Byliśmy chwilke po 22.Dostaliśmy widomość z obiektu że aby dostać sie do bydynku mamy zadzwonić domofonem i ktoś nam otworzyć,szkoda tylko że nikt nam nie powiedział do kogo mamy zadzwonić bo na domofonie znajdowały sie nazwiska ludzi ktorzy tam mieszkali prywatnie.Weszliśmy tylko dzieki temu że jakaś pani wychodziła z pieskiem.Druga sprawa w opisie było że śniadania miały być serwowane do pokoju,tylko trzeba było wypisać kartke ktora miała znajdować sie na zewnatrz drzwi wejsciowyvh do pokoju.Oczywiście kartki nie było ,właścieciela nie było I śniadania też nie było.Pożnym popoludniem dostałam wiadomość od jakiegoś managera( Princa )tegoż obiektu że jest chory ( czytajac inne opinie ludzi to chyba czesto to mu sie zdarza)że mam zostawić pieniadze za podatek miejski w korytarzu pod psześcieradłem,wiec zadzwoniłam.Po krótkiej rozmowie dowiedziałam sie że mam iść z mała wizytowka(ktora ktos wsunol do drzwi jak nas nie bylo w pokoju) do cafeterki po drugiej stronie ulicy i poprosić o śniadanie.Wiec poszlismy dostaliśmy corsanta i kawe,wizytówka została zabrana jako dowód że byliśmy.Na kolejny dzień już nie mieliśmy wizytówki wiec śniadania nie było.Suma sumarum- śniadania które było opłacone nie było,zestawu do parzenia kawy w pokoju nie było,zestawu do prasowania nie było.Nikt nie dał kodu do internetu,,sejf był zepsuty,darmowych kosmetykow nie było.Wogole nikogo nie było.Nikt nie sprzatał pokojii.Zaznqczam że wszystko to jest podane w udogodnieniach.Totalna olewka właściciela.
• Aline (6/5): - The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, table and chair. It had a bathroom that was also quite spacious; hot water. The breakfast is simple, but I consider it adequate for the price paid. It is served in the room, or, if the guest is unavailable, it can be taken at a nearby café, which I found convenient. The location is excellent; near San Pietro; easy to take buses. The room’s acoustics were a major issue, as I could hear everything from other rooms and from the reception area. Every night, there was noise from the common area, including people talking and on calls, as well as sounds from neighboring rooms. I was particularly disturbed by the noise level. Noise continued late into the night (until around 2 a.m.), which did not comply with the property’s stated quiet hours. In addition, I was informed the day before my departure that check-out was at 10 a.m., which differed from the 12 p.m. time indicated on the Booking Website.

Buona anche l’idea di permettere la colazione al bar pasticceria di fronte che è buono, ma includere solo caffè e cornetto semplice è molto poco La camera era minima come dimensioni e tenuta male. Doccia piena di calcare, odore di fogna pungente e generalmente una mancanza totale di servizi e dotazioni. Mancava anche il sapone in bagno. Oltre a questo lenzuola sporche e telaio della porta tra camera e bagno marcio. Costo fuori di testa (ed era una offerta sia Genius che last minute) in proporzione al servizio ricevuto.
• Stefano (10/5): Il mio soggiorno è stato molto confortevole - camera molto carina, spaziosa e pulita. host gentilissima e super disponibile ad ogni esigenza, tanto che appena abbiamo riscontrato un problema con acqua calda mancante ci ha offerto senza problemi l’utilizzo del bagno di un altra stanza libera, compreso di vasca idromassaggio a nostra disposizione. ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie nella hall per tutta la giornata e non ci ha fatto mancare nessun confort. super consigliato per location vicina al centro e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici e soprattutto per chi lo gestisce. Non migliorerei niente

La colazione viene servita in camera su un vassoio a orari diversi da quelli concordati. La camera sa di chiuso e soprattutto non viene pulita (sono stato due notti e non mi è stato mai neppure rifatto il letto).

