Salle de bain très peu fonctionnelle : AUCUN endroit pour poser des affaires de toilettes ou des vêtements, cabine de douche sans porte, sèche-cheveux (ou plutôt tube soufflant...) mural inutile car sans puissance. Petit-déjeuner non testé.

Avevo ricevuto un'email prima del mio arrivo in cui mi informavano che avrebbero chiesto una cauzione di 100 euro al check-in e che avrei dovuto segnalare "a monte" eventuali problemi della stanza, devo dire che invece al mio arrivo non mi è stata chiesta alcuna cauzione e la camera mi è stata assegnata ben prima dell'orario previsto per il check-in. Personale molto gentile durante tutto il soggiorno. Colazione basica, ma accettabile (affettati, formaggi, qualche piatto caldo, qualche croissant, macchinetta per caffè/latte/cappuccino, un paio di succhi industriali). Stanza discreta con bollitore, ma letto piuttosto scomodo. Lenzuola e asciugamani molto lisi. Difficile fare la doccia senza allagare il bagno. Lavandino non ingorgato, ma occorreva aprire poco il rubinetto perché l'acqua scendeva molto lentamente nello scarico (magari basterebbe versare un liquido apposito per pulire le tubature). Stanza ben insonorizzata al sesto piano, ma aria condizionata rumorosa. Posizione molto comoda per la stazione ferroviaria, ma lontana dal centro città. C'è tuttavia una navetta gratuita messa a disposizione dal Comune di Metz che parte dal vicino Centre Pompidou e ferma anche davanti alla stazione.

Il faisait -3 dehors. Chambre froide, aucun chauffage possible pour compenser, car centralisé . J’ai demandé de changer de chambre dans les étages inférieurs plus chauds. Au 3 parfait.

- Martin (8/5): - Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel. Die Lage neben dem Bahnhof bzw. ein vergünstigtes Parkhaus gegenüber sind sehr praktisch. Da es sehr heiß war, wussten wir die angenehme Kühle (gesamtes Hotel klimatisiert) sehr zu schätzen. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber trotzdem sehr vielfältig und man kann es auf der Terrasse im 1. OG einnehmen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

- Arno (8/5): Fijn hotel op loopafstand oude centrum - Modern complex compact hotel naast het treinstation. Via de onderdoorgang loop je zo het centrum in. parkeren kan met korting in de parkeergarage naast het station. Comfortabele ruime kamers en goede bedden. Vloerbedekking in de kamer zou goed gereinigd of vervangen kunnen worden. Medewerkers bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Mais il est propre en général. Les twins transformés en lit double nous a posé un problème. On sentait que c'était des twins transformés en lit double. Mais c'était bien. C'est la seconde fois que nous descendons dans cet hôtel et nous renouvellerons l'expérience. Merci, cordialement

Anfahrt etwas kompliziert, da Hotel nicht gleich erkennbar und offiziell keine Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel. Wir sind wie die anderen Fahrzeuge zum Ein- und Auspacken der Busspur bis fast vor die Eingangstür gefolgt. Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe für 10 € pro 24 h möglich. Über Rezeption abrechnen. Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig. Frühstück mit Innen- und Außenbereich, Angebot sehr vielfältig, Selbstbedienung, freundliches und umsichtiges Personal.

Der Fernseher ist für 2024 zu klein, die Einrichtung insgesamt etwas abgenutzt. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber auch nicht hervorragend. Insgesamt alles voll in Ordnung und gute Preisleistung.

- Marc (10/5): Don't Hesitate, Book it! - Shopped all over the train station area, and I can easily recommend Campanile Metz as very good, inexpensive and literally next door to the train station. Our room faced the train station and we NEVER heard a train. You have to walk thru the train station to get to the restaurants, but Metz is a small town and this is not a big deal.
- Jan (10/5): - This is a competant business hotel, if you don't need luxury thrills. The historic center of Metz is about 20 minutes walking away and WORTH visiting. What a great town to enjoy French hospitality and leasure culture.

- A.Wieringa (10/5): - The hotel was perfect for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, the staff were very helpful and the location could not have been better to allow us to catch our train to Paris.
- Stephen (10/5): Definitely recommend - Stayed here en route to Austria. Clean, plenty of paying parking around either on the street or in an underground car park and an easy 15 min walk into the centre of town. Good value and we would definitely stay here again as it is the new Campanile hotel format which is a huge improvement on the older style of hotel.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - friendly welcome, fine room, good shower. There are major construction going on which will be there for at least the coming year. There is no functional air-conditioning, room temperature was very hot making sleeping very difficult. It is noisy both inside the hotel from other rooms as from outside. Not recommended for a nice stay in Metz.

- Carolyn (10/5): Great hotel and good price ! - An excellent modern hotel next to the train station, but no noise from trains because Metz is at the end of a train route; no "through" trains !
- Tom (8/5): Good for 1 night. - Great for a 1 night stay. Clean decent size room in hotel not too far from town. Parking across the road in the train station parking at a reduced rate of €9 per night.

- stephen (8/5): Hard to unload luggage no access by car - Room was great, access to Hotel with a car was terrible , nowhere to stop to unload luggage had to stop in the bus area out front and run inside and move the car quickly as buses coming and going all the time
- D (6/5): OK if you need a place cloafter a long train ride - The construction immediately outside the hotel (and I realize it isn't their fault) does detract from the immediate impression of the hotel Check in and check out was fine. Staff is pleasant. Ate at the attached restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone.The meats were poorly prepared, and the food was overpriced and bland. Breakfast is good.
- JANE (6/5): Not recommended - We spent 2 nights at this hotel. There was no way to drive up to the entrance of the hotel as there is a major bus transfer station right in front of the hotel. There was also no direct parking, it was across the road and $28 CDN per night. It felt like a dormitory. Carpets were dirty and stained. AC did not work. Would pass on this one. We were right over the front entrance, people gathering and smoking, talking all hours of night.
- Philip (10/5): New hotel - New hotel right next to Metz railway station. Bed was quite comfortable. Buffet breakfast was unlimited and well stocked. Parking is available on top of the railway station (access is on the other side of the train tracks from the hotel). My intent of the stay was to visit Verdun World War I sites which was quite informative.
- Philip (10/5): New modern hotel - Chose this hotel as it was right next to train station and I wanted a rental car to drive to verdun. Hotel is more than walking distance to center city. Hotel is new.beds were quite comfortable and breakfast buffet quite good.no limit on amount of food you can eat.
