Ancak otele vardigimizda otelin buz gibi oldugunu farkettik. Bu sekilde otelde kalamazdik. 4 Gecelik rezervasyonumuz vardi ancak ertesi gün otelden ayrilmak zorunda kaldik.Otel sorumluluk almadi. Otel, paranin sizin hesabinizda oldugunu söyleyerek paramizi geri iade etmedi. Bu durumun düzeltilmesini ve geri kalan ücretimizin iade edilmesini talep ediyoruz.

However, the service was slow and the check-in process took forever. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable, which was frustrating since I needed to work remotely. Overall, a decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

AIYA (7/5): Beautiful location, overall good experience - Despite all negative reviews, we decided to stay here for the location purposes, and we weren't disappointed. Beds were comfy, decent breakfast, awesome location (everything is steps away), 2 elevator options, luggage storage before checkin and karnivour resto downstairs offers delicious food. In broad strokes, yes, a bit outdated hotel and might be not deserving a 5 star right now, as many facilities (pool, fitness) are under construction, and the building itself needs a TLC, but we had good two days there because we enjoyed the sea and the weather was kind to us! Outdated and worn off room, some stuff really needs cosmetic reno..., really didn't like noisy neighbours, and that the staff just entered the room with 1 knock on the door without waiting for our response to change towels upon our request. Breakfast resto is Mediterranean, bunch of olives :) Under right management, this place can be a jewel - hope to see all renovated next time.

Chenguang (2/5): - I went to breakfast and waited for 15 min for kichten to prepare, suddenly there are two aged lady approached my breakfast when it was about to send to my table and stoped breakfast for around 3 minutes to discuss what they wanted to eat in a very close way to my food, their fingers almost on the bread, I was worried about the food got contaminated so I told the server that I do not want eat any more, then I left the restaurant. I only stay in Batumi for one day in past 10 years, but I had no breakfast. I reported to the front desk regarding this issue and I suggested that do not let any other ppl to approach or talk very closely in front of the cooked food, the server shall deny those type of the inappropriate way, it is not suitable to discuss or communicate what they want in front of my food, I feel unsafe to stay in this hotel.

Verified traveler (2/5): Horror! 2 Sterne wären noch schmeichelhaft! - Schreckliches Hotel! Abzocke! Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, Zimmer im 4. Stock bekommen, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Am nächsten Tag kleineres Zimmer mit Balkon erhalten. Nach diesem Horror einen Tag früher abgereist!
Harun (6/5): - Söylenenin aksine odamız yeterince temizdi, odamızda havlu ve terlikler mevcuttu resepsiyonda ki arkadaş gecenin yorgunluğu olabilir belki biraz umursamaz tavırlar sergiliyordu. Onun dışında tesis konum olarak da çok merkezi bir noktada. Memnun ayrılıyoruz
mohsent853 (4/5): Not a real 5 star hotel! - It has small rooms, awful internet and poor breakfast. There are four flats and non of them provides a sea view. The only point is its location which is near beach and tourist attraction. I did not experience bad behavior from the stuff but overally do not recommand the hotel.
Zamir (1/5): Would never recommend this to an enemy even - There was nothing to be liked about, staff was rude and unprofessional saying no to everything. Everything, nothing was upto the mark no iron,no comfort, no guidance waste of money. Specially the staff no ethics

Phillips (9/5): We loved the Intourist. - It’s an old hotel. The lobby and reception area feels a little austere on arrival but don’t be put off. The rooms probably don’t match up to what you get in a swanky modern hotel. So it might not meet everyone’s expectations. But our room had a nice balcony, was spacious, clean and was comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location. V close to the old town and also to the beach. It’s breakfast, which was included in the price we paid, catered to a lot of different tastes and had plenty of choice. The big bonus was the fact 5hat it has two swimming pools. One inside and one outdoors. It was great. We were there two nights. Our room wasn’t cleaned or tidied while we were there.

Tevfik murat (6/5): Fiyat performans oteli. - Otel personeli Türkçe bilmiyordu.Otopark sorunu mevcut.Televizyonumuz çalışmıyordu.Oda temizdi.Fiyat performans oteliydi.Kahvaltı yapmadığımız için ona yorum yapamıyorum.Lüx beklentisi içine girmeyin.Temiz konaklanabilir bir otel,konum itibari ile çok iyiydi biz şehri yürüyerek gezdik.

Sofia (1/5): IT WAS HORRIBLE 2 DAYS - It is the most dirty hotel i have ever seen! No service no clean towels room is dirty It is old dirty hotel with 0 service DO NOT GO THERE!!! THEY EVEN DO NOT CHANGE TOWELS THEY DO NOT CLEAN TOILETS IN THE ROOM.

The breakfast is very minimal The rooms are not really taken care by...the wallpaper is coming off in some areas...

Erdinç (1/5): Disappointment - In city center There were no towel in the rooms. After my request they confirmed that towels will be in room when we return to city tour. Unfortunately at 23:30 still towels were missing, I asked again to receptionist, his replay was “there no towels in hotel, I am just a receptionist, it is not my responsibility”. After my continious requests they brought some similar materials but not towels. Even there wasn’t any hand towel in bathroom. Room walls were dirty it seems not painted for a long time. Receptionist was not polite, not smily and not helpful.