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt – direkt vor der Tür gibt es eine Bushaltestelle mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung, sodass man überall schnell hinkommt. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

• Chloe (4/5): Disappointing - Comfortable bed Good location with easily accessible public transportation. Unbelievably not sound proof, can hear people talking in room next door with loud music. People in the halls and doors shutting loudly. Reasonably clean, but dirty walls especially near window and bedside table, with a hole in door. Told we had Amazon on TV, but could not get to work definitely no Amazon Europe adaptors don't fit in points next to bed Shower leaks onto the floor of the bathroom. Apparently breakfast is included, the first morning stay we filled out the form but we didn't get breakfast. Second morning we got breakfast and third we had to go and ask at 9am when we had written down 8am. No one at reception when we were leaving, I left the keys at the desk as had to leave. Price is expensive for what it is and I don't recommend staying here.

Bed is clean and comfortable. Towels are provided every day or as-needed. Location is excellent and near public transportation. Big and very complete bathroom, AC works great, room service is excellent, when provided, as well as cleaning. Staff is inattentive, they are rarely at the reception desk, even at the times they are supposed to be. Breakfast was provided only twice of the seven times it was supposed to be provided. However, we were offered a discount in the city tax because of this. Host also rarely communicated with us and this made the whole experience rather confusing and hard to navigate.

We arrived at 10 a.m. to leave our bags, the receptionist said that at 1 p.m. the room would be ready and we could return. We arrived back at 3 p.m. and the room had not yet been finished, we had to wait 20 minutes at the reception, and the check-in time is 2 p.m. (1 hour and 20 minutes late). The next day we ordered breakfast for 8 a.m. and it arrived at 8:40 a.m. On Saturday we ordered coffee for the same time, we were waiting until 9:20, nobody showed up. We went to reception, rang the bell and there was no one to answer us or give any explanation. On the way back from Saturday's tour, we arrived at the room and it was as we had left it in the morning and on the booking site it says that daily cleaning is done. We don't recommend this hotel, very disrespectful to customers.

Mini fridge & kettle in room. Nice to walk to St. Peters and see the great dome as we walk down the high street. Towels provided but bring your own soap! Little thigs needed sorting like light bulb & batteries for the tv zapper. But bed was comfy, air conditioner worked and shower was lovely.

We arrived there at around 2am and only managed to get in at around 4 am, after wondering around for 2 hours trying to find someplace else to stay, we were on the way to another hotel and decided to stop by again in an off chance they would let us in, then luckily they did, but did not get an apology or anything for it. The host has asked before we checked in what time and what choice of breakfast we wanted on the first day, we asked for an early BF, but the host never communicated to the worker, so we had to wait long for our breakfast. The worker there was nice. But that is about the only nice thing about this place. I do not recommend.

• Blanka (3/5): Very bad staff and overall quality - The receptionist wasn’t there during whole our stay (two nights). He didn’t do the checkin with us so we didnt have any information. We also didn’t get the breakfast which was prepaid. So we made a deal with owner of the property that we will not pay the city tax (14€) so we have lost 6€ because one breakfast for one person was 5€, according to the information from the owner. Apart from this, the bathroom in the room was not cleaned properly. We would definitely not stay there again. For the price the quality was very low!!! Not recommend.

Also if your American you may be accustomed to hotels offering free breakfast in the form of fruit, pancakes, or muffins. But be prepared that if you accept the crescant and orange juice you will discover at checkout that you've been charged around 5 euros a day for that. Most Europeans know that it's not free, but you should be prepared so that your not surprised by a large bill at the end of your stay.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück für fünf Euro pro Person etwas mager, aber man kann auch in der Nähe essen und den Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer nutzen. Alles in allem ein schönes kleines Hotel, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Der check-in funktionierte ganz unkompliziert und das obwohl wir viel zu früh an der Unterkunft waren. Ebenso konnten wir unser Gepäck am check-out Tag noch bis zu unserem Flug Abends dort verstauen. Frühstück war Top. Man konnte jeden Tag wählen was und wann man es will. Die Auswahl war aber nicht all zu groß( Tee/Kaffee/Cappuccino/Joghurt/Croissant/2 Säfte/1 Scheibe Toast). Die Leute am Tresen waren zu jederzeit bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Guest House jederzeit wieder buchen.

