The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent, being close to both the metro and bus stand. The owner's behaviour was very good, and they were particularly helpful in guiding me with city tour information. The kitchen facilities were also good, and the room itself was comfortable. I believe this place is good for group tours and would highly recommend it.
