• Ivette Marli Boso (7/5): - La casa è un po' datata e non molto curata, ma pulita e c'è il sufficiente per stare bene. Si trova in un posto molto tranquillo, alla fine della via. E' anche accanto alla pista ciclabile, che ci ha permesso di fare dei bei giri. La cosa che ha dato valore al soggiorno è la gentilezza del proprietario, che oltre a darci informazioni turistiche, è stato disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio. Consiglierei di aggiungere qualcosa di fresco alla colazione, come ad esempio del pane fresco o della frutta. E' una colazione sufficiente come quantità, ma fatta essenzialmente con prodotti confezionati.

• Agnes (5/5): Disappointing, run-down place - - the coffee was nice - the bed was comfortable - the host was friendly even though he did not speak English - mosquito nets on windows - we got breakfast even though we did not book it No idea how this place got a 7.8 rating. Definitely not our room on the ground floor, nor the common area with kitchen. Not what the photos show (these rooms must be upstairs?? and/or a couple of decades old??). So much run-down, neglected, unused, accumulated random stuff around. Layers of dust and dirt on kitchen appliances, not the easy to wipe surfaces (these were ok), but the one that just accumulates in cracks and at edges if no one cares. Multiple signs everywhere reminding people to leave the kitchen tidy enhance the feeling of a bit run-down youth hostel. You can see someone elderly with a wheelchair has lived there for many years, but no idea what prevents the present host to put a tiny bit more effort into the place and make it nice. E.g. remove sticky tape from window handles, repair the tap so that it doesn't turn loose, chuck out unused furniture and useless items... the intense use of air fragrance diffusers are a nuisance rather then pleasant. Also, rather cool in November, AC in the room turned to 30degrees just does not make the common room/kitchen sufficiently comfortable for sitting around in the evening (asked for turning up the heating in the kitchen, but host pointed at the AC in the room...). Previous comments seemed mostly to address the outside look of the building as not very appealing, but that's rather nice compared to the inside, in my eyes. We chose the place mainly because it offered bikes for rent, there is even one photo with multiple bikes in front of the house, but these seemed to have vanished (host was pointing at rental place in town....).

• Patrizia (1/5): Assolutamente sconsigliato - Purtroppo devo dire nulla Le parti esterne sono a dir poco fatiscenti. La parte comune dove dovevamo fare la colazione era a dir poco disordinata nn mancava nulla anche le ciabatte dell’host e aveva un odore misto tra muffa e fumo, lascio all’immaginazione la pulizia. La camera era piccola e nn pulita, le pareti laterali della doccia piuttosto sporche, le lenzuola nn stirate nn lasciavano capire se erano pulite oppure no e la biancheria del bagno indescrivibile. Morale siamo dovuti andare via e cercare un’altra sistemazione. Consiglio con molta umiltà all’host di rivedere la pulizia e l’ordine

• Melot (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix et confortable. - Chambre confortable climatisée, cuisine et séjour à disposition, accueil sympathique et le prix du séjour avec petit déjeuner très intéressant. Uniquement le meuble de la salle de bain aurait besoin d'être remplacé ainsi que la paroi de douche, le reste de la salle de bain est très bien.

Space for parking. Italian breakfast with coffee, yogurt, juice, bread, jam. Location is great to start exploring the Po Delta park. Area almost untouched by tourism. not applicable

• Tomasz (7/5): A good starting point for the Po delta exploration offering reasonable conditions. - The owner is very knowledgeable about the region, kind and ready to advise as well as to meet your wishes. The location is quiet, next to the impressive river, a very convenient base for the exploration of the region. You have at your disposal all you need for your stay including a large shared sitting room combined with a kitchen. Actually, you can enjoy your stay there even if not all things look perfect. Probably the best bargain in the region unless you stay in a hostel. When travelling to the South or East of Europe you generally expect things would not be perfect and often they are not - as in the case of this property. You arrive at a partly finished building, the house and garden make the first impression of being abandoned long ago. The room for 3 persons is actually the small room for a couple plus an extra bed added. Location at the very end of the little city requires a 15-20 minute walk to the centre (that you might well enjoy).
