine Arts University. We got our room upgraded to a slightly bigger one. We liked the water filter in the room. The beds were comfortable. Nice swimming pool. It was one of the cheapest option close to the center when I was booking. The windows do not open which, combined with the size of the room, makes a claustrophobic impression. The rooms are really tiny, so there are no bed side tables or space for bags. The bathroom was very stinky when we arrived - a strong smell of dirty humid wet cloth. There is a general problem with humidity in the bathroom. We had to open the room door to have some ventilation in the bathroom after having a shower. Air conditioning was tricky to set.

And there is a big smoky glass window into the bathroom which is very see through. I was staying with a friend and this was not ideal

Auf Booking wird das gleiche Zimmer mit Parkplatz teurer angeboten als ohne Parkplatz . Wir haben aus Versehen mit Parkplatz gebucht, und baten gleich das Hotel um Berichtigung, um nur den normalen Zimmerpreis zu berechnen da wir keinen Fahrzeug haben. Die Antwort war, dass ein Zimmer mit wie ohne Parkplatz gleich kosten würde, was bei Booking nicht der Fall ist! Auch Booking reagierte auf unsere Anfrage nicht. Finden wir ein bisschen schade.

Hotel has pool, breakfast was full of everything! Fresh and tasty! My suite was absolutely beautiful and has a sea view. Bed was super comfortable! There was not enough hot water got my bath. Their coffee wasn’t the best, but disappointing to be honest. Water in pool very cold!

• Reelika (4/5): A hotel past its prime and in need of serious refreshment - The only real highlight of what was once a junior suite was the view. It is immediately clear upon entering the lobby that this hotel has seen much better days. The lobby felt empty and cold, like an abandoned bus station, with hardly any furniture left. The reception staff appeared tired and unenthusiastic. Very little remains of what was once a junior suite — even basic items such as bathrobes were missing. It was a strange experience overall, as if everything that once made the room comfortable had been removed. There was not even a small table on the balcony, which made the space feel unfinished and neglected. Breakfast was a rather unpleasant experience. There was hardly anything European-style available apart from fried eggs, and the other options were best left untouched. Fruit ran out before we even had a chance to see it, although this may have been partly due to particularly rude guests, whose behavior was embarrassing — something the hotel itself cannot be blamed for. However, the hotel could and should improve the quality of both the coffee and the juice. For Vietnam, both were embarrassingly poor, with the juice being almost undrinkable. I would not stay at this hotel again, even if given the chance to have a room on the top floor again. The hotel is clearly in urgent need of renovation and renewal.

My parents stayed in one of the top floors, and their room was next to another couple that was quite loud. The roomes seem to be connected by a set of doors, which makes sound proofing non-existent. They had a terrible first night sleep because of that.

• Hans-peter (9/5): Great! - Now that we have safely arrived back home in Germany, we would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team at the Stella Maris Hotel in Nha Trang. We stayed here for 4 weeks and booked a room in the senior suite with a balcony. The room was large and spacious and the bathroom was generously equipped with a shower and bathtub. The balcony with a side view of the sea was a daily pleasure for us when we returned from our daily activities. The double bed was very good. We slept excellently. The bed linen and towels were changed daily. Room service cleaned the entire apartment, including the balcony, every day. The staff at reception were always attentive and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff in the restaurant were particularly friendly and almost anticipated our every wish. Our conclusion after a 4-week stay: We can absolutely recommend the Stella Maris Hotel Nha Trang and will book into this hotel again when we return to Vietnam. Thank you again to all the hotel staff for everything!

All the hotel employees were very nice, always smiling and there to help you in case you need it. The gym is small but well equiped. Also the location is just perfect, out of the very busy and noisy area, but at the same time very close.

The bathroom was bit of an awkward layout, no door on the shower so water sprayed around a bit, and the window in between the shower and the room only had a curtain that didn’t close all the way. Fine for a couple, maybe not the best for friends.
• Martin (8/5): A Very Enjoyable Stay. - I stayed in the suite with balcony and beach view. Very large room and big balcony. Safe provided in room. Good size fridge in room. Plenty of closet space. Very large bathroom also with a bath as well as shower. Reception staff all very friendly and helpful. Room clean and housekeeping cleaned every day. Overall a lovely stay. 1 big minus was very poor water pressure which got lower if you tried to get hot water. Lesser problems were 1/ Large bottles of water (which you pay for) were not replaced when used. 2/ Laundry bag and docket was not replaced when used.

• Stephen (7/5): Fine for a budget stay. - We needed one night as we came early before moving to the hotel we had booked for a few nights. It was fine for the price. So if you are just looking for somewhere cheap to stay it will do. Breakfast was nice and had a comfortable sleep. Our room had a ceiling panel moved in the bathroom that had not been replaced so you could see all the piping etc. At Check-in we were also asked to leave one passport with them until we leave. I did not want to do this and in fairness they did not insist though when I told them we would not be doing this and that they could take a picture if they wanted. But be aware of this. Reception area looked nice but some communal areas of the hotel such as hallways looked in a state of disrepair. Breakfast finishes at 9am.

The pool is ok, a bit, small, a bit cold in February, yet they don’t heat their swimming pools, never in any hotels. The breakfast was ok, maybe extent it to 10 am would be better. No matter how we are an vacation and want to sleep more. 😁 My friend, travelling with me had his birthday on chek in day (feb 10th) he received no amenities, no discount at early check in, noting. Even a bottle of cheap wine would be great, to make your guest feel special on hi birthday. Otherwise no negative comments.

• Remi (7/5): Good location in Nha Trang - Nice location, near the beach and activities center. Price affordable Swimming pool not really clean, and breakfast so so.
• Janus (7/5): Good - Ok hotel - taken the price into consideration. Need the beach. Big rooms. Dirty pool. No pool bar. No restaurant. Gym not working. Needs updating!
