Staff juga ramah banget 👍🏻👍🏻 banyak dibantu, thanks ya. Malam pesan makan dan minum lewat room service, enaaak. Next kalau ke Jogja, pasti nginep sini Sewaktu koridor rame, suara bisa kedengeran dari kamar, tapi gak masalah karena hanya sebentar, setelah itu senyap lagi.

• Jan (5/5): Malinko zklamání - Velmi příjemný personál, výborné jídlo, úžasné drinky, recepce k dispozici nonstop, vstřícnost Ani jednu noc jsme se nevyspali, personál hotelu v noci uklízí, tak vas vzbudí vysavač, údržbář, nebo neukáznění hluční hosté, kteří v noci dělají neskutečný kravál. Brzy ráno se také nevyspíte, protože animační programy vám začnou řvát primo pod oknem. Měli jsme špinavé povlečení na posteli, nejsem si jistý, zda bylo prané. Koupelna taky nebyla moc čistá.

• Anaïs BXL (8/5): - La gentillesse du personnel. Emplacement au calme, Proche de Prawirotaman avec bcp de restautants. Piscine agreable Bien que j'avais demandé un lit d'appoint avant l'arrivée, il n'était pas installé. Nous avons payé un supplément pour au final avoir un matelas au sol. Emplacement un peu loin des activités culturelles mais avec un Grab ça va.

La chambre que nous avons eue était spacieuse et propre, et surtout bien insonorisée (pour les oreilles sensibles c'est un vrai plus: je n'ai pas entendu la mosquée en 3 nuits!) Le petit déjeuner buffet (indonésien mais il y a aussi des toasts et des oeufs pour les non amateurs) très bon et ouvert tôt. Enfin l'hôtel est situé à 15 minutes max à pieds des restaurants et bars de Prawirotaman. Je recommande !

• Syabila Putri (10/5): Ramah di kantong - Se-enjoy itu menginap di Burz@ Yogya, betah rasanya untuk berlama2 menginap dan ber santai disini, paling suka sih area lobby ada kolam kecilnya yang jernih dan airnya bersih. Setiap berjalan di area koridor selalu di sapa sama karyawan Burz@, murah senyum. Menurut sy worth it menginap disini dan harganya terjangkau ramah di kantong☺️

• Carlos (10/5): Great experience in a good hotel - I would like to recommend the hotel, the staff were friendly, the property itself has a local style which is something I was looking for, they also accommodated my needs specially when I want to transfer to another room, the breakfast was good and based in the local cuisine. The rooms were pretty spacious and clean, the internet connection was estable. Well done! Probably the ants in the second room but nothing more to highlight here.

They were fluent in English. The buffet breakfast was nice, even though food was not warm enough. The 2 rooms were tired: it looks like the pictures on Booking.com were taken 10 years ago, but in the meantime the hotel aged! Rooms and bathrooms were not clean enough. Location: long 30min walk in unpleasant areas to reach the city landmarks.

• Janella (10/5): Cozy room and friendly staff - I really enjoy staying at Burza Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive towards guests. The room is cozy and pretty clean. Most importantly the ac is very cold just the way I like it.
• Febri (8/5): Hotel yang Bagus Pelayanan Ramah - Pertama kalinya ke Jogja booking hotel ini, karena biasanya selalu cari hotel di Malioboro. Pertama dapat info hotel ini dari saudara yang kebetulan udah pernah menginap di sana, akhirnya setelah beberapa kali cek ke beberapa hotel, kami putuskan booking Burza Hotel. Kesannya Hotel bagus, staf ramah, sarapan pagi komplit, kolam renang nyaman. Ya meskipun agak jauh ke Malioboro, karena sekarang repot parkir mobil kalo ke Malioboro. Jd lebih berkreasi menjelajahi Jogja selain ke Malioboro.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Tourist Trap - What a rip off. This hotel operates on the same model that you'll find in a couple of places in the area: bait people in with moderately priced rooms and the ostensible promise of quality ...then under-deliver with customer service and absolutely gauge customers in every conceivable way to make money. It's a hotel that wants to host your convention and sell a lot of breakfasts, basically. The staff are unhelpful, the wifi is slower than you'll find at your neighborhood guest house and nothing on the premises is worth the price WRT what you can find if you walk a block away. It's...well, I'd used the word "disgusting" to describe how much they try to take advantage of their tourist population. I'll give you one example: I dropped off laundry (3 t shirts, 1 pair shorts, 2 pairs boxers)...the price? $15. FIF. TEEN. DOLLARS. Just try and wrap your mind around that...and apply that same level of insulting gauging to every conceivable service or interaction here, particularly the things you'd get for a smile anywhere else (replacement room keys, help making phone calls, a cup of coffee...) Just stay anywhere else.