Once you exit the elevator and enter the main door (similar to entering an apartment unit), you are welcomed by the reception. There are 5-6 rooms and ours was very clean with a modern bath. A light breakfast was included. This is in a residential area, about 20 minute walk to Vatican City and easy access by bus, not very close to metro/train. Overall, great stay in a comfortable, clean room with great service!

• Vic/Suzanne (10/5): Gregory Guest House (Rome) definitely recommend - We stayed at the Gregory Guest House in Rome, from June 30 to July 8, 2017. The suite was very clean, updated, and spacious. We were in walking distance to the Vatican, shops, markets, transit, and restaurants. We found the owner, Federico, and his staff Rodrigo, to be very welcoming and helpful. They seemed to personalize our stay. We felt that they went above and beyond our expectations, even providing laundry services. A European breakfast was included very morning, the nightly rate was more then reasonable for the great location. We would definitely stay at the Gregory Guest House on our return to Rome.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Sehr sauberes Hotel - Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit! Im nahen Umkreis des Hotels gibt es diverse Möglichkeiten Lebensmittel zu kaufen oder Essen zu gehen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Hotel extrem hellhörig ist und die Metrostation 15 Gehminuten entfernt ist (wenn man länger in Rom bleibt , ist dies irgendwann "nervig/anstrengend") Das Frühstück am Zimmer war klasse und vollkommend ausreichend. Zum Vatikan/zur Engelsburg sind es zu Fuß ca.30 Minuten und in das Stadtzentrum ca.60 Minuten. Insgesamt ein super Hotel mit guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!!!

• Bettina (10/5): Tolles Hotel mit super Service! - Sehr schönes Hotel :) Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wurde ins Zimmer gebracht zur gewünschten Uhrzeit (zwischen 8 und 10Uhr). Es war lecker, vor allem der Cappuccino :) Lage: das Hotel liegt ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Petersplatz weg und 20/25 Minuten vom Eingang der Vatikanischen Museen. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle (ca. 20 Minuten direkt zur Piazza Venezia - von da aus sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Colosseum). Der Weg zur nächsten Metro-Station Aurelia ist nicht zu empfehlen (man muss auf einer vierspurigen Straße langgehen ohne richtigen Bürgersteig und es sind nicht viele Menschen unterwegs... schien kein sicherer Ort zu sein; uns wurde auch angeraten, nachts diese Station zu benutzen). Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen :)
• Verified traveler (10/5): HÔTEL À RECOMMANDER LES YEUX FERMÉS - Hôtel très bien situé proche du Vatican ,chambre spacieuse et très propre ,le ménage est fait tous les jours ,un bon petit déjeuner et un personnel aux petits soins pour rendre votre séjour très agréable .De plus l'endroit est très calme ,aucun bruit la nuit .😃

• audronis (6/5): So So - Poor internet conection. To find parking space is really dificult. Good price. Theres alot of sounds in the room like flashing toilet somwhere in next apartament or 8 am in morning somebody hoovering every day.Dont take room without a balcony we upgraded on last day it was much better then that box 20minutes walk to vatican which is good. Overall normal buget hotel done from big flat for visitors who saving money.

• jette (10/5): Dejligt værelse - Det var et utroligt hyggeligt værelse. Der var pænt og rent. Hverdag når vi kom hjem til værelset var der ryddet op og gjort rent. Personalet var yderst hjælpsomme og søde. Jeg ville til enhver tid bo der igen.

• Hanna (10/5): 5 star guest house living - Me and my husband had the most wonderful stay at Gregori guest house. Our room was amazing, everything was so clean and new. The bathroom was exceptionally great, which is super important for me anywhere I stay. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, they were super helpful in anything we wanted to know about Rome, public transport etc. Bus stops were only a few minute walk away, so it was easy to get around. Vatican you could reach by walking. Also, every day our room was cleaned to perfection. It was wonderful coming back after a long day of walking and sightseeing to a tidy room. We would definitely stay here again when in Rome next time.
