Guest Reviews
- DW.Kim (4/5): - The exterior environment is poor and hotel facilities is not convenient.
- Dmitry (2/5): Very bad hotel. - Very bad hotel. The service is on very low level. I arrived after 14.00 o'clock and my romm wasn't ready. For my request to provide me an invoice the stuff started saying that the PC is not working and similar things about why they cannot give me an invoice. Finaly they did. The room was very dirty and stincky. The location is on the road side very noisy.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Rigtig fint hotel. Alt i alt fin oplevelse. Badekar og god gåafstand ind til centrum.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid if possible - Avoid. Chose this property because it was one of a few with vacancies due to a convention in the area. In hind sight I'd get the same amount of rest sleeping at the bus stop nearby. Parking is free, but was a mud pit. Staff is neither unpleasant or pleasant, more indifferent than anything. Room was large but sparse, there was only a single sheet on the bed. Bathroom was ok, but the room didn't instill a sense of cleanliness. No air conditioning or fans so the only option is to leave the window open, which is 7 meters from one of the busiest roads between Mainz and Wiesbaden (very loud). Additionally, construction team was working (talking loudly) on the bottom floor right outside the window until midnight! I had to resort to medicine to get to sleep. I wanted to sleep late into the morning since it wasn't very restful, so I placed the 'do not disturb' notice on the door. At 0900 the staff is knocking wanting to ask something I couldn't understand, followed by a marathon barking session from the local dogs. I gave up. Will not stay again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): “I get to go home now” - Selected this property after seeing all other, more appealing hotels, were unavailable. Regrettably, I booked for two nights. Would have preferred none. The property is older and unrenovated, and lacking in any charm or character. The parking area is dirt, when dry, and mud, when not. The staff were passably pleasant, but did nothing beyond their own comfort. I arrived late after a lengthy drive and subsequent business meetings. The desk clerk called me at 9:00 p.m. to ask if I were en route. Upon arrival, he was quick to say he was glad I checked-in, so he could go home. Hallway outside room had dirty dishes outside a nearby room, yet, Room Service was not an amenity on site. The room was sparse, fixtures did not function, the surrounding area was noisy due to road and rail traffic. The room appeared neat, easily accomplished with few furnishings, but did not feel clean. Following day, returned to room to find the hand towel used as a bathroom mat, including obvious detritus, placed on top of the unused “clean” towels. When checking out, I asked the desk clerk, busily working through photos on his mobile phone, for an invoice. He obliged me with a pantomime: retrieve single piece of printer paper, glance at printer, shrug, nod in my direction, utter “no print, email” and hand me a piece of scrapped paper and a pen; scene complete.
Admittedly, I was desperate for a room for this trip. Confidently I proclaim, I shall never stay at this property again in this lifetime. Avoid.
- Zhanna (10/5): The best bedding and funny staff - Our stay was short, but just what we needed. The check in was quick, easy, and fun! The room was incredibly clean and the bed and bedding were by far the best I have experienced. I absolutely loved the bedding! It was soft and comfortable, not cheap. Just like I fell asleep at home. We only used the room for sleep and didn't experience much else, but it was a central location!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Cozy - Rooms were clean and Manager was able to get us in at the last minuted even after his normal hours
