• Moises (10/5): Muy buenos dias santa ana. - Muy bonitos apartamentos. Me gustó mucho la estancia. Muy recomensable. Deberian de tener un interfon con la recepsion porque es dificil recibir entregas o pedidos.
• Pongrapee (2/5): A fraudulent action by both provider and hotel.com - Basically the property emailed me last minute informing me the place won’t be available and they’ll inform hotel.com to refund me. Of course I didn’t find out until I get here and find no one at the property. Nether hotel.com nor property leave any means of communication. I find out that property management is in Panama! And that this happens fairly regularly. I cannot believe this and the fact that hotel.com just allowing this to happen! There’s no way to reach hotel.com accept by their phone number in Thailand. Makes no sense. Not even an email? I had to book a new place in the spot. No more hotel.com for me. It’s Agoda or other options from now on. I’ll also inform my credit card company name of this once I’m able to return from the trip
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Very nice place exactly as pictured on website. It was perfect for a few days stay. Plenty of storage in the closets and drawers so need to keep things in suitcase. Within a few steps has grocery store and easily accessible by Uber.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Room was not ready when I arrived. Pillow cases were dirty. No toilet paper, no soap or shampoo. No coffee maker. The room was being cleaned when I arrived and she was not wearing a mask. I waited an hour while she cleaned. No response from hotel when I messaged them about the toiletries and coffee maker. Stay away!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice experience. Clean, modern room. - The room was very nice and exceptionally clean. The furniture is new and modern, and the bed was comfortable. It provided a nice view of the sunset in the evening. It is nicely located right next to a grocery store. I wish there were an extra deadbolt lock on the inside for additional security. As it is, anyone with the lock code would be able to enter the room. Also, be sure to bring toilet paper as none was provided. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would stay there again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Bel et grand appartement avec toutes les commodités. Court agréable et personnel amical. Prêt de l'épicerie et de certains restaurants. Quartier calme et sécuritaire, route un peu achalandée, mais appartement à l'écart, donc calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Seul petit bémol, le plancher, sans être très sale, n'était pas complètement propre et nous aurions aimé avoir un nettoyant tout usage à disposition. Dans l'ensemble, un gros merci. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

The only thing was that the wifi wasnt working and they weren’t answering my messages. Regardless of that, I would totally recommend it

• Verified traveler (10/5): beautiful and modern space - The apartments are absolutely lovely. they are modern and filled with light. They add to your experience. There is a grocery store next door. Food is more expensive in Costa Rica but atleast you do not have to go far at all. There are also great indian restaurants nearby. No takeout pizza. It is awful. Do not try. Has washer and dryer and everything you would need. Perfect little place. Workout space is super small but great if you are there alone or with only one other person. I mopped the entire place. Walking barefoot produced black feet! Bonus is that there is a mop! WIFI is great and reliable and this place greatly reduces culture shock because it is so modern. Wonderful to have guards. There is nothing around here at all and you will cab to do anything or go anywhere but it s a nice homebase or starting base or if you must work in the area.
• Kevin (8/5): - Convenient location next to a supermarket. Building has a good pool area, but the gym area is a bit small and lacking equipment. The apartment is comfortable with all things you will need but you can hear a lot of noise from the corridor. The parking space assigned was extremely small, I couldn't open then back doors once parked.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good stay overall - These are serviced apartments that are very new and complete with kitchen facilities. The room was big, comfortable and clean. I booked a 1-bedroom apartment. Internet was fast, and free. There's a super market next door, and restaurants are a 5-minute walk. The only things were they were hard to get a hold of when I tried calling, and they didn't have bottled water in the room. It would have been nice to have even 1 bottle of water.
• Francene (10/5): A great find for short or long time stay - We were so pleased with this amazing find; would for sure stay again. The suite we chose had a balcony with furniture, interior with kitchen, king bed, sitting area with couch and TV, walk-in closet and so accessible to the swimming pool/hot tub. , exercise room with equipment. We have dogs and the outside area for them very big. Another big plus was right next door is a large grocery to walk to. There was selected parking space and elevator is handicap accessible. The price was very good.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - We arrived at about 10:40am, much earlier than check-in time (4pm). The security guard called for someone to come down and meet us but it took between a half hour to 45 minutes after she said she would be "down in a minute" (there's no reception to check in). We were then turned away and told to come back at 3 because that's as early as they can let us check in. That they'll start cleaning the room right away. So we carried our heavy backpacks out and tried to find something to do to kill without doing too much walking because we were sore and tired from travel. When we came back, they just gave us an enveloppe and when we asked where the room was, she told us to look at the map, that it's easy. But the map only showed how to get to the parking space that would be designated to us- although we had no car. However, she was right, finding the room was easy. Once we got in, we were blown away by how big and pretty the room was. However, it looked more like the previous guests had kept it clean vs there actually being any cleaning done. A towel was left on the floor, water on the counter, the sink had toothpaste in it... The apartment itself was lovely but the staff wasn't the greatest.
• Chris (10/5): Great home away from home - I love this place! The location is perfect with the Automercado right next door and the bus stop to go to San Jose right across from the building. It made everything really accessible and it cut down costs on transportation for those who don't rent a car. Handsoap is provided, but not shampoo, so bring your own! Other than that, all cooking utensils and cutlery were provided, and I used the stove, microwave, and the oven with no issues. There was also complimentary laundry detergent for the washing machine! (I was so happy to be able to wash my clothes at the end of the trip. Keep in mind that this is a condo building and not an actual hotel, so there isn't any staff on-site who can answer questions or anything like that. The guards were really nice, but they couldn't help with anything with regard to reservations, so I had to talk to the client services person via Whatsapp message.
• Nicole (10/5): Great spot in Santa Ana! - I loved this place! Great value for a great place! Its a nicely furnished, confortable studio with everything you could need! An equipped kitchen and great balcony as well! I will definitely stay here again!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Beautiful hotel, needs to improve customer service - This is a brand new, beautiful hotel on the main road in Santa Anna. Where to begin. The phone number listed on Expedia for this hotel in not correct, neither is the location shown on the map. Had to call Extended Stays to get the correct info. With confirmed reservation, I arrived at hotel at 6:30 pm. The gate attendant told me the hotel was closed and everyone had gone home for the night. My Spanish is not good, but I was able to communicate that I had paid for a room and needed to use it. He contacted a manager who came to the gate and handed me an envelop with parking space number, room number, and keyless entry code for room. The hotel is large and I was left to find the parking space, room, etc by myself. No signage to tell you which direction to go. The room itself was very lovely. The next day, I received an email confirmation that was addressed to me but was for another customer.
